I noticed scared's question about spie ...
and that capndagoodwow didn't reply.
But what else is new?
As you say he doesn't answer preguntas that are awkward or uncomfortable. Not his style.
And I also noticed that he said he won't post til next year with no explanation why, though he proclaimeth again that he stands by his whatevers. We can prolly guess why he's going silent for a while (think MD Anderson) but maybe that's not it at all; who knows. He's accomplished his objective anyways (tm nasfanium) so now he can rest.
ps -- thx for the link.
crow ... there was a new cdex board?
and then it went private? by invitation only?
what ARE they SCARED of?! 'specially when they spend all their time over here.
rotten ...
No, I never wrote the ABA about the attorney.
Why don't you let the ABA in on the dirty little secret now?
Wasn't that the beauty, the absolutely remarkable beauty of the QC gadget on that island off China?
Do you mean nothing's progressed since then?
O. G. (tm-phantom)
Just did, JR. Can't you read?
I'll answer that, johnreiner.
This board is "filled" as you put it with peeps who were systematically taken out of RB by those who didn't like what they were posting. Ask Bart, he'll tell you how it was done. If you don't know Bart personally, ask icancdeadpeople aka icky to introduce you. (Where is icky these days, btw? His work done, he's now got time to concentrate on miniature cars?)
Don't try to play the innocent, john. Won't work here and you know it.
Well, there ya go, diddy.
osscout and capndagood, the dynamic duo, workin' together for the benefit of all, hand on heart, so help them God.
Nastier than a plague of locusts, a hornet's nest, this loch/cdex corner of the world. Find the newest threat (avian flu) and capitalize on it. After all, it worked so well the first time with Di's cause celebre.
Gotta admit, cap'n is currently running neck and neck with tommy in the skilled, laid back hype department. How can such sincerity and dumbfounded amazement be doubted, especially from one who left his hospital bed where IVs were dripping to make the arduous flight to Las Vegas and see things first hand and meet the players for the very first time! If the original horse "stumbles" and looks to die from a heart attack, from being ridden too hard, just hop over to a fresh one, John Wayne to the rescue, never break stride.
Is Baxa the newest version of the Christians, father and son?
just remembered his name!
sscout or something like that.
wonder if he still would "entrust" capndagood with anything.
edit ... actually, think it was osscout, as in off season scout. All those baseball-connected peeps, doncha gno.
lmo & rotten ...
wasn't there a Tucson company that was going to manufacture or do work on something or other for cdex a while ago?
can't remember the name of it or what it was to be doing, but do remember that it wasn't impressive -- sort of like a garage shop providing nuts and bolts.
or maybe it was the plastic casing for whatever the product du jour was then.
amazing how the vegas show is being hyped while the ceo is selling.
but maybe not, given the long history of loch/cdex (starting long before elf made its magical mystical appearance).
I wonder whatever happened to karlspanger and what'shisname -- I've forgotten it -- who entrusted capnmike with his "accidentally" received report so long ago (back in 2000 I think), the guy who talked a lot about taxicabs -- changing drivers or getting out of the cab altogether -- remember him? It was pretty clear karl saw the light before too much time went by, but have always wondered about the other guy -- wish I could remember his name.
btw, rotten ... did you ever write the ABA about the lawyer who tried to bribe you with all those shares? Or was he clever enough not to make the bribe himself?
crow ...
Just kove it that capndagood apparently rose from his IV-fitted sickbed to make the trip to Vegas and will report in detail on his findings. He also made it to spie a few years ago and had NOTHING to say about the renowned "Dr" Henry Blair, though he supped with him and his wife. His "report" will no doubt be filled with superlatives and rave reviews and the troops will lap it up.
And standaman isn't an insider, just waiting around for success like everyone else. Oh, right.
Pathetic, all of it.
you're skating on thin ice, dub-yah.
or you would be if you were worth the effort.
btw, it's nigel, not nigle. close friend of tommyscheboy.
except tommy denied he knew him well.
funny, that.
ps: too bad all those old RB posts have been taken out, both by rb because they weren't up to archiving them all or something and by bart who had another reason. you could get an education there.
pps: ask capndagood about conspiracy theories. he made up a great one a couple of months ago. almost worthy of inclusion in a book.
