Quite the drop at open. Hmmmmm.....???
Has anyone here mentioned the news about Toyota moving to Plano, TX? How is that relevant here you ask. They are moving to a parcel of land across from the J.C. Penny headquarters that just happens to be owned by J.C. Penny. Not sure if Toyota is buying that land or leasing it. Either way, that is a nice chunk of change for J.C. Penny.
You're the biggest Kool Aid dispenser of them all.
Ok but not the Kool Aid being served by a select few on this board. That's for sure.
Simply questioning someone on where they got the info that they are posting is not abusive. In fact, if you look thru the posts that have personal attacks in them you will see that I am the target much more than the aggressor. I will not stand by and drink the kool aid like some here want us all to. If you are posting facts you shouldn't get defensive when asked to back it up. It should be very easy to do so. If you are simply speculating, say so. That is understandable and easy to do as well. Just end your post with what I will end this with. JMHO
Yes, I just added a little more to my meager pot. This in no way is due to anything posted on this board. I need to make that perfectly clear. I added a little more to round up to an even number this last time. I believe in the company and what those who are actually in control of it are doing. Again, nothing posted on this board influences me in any way, period.
Cause it was already mentioned that GECO was to be the first of it's kind on the exchange and yet they weren't. That to me is dragging their feet. I'm driving at the moment. Ok so I pulled over to type this. When I can I'll find where I read that. I think it might have been you or Arb that mentioned it or provided the link for it. This shouldn't affect what the Guru at the top is doing so we shouldn't dwell on it. JMHO
Thanks for the info. Too bad GECO has dragged it's feet getting this done. Taking way too long.
All they have to do is back up what they say. Simple as that. But no, they prefer to attack anyone that questions their self ordained royalty. Not gonna happen. Sorry you have to put up with it. Tell them to just answer the questions with just a qualified answer.
Don't make statements you can't back up. It makes it look like you are only speculating. If that is the case, say so. Do you really feel you are that connected that everyone should just take what you say as fact? It reminds me of when my son says he did his homework but for some reason he can't show me. Trust but verify.
Link please.
I'm not. Bought my last block last week. You?
Another Monday without news spells another week of nothingness. JMHO
I didn't accuse anyone of any thing. I simply asked......
How would you know this information if it wasn't officially released by the company? If it's inside info, why would you post it here without the company already releasing it?
That worked. Thanks
The link doesn't even work.
Ok so when I asked for a link all you had to do is provide this. Just that simple.
The numbers from the appraisal. I would think that would be protected information until the company releases it.
You just had to get personal.
I doubt an appraiser that is working for a public company would release that information to just anyone. I'm sure the company wouldn't be happy with them if they did. JMHO
I'm sure I'm the one individual you speak of. I'm also pretty sure I'm not the only one who would like some kind of link to the information you say is out there. I for one have not seen any 8-K's stating the findings of the appraiser. How would you know this information if it wasn't officially released by the company? If it's inside info, why would you post it here without the company already releasing it? Don't go getting personal or your post will be deleted. Just stick to the facts please.
Looks like after about 9 mil more shares sold at .0001 and we are at no bid. No?
You are actually wasting our time. If you actually read my post you will see that I in no way referred to your quote of 10 cents. Yes, I didn't cite a specific price. You will see that if you actually read this part of that post. How high and how long it stays there is the unknown. That will depend on how many people are actually waiting for that to happen to jump in. If it is based solely on the existing shareholders buying more to drive the price up, it won't go far at all.
What the hell are you even talking about here and where do you get the 10% number?
So.......the 10% refers to the chance of your prediction that the stock flies way north of 10 cents occurs. When you are making predictions based upon a 10% likelihood of happening, you are engaged in not serious discussion, but wishful hoping.
Then what are you talking about with this?
When there is less than a 10% chance of something happening
Less than a 10% chance of a CC sale happening?
For one. I didn't say your opinion was nonsense. But you seem to get personal when challenged. For another. Once a CC sale is in the books, GLEC will no longer be a failed startup, will it.
This is me repeating myself as well. Everyone can decide on their own which theory they believe.
The numbers that Arbpro has put together are spot on for an established company with a stable history of revenues. As financials are released with such a company it can affect the stock up or down depending on the numbers and the outlook going forward. This is obviously not the case with GLEC. GLEC is a startup company with as history of failed startup attempts.
An example of how the stock will react with news of an actual sale of CC's with an actual amount of revenue, and this is only an example, is kind of like how the stock reacts to a Pharmaceutical company whose latest drug trial has been reported as successful or better yet has gotten FDA approved. Though actual revenues have not been determined, the speculation drives the PPS up tremendously.
GLEC has an example of its own on how speculation can drive a stock's price up with no actual revenue coming in. When they had that deal announced in Mexico, they only had projected possible revenues and the stock went up to somewhere around 60-70 cents. This was based solely on the possibility of money coming in. In the case of the CC's sales for Castleberry, it would not only be the release of how much they could get per CC but the actual sale of the CC's as well as the future projects already in the works, that will drive the PPS up. How high and how long it stays there is the unknown. That will depend on how many people are actually waiting for that to happen to jump in. If it is based solely on the existing shareholders buying more to drive the price up, it won't go far at all.
As far as what earnings will be based on the CC revenue is concerned. It should be very close to the same exact number. There is no real cost to the production or creation of CC's. Yes, there is a cost to the production of the compost but the sale of the compost should easily cover any cost to produce it. Even if sold at cost it is obviously covered. Sure there is the initial costs to the applications and appraisals and such but nowhere near the 80% stated here.
NML brought up the one point that could be the kink in the armor here. Are GECO's revenues legally tied to GLEC and thus the interest of the shareholders. I believe they are.
A done CC deal with good numbers from being on the Gold Exchange, plus other projects in the works, coupled with a lot of interest from those other than we current shareholders, should equal to a solid payday for those who have held on for so long.
8-K out with decent news = selling. Hmmmmm
Lucky are those that bought them.
Another Monday morning comes and goes and nothing from the company. I guess we wait longer.
Could this be ready for what?
Hey Buff, can you remove the off topic posts here please?
This info has been out there for some time now. I, for one, have put it out there many times. There are just so many people here that refuse to believe it. I don't know why there was this activity in recent weeks. I think it was MM's taking advantage of some desperate bag holders that held on even when things got as high as .0004 hoping for their bag to be bought at a penny.
NML hit it on the head.
Looks like the .0001 bids are drying up. No bid right around the corner. MM's have squeezed bout all they can out of this one.
Looks like yet another Monday with no news. Will we ever get anything out of this company? It's hard to believe that it is this difficult to get things done.
Thank you for not answering my posts.
And in his memory I'm going to question you and anyone else here that states that things are going to happen. I know he wouldn't let it go either.
Really???
The appraiser and stakeholder meetings you mention several times here in the last week or so. Possibly only the Mayor showing up on behalf of the stakeholders. I could go back and cut and paste your posts but you know what I'm talking about.
Have the meetings taken place in Castleberry yet? If so, any word on how they went?
Did someone forget to hit send when they tried to submit an 8-K? I know we didn't go yet another Monday without news.
Why can't you people wrap your brains around how Telogis got all the assets of RMTD? They did not buy them from RMTD. The debt holders foreclosed on the assets of the company. They then became the owners of the assets, not RMTD. RMTD became an empty shell which all of us shareholders now proudly own. Telogis then bought the assets from the debt holder, not RMTD.
Really tired of repeating this. Please focus and understand what really happened here.
Another week goes by and not a word from the company. Unless you count what Carbpro posts. 8-K would be nice.
