MUG SHOT OF STUART BURCHILL VS. SCREEN SHOT
I see that some people are saving screen shots of my repeated warnings about this pump and dump company. They will have them as a momento of this event and in the future they can say "I should have paid attention".
It is more important for you to pay attention to the old mug shot of Stuart Burchill. This does reflect on the character of Stuart Burchill. The arrest took place about 2 years before Stuart Burchill started the new scam called Industrial Nanotech.
PLEASE DO NOT BE A VICTIM!
In addition to looking at the old mug shot, please take the time to do the research outside of this pump and dump discussion board.
The feedback for Industrial Nanotech is consistently negative. If you do not believe me, check with the Better Business Bureau and see INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH'S F RATING.

Real fraud, virtual offices--Industrial Nanotech
INTK Industrial Nanotech operate out of buildings that feature "virtual offices." This is just another reason to be wary of this pump and dump.
Take the time to do your own research about this company outside of this pump and dump board. The evidence in really compelling. There is absolutely nothing real here. The products and orders are all fakes. The only thing that will be real are the real losses you will suffer if you get swindled by these pump and dumpers. http://www.crainsnewyork.com/article/20101024/SUB/310249973/real-frauds-virtual-offices

False and misleading positive statements
"Pump and dump" (P&D) is a form of microcap stock fraud that involves artificially inflating the price of an owned stock through false and misleading positive statements, in order to sell the cheaply purchased stock at a higher price. Once the operators of the scheme "dump" sell their overvalued shares, the price falls and investors lose their money.

ARE WE HAVING FUN YET? Industrial Nanotech
...in reality, they may be company insiders or paid promoters who stand to gain by selling their shares after the stock price is “pumped” up by the buying frenzy they create. Once these fraudsters “dump” their shares and stop hyping the stock, the price typically falls, and investors lose their money.

How does a pump and dump scam work?
A pump and dump scam is the illegal act of an investor or group of investors promoting a stock they hold and selling once the stock price has risen following the surge in interest as a result of the endorsement.
The stock is usually promoted as a "hot tip" or "the next big thing" with details of an upcoming news announcement that will "send the stock through the roof". The details of each individual pump and dump scam tend to be different but the scheme always boils down to a basic principal: shifting supply and demand. Pump and dump scams tend to only work on small and micro-cap stocks that are traded over the counter. These companies tend to be highly illiquid and can have sharp price movements when volume increases. The group behind the scam increase the demand and trading volume in the stock and this new inflow of investors leads to a sharp rise in its price. Once the price rise has formulated, the group will sell their position to make a large short-term gain.

INTK Pump and Dump, DON"T BE A VICTIM!
This is a textbook example of Pump and Dump. You should read the pumpers "advice" for entertainment only. There are no fundamentals whatsoever behind their bubbly advice and this should be very obvious to anyone who takes the time to research this company and their beyond horrible reputation. Industrial Nanotech has no assets, no real orders and leaves behind a trail of tears with anyone who has sent them money. This page at Investors Hub is in complete opposition to reality. Please take the time to do your own research and ignore the classic pump and dump "advice" found at this page.
If you need a lesson in irony there was another similarly named company Nanotech Industries already caught in a major pump and dump scandal.

Huffman Aviation Was ‘Continuing Criminal Enterprise’
Jul 27, 2009 - The airline lost $800,000 in two months,” said Stuart Burchill, Hilliard's former accountant.
http://www.madcowprod.com/2009/07/27/huffman-aviation-was-continuing-criminal-enterprise/
Huffman Aviation’s first Ponzi All-Star was Wallace J. Hilliard, the owner while Mohamed Atta practiced touch-and-go’s on the airport’s runway.
The Sarasota Herald Tribune called Art Nadel’s $390 million swindle the biggest fraud in Southwest Florida history."
Wally Hilliard’s partner in Florida Air, an airline with high visibility at the Venice airport, paid for the passenger planes the two used in their “airline” with loot from what the Securities & Exchange Commission later called “the biggest fraud by an investment manager in U.S. history.”
Industrial Nanotech and Industrial Biotechnology
http://www.madcowprod.com/5126-2/
The civil complaint further alleges that from June 27 to July 2 Grossman and Curshen instructed the agent to purchase approximately 85,000 shares of Stuart Burchill's Industrial Biotechnology Corp. stock for a total of approximately $76,000 through matched trades using detailed instructions concerning the size, price and timing of the purchase orders. Thereafter, Grossman and Curshen paid bribes of almost $19,000 to the agent.
The press office said that the amount of the fraud is some $100 million, an amount that clearly puts the investigation in areas other than the stock manipulation.

INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH IF THEN
If after 12 years the products from Industrial Nanotech had any value then there would be massive sales.
If the products had little of no value the sales then the sales would be negligible.
Industrial Nanotech's sales last quarter were a negligible $619 a day, less than the cost of one 5 gallon can of their EPX paint
Industrial Nanotech market cap only $1.37 million
There is no question that the pumpers see things in this stock that others do not. With their superior intelligence and astounding mathematical skills they will continue their unwavering support of this formidable company that has lost more than 99% of its value since inception. This company, which loses more than $2 for each $1 sold also boasts a fantastic negative 860% return on assets
I have always been perplexed how the pumpers are able to continue to cite positive results from Industrial Nanotech when the numbers disagree so strongly. Perhaps it is due to their superior mathematical skills. As Dr Vedat Bilgin of Kolorgen said in 2010 I got burned maybe 10 times more than you-I still have faith in the product and the company and all of us. Perhaps with further investments and increased faith he may be able to add to that number.
I apologize for embarrassing traderking60 with actual numbers that are publicly available at Marketwatch, a division of Dow Jones
http://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/intk
A Fool & His Money Invests in INTK!
Assuming that it was the same Stuart Burchill, I do think there should be a great deal of concern about Stuart Burchill's arrest. Bill Gates was arrested for speeding without a license and for suspicion of drunk driving. I do not see a record for Thomas Watson of IBM ever being arrested. The other people cited are entertainers and they are not entrusted with running a company.
The arrest for charges of passing worthless checks are serious and are troubling in light of the way Industrial Nanotech is run, and if traderking60 or Kolorgen has more information on this arrest I would appreciate it.
If you want to trust someone with your hard earned money you should be very careful of their background. Nanalyze watched this slow slide downwards for many years now. (Since our article,) their market cap has sunk from $9 million to under $1.5 million so hopefully nobody was foolish enough to throw their money away like that. they also remark "we will always step in to warn them. “Nansulate” has been a running joke for a long time now. Best to leave it that way."
The Art of the Scam
Atom, thank you for the compliment. My sole reason for being here is warn unsuspecting people that these people are thieves. I have no stake whatsoever in this company or any "competing" company
If you google Industrial Nanotech scam or Industrial Nanotech fraud you can see a trail of tears from their many unsuspecting victims. Insulo alone is out $20,000 from his dealings with Industrial Nanotech. There are no real companies that report success with Industrial Nanotech. All of the "success stories" are unverifiable for a reason, they never happened.
Also, something that never happened was Industrial Nanotech's electricity generating paint. That is, the product has been a figment of Stuart's imagination since the beginning of this fraud. If you look carefully there is no name for this "product" since it has never been introduced. For your interesting theory to be correct there would have to be a electricity generating product offered by Industrial Nanotech and there is no such product. In addition, you refer to a company in South Korea. The thermoelectric paint is not yet commercially viable and there has only been a study at the Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology. That is, there is no commercial product yet offered nor is there a company offering it. I am including a link to the page that I am referring to.
You ask a very important question, how can INTK continue to operate if they are such thieves. If you do a little bit of research long-running frauds are not unusual and since this is such a little company I would guess that the authorities concentrate their resources on the bigger fish. I am also including some links to demonstrate that long-running frauds are possible and do happen.
I would also like to differ with traderking60 on his lack of concern for Stuart Burchill's questionable background. If he was arrested for passing worthless checks it does speak both to his character and lack of respect for the law. Also, the arrest record indicates that we was a handyman, not the great scientific genius and business executive that he would like people to believe. In addition, Industrial Nanotech has no board of directors or other employees other than the officers which means Stuart Burchill has no oversight.
Industrial Nanotech on it's front page declares that it "funds and participates with the world's brightest scientists and leading laboratories. I do not believe that Industrial Nanotech's research budget of $12 a day will fund that much research. The idea that you can fund research without funds is not plausible.
I am really surprised that nobody has figured why I have used bukrah and demain as my screen names (bukraj was a typo) . Bukrah is Arabic and demain is French for tomorrow. When I realized that bukrah may have been too obscure, I changed my screen name to demain since Industrial Nanotech always promises huge contracts that will be here "tomorrow." Like in the old song, we can forget about tomorrow since tomorrow never comes.
Finally, we should all be concerned with what is right, not who is right. The personal attacks that traderking60 and Kolorgen use are both childish and inappropriate. They add nothing to the discussion and should cease if they would like this discussion to be informative

