I get that they have a longer term vision and they can even put their vision in their next Quarterly statement. It's best to hear it from them. They can't even make AERN any money or follow through with anything the say they're doing. How are they going to spin off other companies that also don't make money and expect them to be successful? They're setting a precidence with all of the PR's that don't come true that will follow them and make it harder for legitimate investors to buy into any company they spin off. How are they going to spin off their UMO business, it hasn't made any money, oil drilling has proven lackluster so far, now gold? They need to rework Al's lease before it expires and get on the Riverton Louisiana JV and stop messing around with anything else until they prove they can turn a PR into profit. I do give them dredit for making the Rehoboth JV happen, let's see more of that!

OR we bought into what AERN was selling a long time ago and are dismayed by them never following through with anything. We've been here following it for the past 7 months or longer. Most of us are longs wanting to get our money back. We'd love to see it go up on legitimate company performance but will take it anyway we can get it. You haven't put your time in on this board to know us...

If you guys look at the balance sheet at what money they're making and they're paying themselves...$250K doesn't cover much. They've got to have bigger deals AND follow through with them if they want this to go up.

I know, I read that and wasn't pleased. Think about it... 90 wells in Kansas at 1-3BOPD won't be fully running until end of this fall plus the Rehoboth wells brings it to around 100BOPD...

I think they have legitimate opportunities like Al's lease in Oklahoma. Either they have the money to do it or not. I don't think they have the funds to do it but they'd be foolish to let it go($20mil/yr)... JV with another entity maybe?(Joann perhaps) Riverton JV sounds amazing($1.8Billion), they stated they're committed to doing it in the last two quarterly reports... how much longer will the opportunity be available though? Someone needs to call up Riverton...

669, So let me get this straight... You think AERN is still trying to pull the together the EXXON deal, the Black Gold deal, Mulitplex and the UMO's? You are bat$h!t crazy if you think they are still working on these let alone would announce they're dead. Maybe, just maybe there's still hope for the Riverton/Louisiana deal... and maybe just maybe there's hope for Al's Oklahoma deal.(which from what I know has a lease that's about to expire at the end of June. Unless they announce they've resigned that lease or started reworking it in the next 4 weeks you can bet its dead too.) I would love to be proven wrong but if it quacks like a duck, looks like duck, walks like a duck then what do you think it is?

Only insiders would buy that much when the stock is so low and has had so many problems. They're expecting a bump from news or manipulation very soon.

Whether its $55 or $90 the cost is the same to get it out of the ground... but wells producing 1-3BOPD really makes no sense at all. Single wells producing 20+ BOPD is another story and that's where AERN should be playing. Unless Kansas is producing that much per well they should just shut it down until price improves. I believe AERN had a deal for a 50% stake in two wells producing 24 and 34 BOPD if I remember correctly but that didn't work out.(30 wells producing 1-3 BOPD was a much better proposition) What was the name of that company again...? Hmmm... Darn it, I forgot... it was Black something or other... :P

Cheap oil doesn't make sense for oil companies with wells producing 1-3BOPD output... Oh Crap there goes Kansas..

The simple fact remains that whether or not it was for either of AERN's business's(I ues the term loosely) it has yet to be seen. However, that was the rumor I saw posted... I understand it was designated for the non-existing UMO business...maybe this is a new new LOC... after all isn't all make believe at this point until there is some actual verifyable proof?

The Wednesday deadline was referring to a rumor posted by a frequent poster/moderator(not Joann) that AERN was coming into some funds this past Wednesday. Nothing was heard about it since Joann said maybe its this Wednesday(tomorrow). Shes been looking to still work with Stan on their deal but nothing has happened. Romors were that AERN was going to get an installment from their $10 million LOC. Surfkast maybe able to comment specifically on this LOC.

Not if they bought at .0012 but then again that's hardly a profit.

Here's my estimate but what do I know? Let's do the math:
1 BOPD @ $90
25% goes to the land owner.. (-$22.5= $67.5)
12-15% goes towards operating expenses. Lets go with 15% to be safe(67.5 - 10.12 = $57.3)
For 1 BOPD @$90/Barrel = $57.3/BOPD x roughly 25 drilling days/mo 25 days @ 1BOPD = $1434/mo.
25 days @ 3BOPD = $4303/mo.

Joann will have better sense of other fees,costs and tax incentives...

We shall see. Look for end of day volume and pps increase if news coming tomoorow.

Who is the JV partner?(NO IDEA) What kind of output are we looking at? (1-3Bbls/day vs. cost to operate) What is/are the lease location and well names?(UNDISCLOSED) Any siesmic reports available for output estimates?(NOPE) A new PR with this information would actually be helpful.

I agree with this statement. However, reworks can get much higher bopd than 1-3. Unfortunately, all we have now are the ones that produce 1-3 bopd....

There are lots of "scorned" shareholders here. Many of them here due to deal like BG that fell through... This all hits a nerve with you for some reason. As a shareholder I would think you love anything revealing of AERN's habits and practices. Direct some of your enthusiasm for vetting Joann and BG towards Stan and AERN. Please focus on AERN and not BG. We're all in this together. GLTA

The agreement was violated when AERN did not fund the project by the agreed upon date.
