She just keeps chugging along, year after year after year after year. Thank you Steve Jobs. You've put my 4 of my 5 children through Ivy League schools, paid for all of my real estate, paid for my airplanes, and still have millions to spare. Long and strong since 2001.
Just working hard to keep the price down so you guys can load the boat with "cheapees" and Roxanna can do her buyback with "cheapees". Once everybody has all the shares they can possibly buy, then we'll let her RIP.
Same guy running both companies, same office address for both companies.
A reinstatement yes. But I'm afraid that isn't enough to change the tier rating at OTC markets. Unfortunately a reinstatement is with the state. That is not enough current information for otcmarkets.
And what about the parent company BUGS? They haven't filed financials in years and years. They're also a PINK NO INFORMATION. Promises promises. Now that's what I call consistency.
Maybe those divi's got lost in the mail?
Does EMAX work out of a house?
Nobody thinks that's weird? No phone listings? No location listings? I mean heck, even joe blows gas station down the block has a listing.
Yeah but nobody could offer an explanation as to why they have no phone number listed with directory assistance. What kind of a company isn't even listed in the phone book?
Why doesn't directory assistance have a listing for EMAX anywhere?
OTC Markets lists MPIX with a Caveat Emptor stock. If you go to the stock exchange website at otcmarkets.com and check out MPIX you'll see for yourself. The skull and crossbones tier rating. At otcmarkets.com you can read all about it.
Ask yourself this question, if GMND had any positive sales or any earnings at all, why wouldn't they provide financial discloure? If my sales and earnings were good, I'd want the whole world to know. The fact that the company won't provide any information at all is reason enough to avoid. If you go to the stock exchange website at otcmarkets.com you'll see the exchange lists GMND with a big red stop sign. What does the stop sign mean? Click on it and read. Buyer beware.
The Quarterly report states sales are $0. All the cash in the company is shareholder equity.
You longs should all thank me for helping you get more shares. Anything I can do to help you load up. Let me know when you have all the shares you can buy.
No......I swear to god he kept referring to EMAX shareholders as "those poor suckers" That was the exact reference he used.
My friend is a senior partner at KPMG. We sit and have our morning Starbucks everyday. I told him about EMAX and he downloaded EMAX's balance sheet. And let me tell you, he laughed his butt off.
Ask yourself, why would a company keep it's financials a secret? If you were running a company and you had good results, wouldn't you want to show the world?
Without any financial disclosure, you're buying air. If the company won't provide any financial results, how could anyone do even the slightest bit of due diligence?
OTCmarkets has BUGS listed with a stop sign at otcmarkets.com What does the stock exchange mean by the stop sign? According to the exchange and I quote, "Pink Sheets No Information includes defunct companies that have ceased operations as well as "dark" companies with questionable management and market disclosure practices. Publicly traded companies that are not willing to provide information to investors should be treated with suspicion and their securities should be considered highly risky." Without any financial disclosure from BUGS, you should wonder why they won't open their books to shareholders. Buyer beware.
Yes I've done more checking and it is in fact a landline in or around Chipley, Florida. I wasn't aware that EMAX had operations in or around Chipley, Florida because this has never been mentioned in any EMAX news. I did find it a little strange though when I saw who the phone is listed to.......see links.

http://www.reversephonelookup.com/number/8506383920/
However, if you call directory assistance or search directory assistance, there is no listing for the company.
Do a directory assistance search for EMAX Worldwide. Search Chipley, Florida, search Orlando, search the entire state of Florida, search the entire USA. Nothing. No listing. How many companies have no listing? Please, I invite everyone to check with directory assistance.
Yeah....a cellphone number in Chipley, Florida. Has EMAX ever told you about operations in Chipley, Florida? Everything I've read or found was that they were in the Orlando area.
Just look at this objectively for a second. How many legit companies have no telephone listing? For crying out loud, even a gas station down the street has a telephone listing. They list all these different business operations and yet no telephone listings anywhere. Your only contact with the company is a cellphone number. Good grief.