Thermoelectric Paint and INTK Fraud
I do stand corrected, there is such a thing as a thermoelectric paint, but while I do see that Stuart has been touting this for ten years, I do not see any products that Industrial Nanotech offers that does this. I also question whether you can hire the "finest minds" on a research budget of $12 a day.
Not only can you use molecular sintering to create a current you can also create a current using piezoelectric technology. Both of these have been around for decades and neither has nothing to do with nanotechnology.
I did read Stuart Burchill's approach and I was particularly impressed with his astounding insight that it is typically colder on the outside of a building then on the inside. Perhaps this was the Eureka moment that caused Stuart to drop out of college.
I am glad that you are actually reading my posts. Now you can explain the uncanny resemblance in names, location, age and facial features to the Stuart Burchill of Naples Florida that was arrested for passing bad checks.
The other question you can answer is if this such a great company why has it lost more than 99% of its value since the stock was introduced and shown an extremely impressive negative 860% return on assets. I also know that Industrial Nanotech has a coveted F award at the Better Business Bureau and you may want to address that wonderful award.

Industrial Nanotech ROI Negative 99%
If you would have bought this stock 12 years ago (when the company started), you would have lost more than 99% of what you invested, If you purchased this stock one year ago you would have lost more than 40% of what you invested. Nanalyze writes We’ve watched this slow slide downwards for many years now. Since our article, their market cap has sunk from $9 million to under $1.5 million so hopefully nobody was foolish enough to throw their money away like that.
Do not wait any longer Kolorgen, traderking60 and CrashMoneyExpress, you should rush and purchase additional shares before it goes any lower.

Industrial Nanotech elixirs no longer available?
The new site indicates that the company no longer sells the products directly. There no longer seems to be anywhere you can purchase these magic elixirs. The Home Depot, Lowe's and Wal-Mart logos are featured prominently on this site and they do not sell any of the Industrial Nanotech products, in addition all of the other retailers that I am aware of do not carry any of the Industrial Nanotech products.
Please let me know if there is anywhere that sells any Industrial Nanotech products. Kolorgen, a babbling reply of "idiot, idiot retart (sic) " is not considered as a coherent reply.
Perhaps, since the company loses more than $2 for every $1 sold they can limit their loses by removing the products from the market.
Of course, nothing about this company makes any logical sense and we need to only view it as the scam that it is.
Nansulate: The same as ordinary paint
"con artists profit from ‘insulating’ paint"
Every researcher who has examined these products has concluded that there is no such thing as insulating paint.
The latest research lab to shine light on the insulating paint scammers is the Cold Climate Housing Research Center (CCHRC) in Fairbanks, Alaska. As explained in the September 2009 issue of EDU, CCHRC researchers decided to focus on two products that often generate customer complaints:Nansulate and Super Therm.
http://www.greenbuildingadvisor.com/blogs/dept/musings/insulating-paint-merchants-dupe-gullible-homeowners
Kolorgen. I know you would never exaggerate but "If there are hundreds of different applications of Nansulate" then when you divide the daily sales revenues reported last quarter by 300 (the minimum number if there are hundreds of applications) you would get the monumental number of $2 sales a day for each application. When does silly season end?
Industrial Nanotech Research & Development $15.21 a day
In their own words, Industrial Nanotech/INI Worldwide/Synavax "funds and participates in research with the world's brightest scientists and leading laboratories." In the last reported quarter this company reported massive expenditures for research and development of an astounding $15.21 daily.
I am now convinced that there is no longer any attempt whatsoever by Industrial Nanotech/INI Worldwide/Synavax to ground their claims in even a shred of plausibility. I will let the reader decide whether these new claims are inspired by desperation, parody or lunacy on the part of Stuart Burchill.
Of course, the pumpers will again attack me and reassert their firm commitment to this lunacy.
If you still have even the slightest question about the sanity of what Industrial Nanotech is doing, you can read the section above where it hilariously quotes CEO Stuart Burchill (comes straight from CEO Stuart Burchill) "that Stuart (Burchill) demonstrates real integrity, sincerity..." I am truly envious of both the audacity and creativity of whoever is writing this stuff!
PS. Dr. Bilgin do you really believe any of the stuff this company is saying or are you just attempting to protect your investment?
http://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/intk/financials/income/quarter
Industrial Nanotech and Total Nonsense
I really commend the incredibly imaginative impossible products that Industrial Nanotech/INI Worldwide/Synavax company is able to dream up. It is inconceivable to think of another company that would have the audacity to feature on their site for everyone else to laugh at "Thermoelectric Generation Creating Energy from Temperature Differentials"--their exclusive electricity generating paint!
While rational people will just smile at this lunacy, I am certain that the pumpers will attack me for pointing out the complete insanity of what this company is now claiming.
I am not sure if INI/Industrial Nanotech/Synavax is now engaging in parody in their latest product announcements or they actually think that there are people out there that are just that gullible.
Just in case Stuart Burchill has to get out of town fast, I am noting that the company has moved to a new location that features "virtual offices".
Producer of an Inferior Product
Dr Bilgin of Korlogen has asked me if I work for a producer of an inferior product. I do apologize, but I was unable to find any inferior products on the market and Industrial Nanotech is in a class by itself. I also searched for a similar product to Industrial Nanotech's electricity generating paint and I was unable to find any verifiable perpetual motion machines. The only analog that I could find was the incredible Matrix, marketing by another high-tech company, Norvergence. There is a long history of companies marketing impossible products and an even longer list of victims.

