Finally, I agree it will eventually fall to 003 and have a nice pump to 01. Too bad EV swindled all my money.I have no more to buy at 003.I do not see this going over 015 again. And I'm averaged at 05. Oh well its only money.

Yes, but financials come out march 20th I think.By then this thing will be beaten down to 002.Right now there isn't much investor confidence.
How is a stock like sponge with class action lawsuites up the yin yang trading for 4 cents and arts for half a penny?
I believe this stock has a big run in it,but unfortunatly like the captain says not till oo3 or oo2 or maybe lower the way it's going..It will take on the old pattern and maybe run to one cent.I'm out of money so I'm screwed cause I'm averaged at 5 cents.
In every other financial that was released it went up.I would look for history to repeat itself again. How much is the question.
I thnk financials come out on march 20th is that correct? What does everyone think the PPS will reach at that point? I need 5 cents to break even but will settle for .025 to get out.
abby Could you send me a PM.I would like to know your in depth opinion.I know everyone elses here.
Alittle history of The Donalds FAILURES
By 1990, the effects of recession left Trump unable to meet loan payments. Trump financed the construction of his
third casino, the $1 billion Taj Mahal, primarily with high-interest junk bonds. That put him at a disadvantage with
competitors who used more of their own money to finance their projects, industry experts have said. Things were so
bleak for Trump at this time that in the August 21, 1990 edition of the Jersey Record, columnist Mike Kelly wrote “If
we still had debtors’ prisons, Trump would be in the dungeon.” Kelly added that “Donald Trump is a Third World Nation.”
Although he shored up his businesses with additional loans and postponed interest payments, by 1991 increasing debt brought
Trump to business bankruptcy and the brink of personal bankruptcy. Banks and bond holders had lost hundreds of millions of
dollars, but opted to restructure his debt to avoid the risk of losing more money in court. The Taj Mahal re-emerged from
bankruptcy on Oct 5, 1991, with Trump ceding 50% ownership in the casino to the original bondholders in exchange for
lowered interest rates on the debt and more time to pay it off.
By 1994, Trump had eliminated a large portion of his $900 million personal debt and reduced significantly his nearly
$3.5 billion in business debt. While he was forced to relinquish the Trump Shuttle (which he had bought in 1989),
he managed to retain Trump Tower in New York City and control of his three casinos in Atlantic City. Chase Manhattan
Bank, which lent Trump the money to buy the West Side yards, his biggest Manhattan parcel, forced the sale of a parcel
to Asian developers.
In 1995, he combined his casino holdings into the publicly held Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts. Wall Street drove its
stock above $35 in 1996, but by 1998 it had fallen into single digits as the company remained profitless and struggled
to pay just the interest on its nearly $2 billion in debt. Under such financial pressure, the properties were unable
to make the improvements necessary for keeping up with their flashier competitors.
Problems loomed for Trump’s casino resorts. In a May 28, 2004, Wall Street Journal article, Trump said the specter of
bankruptcy bothered him “from a psychological standpoint,” but added, “it really wouldn’t matter that much.” A number
of his bondholders disagreed. In the same article, Meyer Marvald, a Florida retiree who said he owned about $44,000 of
the bonds, claimed “[Trump] has the Sword of Damocles hanging over our heads.” On October 21, 2004, Trump Hotels &
Casino Resorts announced a restructuring of its debt. The plan called for Trump’s individual ownership to be reduced
from 56 percent to 27 percent, with bondholders receiving stock in exchange for surrendering part of the debt. Since then,
Trump Hotels has been forced to seek voluntary bankruptcy protection to stay afloat. After the company applied for
Chapter 11 Protection in November, 2004, Trump relinquished his CEO position but retained a role as Chairman of the
Board. In May, 2005 the company re-emerged from bankruptcy as Trump Entertainment

I'm even at an averaged down price at 5 cents. I'm ticked off that they're not forthcoming but what am I going to do.I have written them E-mails critizizing and scolding them. With that said I personally, like Bdaddy will not sell for a huge lose. So I will try to find any silver lining I can. For instance,Luxor received 4 million shares of artfest priced at a dollar a share. Artfest had a relationship with luxor before all this went down also. The point is sombody believes that Artfest will be valued at 1 dollar a share at some point. Maybe Artfest is looking to be aquired by somyone also, they got a deal on that art which would make them more attactive. Ev may have a questionable past but so do all the bankers and AIG execs taking hundreds of millions in bonuses. GE did not believe in Bill Gates vison. I know thats stretching it a bit but who knows.
click on icon that says galleries then click on a button that says click to your left.Drag all the way to your right and WHALA there is Rhupert.
If the Donald likes Rhupert its good enough for me!