I hope so, crow ...
along with half the town of algonac.
I wonder if apple annie (I think that was her name) is still around.
Someone tell secretagentman the answer to his mind reader "puzzle" is simple.
The same symbol (backwards brackets with a horizontal line through them) is always used for all the combinations you can get by doing the math.
Nice that papatony is honest, btw. Chuck and Dennis were good, very very good. Hard to believe papa didn't sell when his $3000 gamble turned into $250,000+, though.
ah, I get it, "edgy" ... it's institutions!
How silly of me not to figger it out without your help!
Sure is a good thing malcbaby is so seo-savvy, huh? And has such great friends and good connections in the financial industry.
You're too transparent, edgy ... about on a par with nasfanium (how's he doin' btw ... didn't lose his job, I think someone said?) You should really read tommy's old posts to see how a pro does it. He went out and beat the bushes, solicited at every opportunity (all those docs, donchaknow) but all you do is sit at your computer and pretend to yourself that you're fooling anyone.
You must have an awful lot of time on your hands.
But ya see ... I think a few peeps have some information that will come back and bite ya where it hurts. Is your license current, btw?
Someone I like and respect also respects raiderman and generally that's good enough for me. But c'mon, "edgy" ... what's it all about with him? Just a willing shill? In his quiet way he expends great effort to "convince" the fearful that life will be rosy very very soon. How come, that? I don't have any idea about his character, but I will agree his patience is becoming the stuff of legend.
crow ...
Since everyone knows who edgy is, maybe someone can 'splain why he's so very concerned with what posters post.
I mean, he thinks everyone who doesn't cotton onto sexycexi (including but not limited to those who were zapped from RB) is just some kind of uninformed dimwit, so wouldn't it be smart of him to lay it all out?
And I just don't get raiderman with his gloss or outright lies ("partnership" being the new buzzword?) that sound so reasoned and nice.
Or that guy in Vegas -- his name slips my mind, but the one who always says it's all good, has ever since he tried to broker a deal for good ol' loch -- what's he all about, anyway?
Lotsa conmen and dupes here. PTBarnum had something to say about that ... something about a new one born every day.
Whatever happened to tommy, btw? Has the law caught up with him yet? And is nigel still serving out the rest of his sentence in merrie olde or is he on the loose again?
More currently, who's buying all those shares malcbaby "and others" are selling in so orderly a fashion?
So many questions.
and that is relevant ...
of just what, puff?
btw, has anyone actually read a partnership contract or agreement between baxa and loch/cdex, a partnership that raiderman insists exists?
13.1 Relationship of the Parties. The relationship of the Parties
under this Agreement is that of independent contractors. Nothing contained in
this Agreement shall be construed so as to constitute the Parties as partners,
joint ventures or agents of the other. Neither Party has any express or implied
right or authority under this Agreement to assume or create any obligations or
make any representations or warranties on behalf of or in the name of the other
Party or its Affiliates.
plus ca change.
also ... just love raiderman's "rationale" about the selling of 5000-share blocks or whatever it is. These folks at cdex just can do no wrong!
sassy ...
You're a regular contributor to diamontedave's private board. Perhaps you'll be so kind as to paste my post 5537 over there for Tex5000, and give him the link to this board so he can read it "and others." I'm sure you wouldn't want a fellow Texan to be kept in the dark.
How's that genealogy chart coming along, btw?
Will someone who is still allowed to post on RB
invite TEX5000 over here to read my previous post (assuming it's not zapped by the time he tunes in here)?
And ask him to please pass on my best to broadsword. So glad he ducked the bullet that blkhoc caught between his teeth.
Crow ...