Industrial Nanotech sells almost 1 can of paint each day!
We can really be encouraged with the latest numbers out of this powerhouse of a company. Sales in the last reported quarter have now reached the astounding pace of $619 a day--less than the cost of one 5 gallon can of the EPX paint.
This is truly a milestone and a remarkable testament to both the strength and acceptance of Industrial Nanotech's impossible to believe technology.
After 12 years of offering these highly imaginative paints the market has spoken and we should be both elated for and have no question about the future of Industrial Nanotech.
Industrial Nanotech Negative 860% return on assets
Kolorgen and the other pumpers are absolutely right. This is a definite no-brainer, you don't have to be smart to invest in Industrial Nanotech. Not only do they boast a negative 860.03% return on assets they also are proud of their negative 203.07 net margin. Add to this the fact that Industrial Nanotech loses $2.03 for every dollar sold and you know that this stock and this company is a winner!
Just wait until Stuart Burchill wins the Nobel prize in physics for his pioneering work in what lesser minds foolishly thought was impossible--electricity generating paint.
Dr. Bilgin of Kolorgen, traderking60 and Pinkpaste should waste no further time and purchase additional shares of Industrial Nanotech before it goes any lower.

Kolorgen on Industrial Nanotech
I got burned maybe 10 times more than you-I still have faith in the product and the company and all of us. posted in 2010
I have invested all I have in this business, nothing left for shares, but either way we will win. 2011 is, in a way, the year of Nansulate"; despite worldwide crisis hitting everybody, we are not doing that badly, I think. posted in 2011
Hello again, my financials are just as bad as the company's, almost in proportion, but I still have great faith in the company and the team behind it, not yet even met Stuart, but I have faith in what he is doing, sometimes it is not as easy as it may seem, initially I thought, "wow, this is the product everybody needs", but not everybody is so bright or open to new ideas, etc, etc. The problem is that the opposition has been making and selling air-filled products, worth billions of dollars per year.
So the jump, our jump will be very, very big, sooner or later.... (posted in 2015)
Industrial Nanotech Electricity Generating Paint
I genuinely apologize for all of any negative comments about Industrial Nanotech and now firmly believe that this company will be the next Amazon or Google. Stuart Burchill, a man with absolutely no scientific credentials, will amaze the world with his discovery of paints that either assist in, or actually generate, electricity. Lesser minds in the past have offered the equivalent of perpetual motion machines and I am totally awed that we are at the dawn of a new age with these great scientific discoveries. Undoubtedly, Stuart Burchill will win the next Nobel prize in Physics for these earth-shattering discoveries.
I am aware that these products are not allowed under the current laws of physics but there is a new administration in Washington that has promised to drain the swamp and considering the value of these discoveries they will certainly pass new laws that will allow for these products.
I want to specifically apologize to Kolorgen, traderking60, Pinkpaste and the other pumpers for doubting both their integrity and rationality. No doubt they will invest all of their remaining funds in this promising technology and purchase additional INTK stock.

The incredible Alternative Reality where Industrial Nanotech's products have value and that the company has big orders on the books is only available at this site and the Industrial Nanotech/Synavax sites. Please take the time to do your own research about this company and their bogus products you will see a consistent pattern of fraud and misrepresentation. The pumpers here all have a stake in this alternative reality and once you step outside this alternative reality it will become clear that what they are saying is completely unbelievable.
Industrial Nanotech boasts sales of $619 a day and a return on assets of negative 860% (in the last quarter)--that alone should indicate that the million dollar orders that they have bragged about can only exist in this alternative reality. In this alternative reality the investors are all geniuses. If they bought this stock in 2005 these geniuses would have incurred a more than 99% loss on their investment.
As you can see from their previous responses the pumpers will avoid the specifics of what I have to say since there is no way that they can respond honestly to me and still support the Industrial Nanotech scam.

