I spoke with a man tonight at Cornell Capital and I asked him what their feeling was on Falcon and he told me that they had to get things straightend out with the company .He said they were behind the company and that new people were being brought in to help get the drilling done .I told him that investors are in the dark and that we also are behind what ever they have to do to get this stock going.I am glad he called and I hope we hear something soon.
It looks like Falcon will hire a CEO soon according to I.R.,and this person has 45 years experience in the oil and gas industry with Exxon. The man that is taking over right now for Fred and Max is just there to get the financing done and probably to watch the money that is coming in from the other wells. If you have any other questions call Shawn who is doing a great job with what info he gets.
Hi Tedwitt,
The permit to drill the DB3 well is up on that date so they have to spud the well on that date or reapply for another permit. As I said yesterday Greywolf had the operator of the well Petrogulf back on the list for drilling this site. They were supposed to drill last November with rig #91 but Falcon did not have the money in hand to start the well.If all goes on schedule the well should be started soon.
Hi Guys,
I believe that Fred Zaziski is now a consultant and that the DB 3 well that has to be drilled no later than Feb. 14 will be started in 2 weeks. That is why Fred took the 1 million shares instead of cash. The new director probably was put in to control cash and set up the financing since Max could not do it.
I think that this new guy will look into the finances and make either a move to help Falcon drill the DB3 with a new director like Fred or let Petrogulf fund the whole project themselves.Like I said before in another e-mail why would you take 1 million shares as a buyout instead of cash and dont you think Cornell would like to see the pps. rise to a dollar or two and then sell the company or have it bought out.Seacove does the best they can .
Hi Guys ,
I spoke to Greywolf the drillers for Petrogulf and Falcon for DB3 and they said that there was a rig back on the list for that site but they do not know when they would be on site to drill.
Hi Guys
I was suprised like the rest of you about the departure of Fred and Max .I think Cornell Capital wanted these wells online but I think Fred did not know how to get the money into the right hands at that moment the drilling should start .I remember talking to Greywolf Drilling last September and they had the rig available for Falcon and Petrogulf,it was rig #91 which Doug McCleoud the operator of the DB3 site had asked for and Fred did not have the 750k available and now he is gone .I have looked up the Fairmont Funding website and I am asking myself why not another gas exploration director and the only thing I can assume is either he is a patsy for Cornell Capital or he knows how to fund these properties and he will get out his intentions to the shareholders. If I were Cornell I would try to finance at least this first well at db 3 but maybe they want to assess the company before making a decision. They have to know that they are making some good money with the wells that are online.
Hi Energyguy62, If you go to www.pinksheets .com and enter FNGC on the upper left you will come to Falcons info and at the top look for sec fillings and you will get the last filing which was today and if you scroll down to resignation you will see Freds part and written in is the 54k plus 1 million shares.
It appears to me that Falcon might be bought out by a company who knows what these properties are worth.Fred is still getting 1 million shares of FNGC and also 54k ,so if the company was in trouble why would he take the shares. The new guy is probably there to work something out for a merger.Remember all the after hour volume this past week.
According to I.R. the DB3 well outside of Morgan City La. has to be started no later then Feb.14 .I believe Petrogulf the operator wants this well to begin soon so they can get to the Marg 3 well which is the company maker for Falcon .
I.R .said today that Jim Sikora told them that the road to the site is finished also that they have built a helicopter pad that will bring in people from other parts of Colombia. The financing is almost complete and there will be an update on the website this week.
Hey guys I am also going to wait until midweek to talk to IR about Falcon who in my opinion is making money from the wells online .I think that according to the guys at Seacove that the DB3 well is a slamdunk and that the real prize in St. Marys Parrish is the Marg 3 well that as I said last week Petrogulf really wants to get at.This companies pps. is to low in my estimation and until they tell us and Wall Street what they are bringing in from these wells we have to be a little patient. There should be some good news on Wednesday. If you want to see the well then go to a website called Sonris on your computer and then go to the top left hand side of the page and hit Sonris lite then you look for wells by serial # and then you put in the DB4 SERIAL # 234450 and then you have the stats on the well which will be drilled by Petrogulf for Falcon.
I am looking for positive news soon that will move the pps. and i hope that they drill soon
Falcon has a 16.67% in the Garrett well which probably close to a hundred thousand a month.
I just spoke with I.R. and they said that the Garrett 1-27 well in Oklahoma was producing 3.1 million cubic feet of gas which is twice more than the thought they would produce. This company is making money and a lot of people do not know it even exits.
The Investor relations for Falcon is called Seacove.
I talked to IR and the Hollins well has stabilized at 200 barrels of oil per day .This is what Fred Zasiski reported last wednesday to Sean at Investor Relations.I can not say it enough every Wednesday Falcon has a conference call with the guys at I.R. and they update their information .
You should see a price move up soon as we get closer to DB3 getting started.Falcon is making money and if you look at the Hollins well in Texas that Falcon has a 75% interest in they are producing 200 barels of oil per day.If you take the price of oil say at an average of $60 your looking at $360k a month. The Garrett 1-27 well in Oklahoma is producing from 1.9 to 2.5 mcf of natural gas and it should produce a lot of money per month for the company.Falcon is on the right track and a lot of people have no idea about this company.
When I talked to I.R last week they told me that they have 25 million for financing and that they want to get Cornell out of the picture ,so I would presume that they would pay off what they owe and also start the DB3 drilling and also they would have enough to finance the Marge 3 property. When they spoke to Doug Mcleoud who is the CEO of Petrogulf the operator of the wyandotte properties he said that they really want to get the Marg 3 drilled because of the 500 mcf.of gas which will be the company maker for Falcon.