Maybe paige is too recent to remember the demonstration in front of a local TV reporter/affiliate station of one of the major news outfits (ABC? I can;t remember) conducted at the HIGHLY respected Rudjar Boskovic Institute in Croatia. The halo effect was in full effect, as the RBI was portrayed as sponsoring the demonstration and supporting the technology -- it was ELF then, paige -- when in fact all they did was provide the venue under the auspices of one Vlado Valkovik. Who would have believed that that entire thing could be set up by several inonits -- all of whose names those of us who have been around a few years remember -- and carried off with such aplomb, complete with from-the-field middle of the night reports by Boone, I think it was, on what a remarkable success it had all been. It was sure to take the pps sailing up to $10, the price Mr. Baker said he would sell at! But then just a few days later one Jonathon Weil broke his story (check the names and facts, paige, and you'll see this is entirely accurate) and down down down the price went, from $5 or so, to settle somewhere around a few pennies, as I remember. The head of that respected institute almost lost his reputation and job as a result, btw. And oh, yes, US authorities in several 3-letter agencies were extremely interested in his account of events.
And even then, after that little adventure, there were other "exhibits" and "demos" and those were rigged. But then along came one Malcolm Phillips who, under an RB alias, announced on one of the "by invitation only" loch boards that everyone should keep the faith because a really terrific lawyer, one who was particularly SEC savvy (a detail that was extremely important since loch was under investigation by then), was going to take over the whole thing and bring loch and its remarkable technology to their rightful place in history. Who was that terrific, SEC-savvy lawyer? None other than Malcolm himveryownself. He was a true Boone fan. Why, he'd even played golf with him and was just so impressed! (Wouldn;t you love to have been the caddy on just one of those 18 holes?)
Now, near the end of this year of our lord 2005, you folks have another very respected outfit that appears to be interested in the latest hot thing from the loch/cdex incubator, Valimed. After watching the progress of the incredible edible cotton seeds, the dry oil wells, the palace security systems, the solar-powered pumps, the li'l ol' Vaamp and her kissing cousin ELF, and a couple of others I've forgotten, plus after following the course of various legal proceedings, can you blame crow or anyone with half a brain for saying "wait and see"?
But go ahead, paige, take your money and run and never look back, if the pps ever gets high enough to put you in serious profit. That's what the Bs and their "associates" and "colleagues" did, after all. Consider yourself and your friends you've introduced to sexy cexi (so sorry, malcbaby -- I know that makes you wince in pain) very lucky.
btw, moonie ...
I see you haven't posted all that good information I gave you on the bprg board yet ... whyzzat?
no, scared ... that's not Qantas ...
that's moonieman's "airline" (already posted a long time ago)!
He wasn't a happy camper when I revealed all.
he sure could, sassy ...
spot a phony a mile away.
Tell us ... what did you do to make his last months better?
You have absolutely no idea -- none -- get it? none -- what made blkhoc tick, and trying to act as if you do is about as superficial and self-serving as anything you've ever posted.
You know he was a BSer? But you liked him? How truly generous and endearing of you.
Tell us also ... who were his fair weather friends? Name them. I dare you.
And btw, did you go to his funeral? Seems I remember you made a big deal out of going if you possibly could. Oh such grief you felt and empathy with his mother. So touching.
You were "proud" to call him friend? My God, that's serious stuff. I bet he's laughing a wonderful deep resonant laugh right now, thinking about it!
Go peddle your wares elsewhere, sassy.
hi, crow ...
too funny!
But -- just as with inet about other things -- I just gave him some information that he can use to sound a little bit bright.
I don't think it's that he doesn;t like ddmun ... I think it's that he doesn't like the company he was ceo of! But oh, I get it now ... that's because he WAS ceo of it. And because he fully understood and all but outlined the steps malcbaby would take to "rescue" loch -- steps he DID take.
And what, it's been almost five years since the lochdaze.
Some peeps are just sore losers.
oops ... got the bf right now (I hope)
ps -- I miss blkhoc, don't you?
ot moonieman ...
I see you're doing some heavy duty dd, asking "probing" questions on the bprg rb board again.
And here I was sure you'd be in Spain this week.
Who ARE those peeps in those videos? Surely you know. And what in the world are they talkinbg about? Why is everyone so happy? I'd tell you but I wouldn't want to embarrass you publicly.