The only contact phone number for the company is a cellphone. I mean seriously, what company doesn't have a landline? Nobody else thinks that is very very strange?
Go to directory assistance and search for a telephone listing. How many legitimate companies have no phone?
Isn't it weird that directory assistance has no listing for EMAX? No listing at all. The only phone number for the company is a cellphone number 850-638-3920. How many companies have no phone listings with directory assistance?
Beall.....if you read the most recent financial statement from EMAX, there was 2,292,505,032 shares outstanding as of December 31st, 2010. If you got to otcmarkets as you suggest, they show outstanding shares of 2,291,972,864......a difference of 90,000 shares. So if you do a comparison, they've bought back a whopping 90,000 shares. Good grief.
Roxy said she was buying back shares last year. Did she? I don't think she did. Companies can say they're buying back shares but that doesn't mean they do.
That's right. Digital delivery is taking over distribution. Now ask yourself, how is EMAX going to compete with ITunes? Why is anyone going to buy a CD or order a digital download from a EMAX partner when you can just buy the individual tracks you want from ITunes? Try and compete with Apple and you'll get killed.
CD sales have gone from $38.6 billion in 1999 to an estimate of $9.2 billion by 2013. Even a novice realizes this, and if you don't think so, go to wikipedia and take a look.
CD's are dead. It's a buggy whip business.
I didn't leave. If you guys think there is value running the stock back, I can't control your impulses.
Sorry I should have proof read my last post before I submitted it but, I meant to say they have listed on their balance sheet $15,971,291 worth of goodwill. I have no doubt that if this is in fact true, they've got some major write downs coming.
Well NXXI, I know the company is not required to disclose it's financial statement. But while not required, I wonder why they don't, just to provide some visibility for shareholders. They've got time to issue PR's, but they don't have time for providing financials. Certainly they know their Q1 and Q2 results by now but elect to not disclose them. Now I've mentioned this before in previous posts, and the longs will dismiss it as "Roxy doesn't want to disclose the results now because she wants to keep the price down long enough for a buyback". This kind of thinking is so fricking funny, I have a hard time holding back the laughter. Also, if you look at the assets listed on the balance sheet, they've got listed assets of $4,873,100 for Gold Rush Investments and a whopping $15,971,291. Since these financial statements are unaudited, I'm very very skeptical of these valuations. Of course this is my opinion, but I'd love to see this balance sheet audited. Shareholders should request an audited financial statement.
Nobody knows. There PR's seem to suggest they're in lots of businesses. Obviously they haven't invested very well or you'd see a higher ROI. It's my opinion that a lot of these businesses have not been successful. They really should try to focus on one or two businesses and get profitable there first. When you start getting involved in businesses where you don't have any expertise, then you've got real execution risk.
allencb2....download EMAX's last financial statement. Paid in capital is over $46,000,000. The company had net income of $110,017. So if you think a net profit of $110,017 is good on over $46,000,000 in shareholder investment, ok.
You have to admit, EMAX was pushed higher on one fluffy PR after another. And in my opinion, these PR's were just fluff without any substance. The only thing driving this stock is fluffy PR's. And if you doubt me, please take a close look at EMAX's last PR at the end of 2010. The company has had paid in capital of over $46,000,000 and yet they only posted revenues of $460,000 and income of $110,017. I mean seriously, have you ever seen a ROE that is this low?
Nothing is more vulnerable than entrenched complacency.
Just take a look at these EMAX PR's from October and November of last year. Sound familiar?

I don't believe these buybacks then ever came to fruition. And, EMAX never got their Tier rating upgraded at OTCmarkets.
Thanks for your concern jerlegg. But I have followed EMAX for a long time and perhaps you new shareholders aren't aware of the company's history. They are very long on rosy PR's and very short on actual execution and financial results. You just have to look at the company's track record. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck.....well, you know the rest.