Hi CRIMEDOG,
The word from Colombia is the same as Investor relations said and that is they have high grade gold on the Golondrina site and they want a little more financing to drill with their own drilling rig instead of leasing another companies .
Falcon is making money according to I.R..,also they have new financing that will not only drill DB3 but start up Marg 3 which has a ton of natural gas.The Cornell Capitol loan will be paid off and we should see a price per share increase as soon as this is taken care of.
Hollins well is producing 200 barrels of oil per day .
Garrett 127 well is producing between 1.9 and 2.5 mcf. per day and Falcon has a 75% interest in this well. Both of these wells are not stabilized yet.As soon as they are we will see a press release on the financing.
Falcon Natural Gas is worth alot more than 9 cents a share according to the price of other gas exploration companies like Bayou City and Petro resourses who average between $1.20 and $2.80 respectively. This company is probably bringing in on joint venture prospects between $75 to $150000 a month the problem is that the CEO Fred Zasiski is always in meetings or on site and he has no time to get the postive news to I.R.I hope everyone will look into this company because they are about to make a lot more cash when their first well is drilled in La.
Hi Guys,
I have been speaking with a gentlemen who works in Gold sampling and other minerals in South America .He has been in Colombia this past week and he has tried to speak with Jim Sikoras office. The message I recieved this morning says that he has been back and forth from the Golondrina site, and also today he picked up his children from the airport .I believe he is from Canada and they are probably down for Christmas vacation. He expects to speak with Jim on Monday according to the assistant and the geologist who were in the office at the time of the call.I will update on Monday if I hear anything.
Were does it say that gold has to be a 1000 dollars an ounce to convince a company like TAOL to drill .If gold stays were it is today it is worth millions to big and small gold companies, there is not a lot of gold out there and when a company finds high grade veins look out because here comes the big boys to buy you out.
GreyWolf will still be the drilling company and that is great news for investors. Please go to Petrogulfs website and look at this great company who is the operator for Falcon in the DB 4 Well.Preceptor does his homework like all good investors do and it will payoff in the long run.Falcon as Preceptor noted will have an update next week and it should start to move the price share up .Please call I.R. for more information on Falcon Natural Gas.
Jim Sikora is in New York as of 12/8/06 and he will return to Colombia next Tuesday. We should see financing come out of this trip and good news about a drill date next week.If you have any questions call Investor Relations.
If you go to the Taol website and lookup management you will see the name Walter Terrence Plummer he is the person who has the drilling equipment ,check out his company.
Rig # 90 held up because of 11 inches of rain at its previous site in La. It should be at db3 site next week.
Look at GOLD today up over 17 dollars, when TAO drills and finds what they are looking for which is a lot of high grade gold then this stock will take off.Just sit back and buy at these very low prices.
I believe that they know exactly where they will start to drill. They will look at where there highest grade samples were found.Remember that most of the gold which has been taken from the golondrina site by local miners has come from close to the surface.I Know people invested are excited for the drilling to commence. I think that they will know soon after they stick that drill in the ground for the first time what they have and if the big boys see the same drilling results a buy out will happen soon after and Tao will not need a processing plant.
Drilling should commence in December ,and the the road has been completed.
Road to Golondrina site is complete the next issue is financing which should be complete which will lead to drilling the first hole. This is what I.R.told me on Thursday. Jim Sikora wants to drill before 2006 is over. There is high grade gold they just have to get it out.
Investor relations today nov. 2,2006 said that the greywolf rig is at the db 3 site and that they have the area cleared for drilling sometime next week.It should take about a month to finish drilling .
Great news for Taol investors gold is starting to move over $600 an ounce.
The drilling will start between Nov.15 and Dec.15 according to I.r.The financing is complete and will be announced soon. The road should be finished now (Oct. 31).They know exactly where the first drill hole will be.The stock should start to move up in anticapation of finding the first big vein of high valued gold.
Falcon Gas this coming month of November 2006 will drill its first big gas property in St. Marys Parrish Louisiana. The DB3 well with Petrogulf as the operator on site will find reserves of 26 bcf.of gas. This should produce a lot of money for the company and help start the drilling quickly of its other major projects.
Crimedog,
If and when Tao finds a big vein of gold to extract you can be sure that one or more of the big gold companies will bid on Tao Minerals. They let the jr. companies do all the hard work and come back with a buyout offer.I believe that the pps. of TAO at todays gold price of say 600 dollars an ounce would be between 30 to 40 dollars per share. It will not matter if they build a plant to sort out the gold because they would become multi-millionaires overnight. The cost of building the road and the plant is very cheap in the eyes of Jim Sikora and the rest of Tao Minerals staff.
PRECEPTOR,
You are right with the statement that this is great news for not only Petrogulf but for the Falcon Natural Gas team .If they find what they believe is down in that reserve then this company will really be bringing in the money.Remember that they have other wells to drill with even more gas to be discovered in La. and Texas.Good Luck!
GreyWolf has changed the rig for DB3 from rig #521 to rig # 90 .The new rig #90 has 3000 hp compared to rig # 521 that has 2000 hp. Also there is a 5000 ft. difference in drilling depth for rig #90 it can drill to a depth of 30000 ft. compared to rig #521 that goes to 25000 ft.According to Greywolf the rig should be leaving for DB3 at the end of October .Petrogulf is the operator of this site with Falcon Gas.
