If they are doing so extremely well, then I think a buyout is extremely possible. I guess we could all speculate how much the shs would go on a takeover. Also, their may be more than one co involved.
Charlie
I believe before any of this happens, the co will be taken over. If they are so far ahead of their competitors, have patents, and vast expertise why not just buy them out?...Certainly to large co's like ge, Honeywell this would be small change. Even for a small competitor it make them ahead of the industry much faster. So, I don't think we are looking for a yr or yrs of further development by the co itself.
Charlie
Will this stock be trading Monday overseas?
It looks like things will start to happen with upcoming pr(s) and stockholders meeting. Yes, I also believe we should send a consolidated list of questions. I am not a technical guy, but from a business standpoint I propose some questions for our list:
1. GE do we have contracts with them. What for and how much money will they add to revenues.
2. Do we have contracts with other firms? how much revenue will they generate?
3. Up listing status?
4. Future deals and potential revenues
5. Pr's should be more frequent
6. Co's Internet pages needs to be updated and kept updated
7. Are there any plans to make the firm more visible to outside investors, fund mgs, etc.
I am sure you all could add some more.

Ps. Just came back after having lunch at Shields tavern (with a drink). This is an old 17thcent in the old city.
I wonder if the stock is being traded over there? Also, I noticed a comment in my latest issue of model railroade mag a cm,ent that toy trains may be soon made thru 3d printing! Wow, the use of this technology is really becoming widespread.
You are so correct! We need to get up listed and then funds/traders/investors will watch the co. And the price will start moving. Until then, we sit.
Charlie
And without news and no fund visibility we just coast along!
It will not move much either way until there is news. Hopefully our new pr guy is working on some good pr's.

We need some co updates. It's been along while sine we had any news. Where is our new PR man?
Also, he needs to update the co's web page. I shoulnd't have to mention what needs to be done.
Charlie

Why hasn't the co updated this? I only see 2011, 2012.
Charlie
I know I brought this up before. Any thoughts of a buyout? They have no debt, a number of patents, and a wealth of expertise. I am sure ge,Honeywell and even small competitors, will be looking into this.

Stock seems to be holding in the 11's. Mr. Whitty needs to come out with some pr's. It's time for some.
Charlie

Mr witty needs to be proactive in promoting his co. He should be well aware of these conferences and the co's participation in them.
Charlie
Williamsburg, va
Also thank you. The co should pr their attendance in these conferences.

I think before all these events take place, they will be taken over either by GE or one of their competitors.
Any ideas what the stock price may go to if there was a takeover?
She does not care about the stockholders or the co.
We need some pr's!!!!!
Charlie
They probably gave google a bad write up also!
Charlie
Obviously not the pd's. HOwever, a brief description of each indv and how it relates to the co!s operations.
Charlie
He should send this info in a pr
Volume picking up.
With all their knowledge, patents, etc., how about a buyout? It is small change for the big co's.
Charlie

Also, we need to get up listed as soon as possible. Then, with a lot more visibility, this stock will really move. Any thoughts from anybody when this may happen?

I think it would be more appropriate if the co would come out with a PR on their new employees instead of providing the information on this site. That way, all the shareholders, and the public will get the information.

Being this is such a small co and holding a number of patents, and huge expertise, wouldn't GE and other large co's look into the feasibility of just taking the co. over? Considering the size of GE (and I am a shareholder of GE also), this would be small change.

I wish the co would tell us more about their three new employees, eg. Their backgrounds and their new positions.
I believe with their new shareholders rep we will get more pr's.
Also, with these three new employees, the co must believe they will have a lot more business.
The employee stock plan, I feel, is an excellent way to promote employee morale. They will really strive for success. Also, they are taking a chance going with a new co. So they must feel it will be very successful,
My son did the same thing last yr in NYC. He was making over a half million in salary with a large int'l co ans joined a new start up co where he is now a director. The firm is very successful.
A nice day here in Williamsburg, va
Charlie
Well hiring three new employees - they are surly out for more business.

On the Ge bd several wks ago somebody had mentioned this co. Looking for a small co to invest in, I then looked into the background of this co and its potential. I have stock in GE for quite a while and thought any small co having GE as one of their customers must have some potential. With a possible military buildup coming - GE will get very busy. Also, with a rebounding economy GE will pick up a lot of consumer work. Thus, there is great potential for SGLB. However, great scientists, engineers, etc. do not necessarily make good company managers. They are in a world of their own. I am glad to see they now have a person dealing with investor relations.

I have quite a no of she as a result of reading some InvHub posts on the GE bd a couple of wks ago.
If they have any Gov't contracts (which I believe they do as mentioned earlier on this site) they should have gone thru quite a clearance procedure by the Fed Gov't and passed their tests. I was a Fed contracting officer for a no of yrs and know well that you don't get any Gov't contracts without substantial screening. Of course, this does not guarantee that they will succeed.
I bought into this company after looking at their background and its potential.
Best of luck all.
Hi Tech
Had computer problems - now, finally its fixed. I looked all over Spain for our co's leader - but, she could not be found. I guess she has been too busy completing all those darn reports to get her company relisted.
Again, oil is up with all the Mideast problems. Any news, even Catherine sunbathing in Monaco, would start making this stock move.

Today's news indicates an oil and gas exploration boom in the US. Where is Matrixx in all of this??