Pound the table Dr Bilgen of Kolorgen
If you have the facts on your side, pound the facts. If you have the law on your side, pound the law. If you have neither on your side, pound the table.
I do have genuine pity for you Dr. Bilgen, but there is still time for you to wake up and reevaluate your blind devotion to Stuart.
All I have on my side are the facts. You can rave and rant like King Lear as much as you want. Hopefully, when you are calm enough you can go back to your own posts on his board where you admit that Industrial Nanotech has brought you only financial setbacks and disappointments. Upon reading your posts, it is clear to me that you maintain hope for the company and products regardless of all evidence to the contrary. I have no malice to you or anyone else and wish you well.
I wish Industrial Nanotech products worked
It would be truly wonderful if any of the products worked. Imagine using a coat of paint that would insulate your house, or even better another coat of paint that would be able to generate electricity.
A few years ago, when I first read about Nansulate I was intrigued and started researching the product. Alas, not only did I find that the product did not work as advertised, but I also found out there was a trail of gullible consumers and companies that had been hoodwinked by this company.
If any of the products worked they would be ubiquitous. The beyond silly response by traderking60 that the reason you actually see diminishing sales after 12 years is that this a small company is completely disingenuous. IF ANY OF THE INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH PRODUCTS WORKED THERE WOULD BE A REAL DEMAND FOR THEM. If you look at the sales for last quarter they are only $619 a day, less than the cost of one 5 gallon can of the EPX product. For a brief time both Amazon and Grainger offered Nansulate for sale, but quickly dropped it (probably after complaints from customers).
On researching Stuart George Burchill of Naples, Florida, the President of this company, it appears that he may have an prior arrest record for passing bad checks. I will once again post the link and you can make your own determination if this is the same person.
Lacking and coherent rebuttals to the sad facts, I know that Kolorgen, traderking60 and the other pumpers will continue to attack me as a liar or ignorant and avoid the obvious facts and repeat that in spite of all evidence to the contrary, the products do work and the company will be discovered after 12 years of either being ignored or made fun of.
Their rants are growing more desperate and less coherent, reflecting the increasingly preposterous claims of Industrial Nanotech.
My only agenda here is to discuss these product rationally and let the readers know what it going on with Industrial Nanotech. If you find evil you are bound not to remain silent or else you are guilty of enabling that evil.

Industrial Nanotech total sales $619 a day!
Total sales for the last reported quarter were only $619 a day.
The answer is so obvious. The company has been around for about 12 years continuously making impossible sales claims. Google Industrial Nanotech press release and you will see that there is a pattern where Industrial Nanotech claims massive sales contracts that never materialize. The only difference now is that they are more desperate and the claims have become more imaginative and less believable. If any of the sales claims were true they would be selling lots of products--which they do not.
If anyone presents the truth here they are attacked as liars and idiots. Fortunately, you can google Industrial Nanotech scam and Industrial Nanotech fraud to get a more accurate view of Industrial Nanotech's unsavory business practices.
There is an obvious reason why you are not able to find their products at any reputable merchant. This company and all of its products are a total scam.
They are proud that this is an award-winning company. The only verified awards that I was able to verify was an F rating at the Better Business Bureau and an award for the most unnecessary press release. While they have not yet entered, they should definitely enter next year's contest at Cumbria, England where they are certain to win the top prize!

Nansulate does not work--Independent study
http://www.cchrc.org/anchorage-foundation-insulation-study
This study used ASTM standards and the results are very clear, that Nansulate provides no difference in insulation from ordinary paint. Paint is not insulative no matter how many times the pumpers claim it is. Traderking60 in her previous post did not cite a single study. Listing testing standards is not the same as citing a study. The obvious reason that she did not cite a single study by name is that finding a study that proves any of the Industrial Nanotech products work. No matter how loud traderking60 and the other pumpers rant, they can not escape the simple fact that the products do not work.
Of course, I know that this question will be ignored but what laboratory or organization performed these studies, The acclaimed Institu Pasta Fagioli?
ISO 8990:1999 – Thermal Performance – Reduced heat conduction 34.8% (3-coats)
ASTM E1530 – Thermal Resistance – Reduced heat conduction 29.7% (2-coats)
Industrial Nanotech product claims outlandish
...the product claims are so outlandish that it’s difficult to imagine anyone taking them seriously.”

I can understand that the author, Martin Holladay,is astounded with the silly claims about 'insulating paint." I wonder what he will say when he learns about Industrial Nanotech's electricity generating paint!