On second thought, why not? Here's a start:
The guy with the beard is the Director of Engineering at bprg. Might not be his exact title but close.
The guy in glasses, grinning, is the head of FMC Biopolymers. You've heard of FMC, yes? It's a really really big outfit.
The lady in red -- she's in Commercial Development, might even be head of it, for one of FMC Biopolymer's business units, kind of a new unit at that. It has a really neat name and logo.
The older man with silver grey hair is an FMC consultant. He was the former head of R&D at Glaxo. He's a professor, too, I hear. I'd guess you'd have to be pretty good to be a professor and have held such an important position at Glaxo. You've also heard of Glaxo, yes?
The man with dark hair, open-necked white shirt, dark pullover heads the FMC unit the lady in red is connected with.
Maybe you can post this information on the bprg board and show everyone how knowledgeable you are these days.
Say something about travelling abroad this week while you're at it ... it'll add to your credibility. Tell 'em you flew over just for the occasion.
You mean ...
he wasn't fired? Just got his hands slapped and told never to post on any board again? But still workin' for dacompany principals?
But I betcha he's still posting ...
xenophon ...
"Where is DaDoc and StokDoc - not far behind."
Even before I'd read your post, that's just what I was thinking. As I remember, dadoc was FORCED by posters on RB to admit that he had been "gifted" for his "newsletter" reports.
tommy's influence spread far and wide ... a huge network of scam artists.
attempted intimidation?
wasn;t that tommy's preferred style?
oops!
... call the hospital accounts payable department - they will verify that there is no P.O. or invoice from CDEx or ValiMed.
maybe they were gifted ...
I simply don't know how
I can compete with your knowledge and witty posts, w.
What a barren wasteland this board was before you appeared.
crow ...
glad to see you back. I was getting worried.
inet ...
everyone knows you're just bored and post just to hear yourself talk. You showed that when you argued against Roths, clearly uninterested in looking into something that would be good for you and whatever heirs you might have. Too much effort, I imagine -- you might have to think.
Can't you find something else to do? Don't you have anything besides cdex and dreaming of its glorious future to occupy yourself? Sad, sad.
Let him answer or continue to avoid doing so, LMorovan ...
He's been dying in the water for a very long time, but it's kind of wonderful seeing him thrash around. He reminds me of a goldfish in a bowl as the water's leaking out through a crack. Except the goldfish didn't ask for it and he did.
But maybe arloco has it right: there's something "fishy" about any "public infomation" cdex makes available?? Could it be that cdex can't be relied on any more than loch could be?
Every Thursday, like clockwork.
As the old song says ... "How long has this been going on?"
I've always heard that when insiders start selling, it's time to run for the hills.
The way peeps still holding on for dear life should have when Baker and Vlado ("and others") filed their "intended" sales.
But maybe I'm wrong. Maybe these sales are just to make sure they can put food on the table for their families.
Agree, rotten ...
where are you, crow ?????
biggernabreadbasket ...
I see the troo board is all fighting among themselves today, and diamonte has been called on to make them stop but he evidently doesn't want to.
And clozer, the bigg bully, has reverted to HIS &*$(##***!!|| OLD &%%^*##*$$!!!@ STYLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not quite the way it was supposed to be, was it?
milchip sounds really really angry.
and clozer, leader of men, is behind him all the way.
what a farce this "shareholder discontent" continues to be.
sound and fury, signifying nothing.
while over here, edgykid provides the sideshow entertainment.
btw, everyone already knows that poteet told a one-time poster the whole truth and nuthin but the truth of how he got conned and sucked into the scam, just an innocent victim of blair's double dealing, right?
well, if not, he did.
will be interesting to see if milchip follows through (with clozer supporting him ALL THE WAY, cheering him on with his "go, GO, chip, you da MAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!")
understood, scared. the only way.
scared ...
I just knew you weren't relying solely on what others have said over the years.
Is there a reason you can't say more now? Well, obviously there must be. Perhaps you'll say what it is -- the reason, not the "more."