I'm am still in shock over this.I originally got into ARTI for a quick trade and got caught in this split. The pr's sounded good so I thought we had a chance.I'm down 6 grand and just hoping to get back 50 percent right now.I don't see this getting back to .05 to break even any time soon or maybe ever.Well I certainly lived and learned on this one.
my apolgies to everyone for getting out of hand in some of my comments.
Hell, I need to get back to 2.5 cents just to loose 50 percent
I'm even at 5 cents.I think it will take an act of GOD to get back up there.I think the possibilty exists to go back to pre split levels of 002.I read a scathing review on yahoo by some blogger. It is to painful to paste here.
It is not only the company that is selling but all the people that he paid in shares which are probably unloading just to make somthing.Well thanks for trying to warn me everyone.
Yes John let that "game changer" you talked about take us higher.
Good post from yahoo board
Artfest International expects that it will complete several more acquisitions in 2010 with a goal of adding an additional $10 million in assets to the balance sheet. Artfest International's subsidiary Charity Sports Distributor is working on consummating agreements with dozens of additional college and professional sport teams to become the official distributor of their sports memorabilia. The Company's goals are to sign an additional 50 teams in 2010 and to become the industry leader in the multibillion-dollar sports memorabilia industry.
"We are extremely pleased with the sales growth we're seeing this quarter, both through our recent acquisition of CSD as well as organic growth from our direct sales division, Artfest Channel Galleries. Our growth strategy is in place and as the numbers prove, it's clearly working. Given 4th quarter projections, even without further growth, we are currently at an annual revenue run rate of just under $5,000,000. We certainly intend to maintain our current rates of growth through 2010," stated Artfest CEO Edward Vakser.
Chris Miner, Artfest's newly appointed CFO, added, "I see tremendous potential to build revenue momentum based on Artfest's current sales infrastructure. I look forward to playing a key role in further expanding EPS growth based on current and future sales results."
Artfest plans to file its 10-K and announce year-end and 4th quarter results on or before March 30, 2010.
First-of-Its-Kind, Propriety Global Arts Marketing System Projected to Ramp Revenues to Over $100,000,000 in Two Years
Artfest has signed a wholesale distribution agreement to include new sports branded products to its ever expanding catalog. The new offering will include more NCAA teams, as well as NBA, NFL, NHL and MLB teams.
D. Arthur Wilson has recently signed exclusive rights to ArtFest International for the acquisition, representation, marketing and merchandizing of D. Arthur’s lovable character, Rhupert. On the table are several contracts pending approval, one of which includes the syndication of the Rhupert cartoon. Other items pending are the licensing of the Rhupert image in Europe and Asia through a multitude of media and merchandizing outlets.
I BELIEVE that growth is happening. Be in this play and be in big because when the 10k comes out you will be chasing.

What are everyones thoughts. How low will it go,when will it bounce back and how high will it go.
During Johns interview he stated that the company is profitable. Man if that is true and they put out financials proving that, we are off to the races.

Hospitals are finding now that a cell phone does not interfere with the medical equipment. Many have now disposed of the rule of not using a cell phone.
Every anesthesiologist in the country uses his IPOD or probably some form of mp3 player to listen to music during the surgical procedure.Connected of course to external speekers so the whole staff can listen to soft music playing in the backround.
Usually it is the circulating nurse or tech that does the verification sheet. we call it the time out sheet for documenting the time you begin. The iphone version sounds like it may be better suited for small surgicenters or doctors offices where they do minor surgical procedures.Everything in the hospital is trending digital,so the main digital system may work out very well.If they have Knowledgable application consultants with the hospitals training them this could be a success.
I'm sorry you do not like this particular stock I do.
the penny world is full of these scenerios maybe you should buy large cap stocks then?
Investors tend to exhibit the typical short-term reaction to a dilutive offering, ignoring the positive macro effect the additional capital can have for a company. One very common question related to mergers and acquisition transactions, especially at the Pink Sheets and Bulletin Board level, is the question of dilution. In these markets, dilution is seen almost universally as bad. The reality is, however, that for companies in these markets to grow, they almost always need additional capital. This is why most of these companies are publicly traded in the first place.
The need for capital is important to understand, because if you have an interest in investing in a micro-cap company, you must take this potentially dilutive aspect into your consideration. Is it good dilution (limited, near term and returning greater value than it costs) or is it simply money raised for salaries and non-productive expenses. When choosing to become involved in a transaction, Javelin looks for companies that believe that dilution should only be used as a means to deploy assets that will represent greater value, either in the near, middle or long-term, for the client company and its shareholders. Whatever the case may be, it will be Javelin’s primary focus to assist client companies in managing the dilutive aspects while building shareholder value over time.
These are not my words they are taken from financial websites.
We should get a nice pump here around the next financials.Dilution probable does play a part but My limited experience tells me this is also being manipulated on purpose so the powers that be can load up.There are alot of people that got paid in shares that want to make some money also.As word gets out and they keep generating revenue there will be more interest. Can they control the share structure is the big question, you are right. With that being said I think this is a nice little company that just might do pretty well for the shareholders by the end of the year.
I work in the heathcare field using verification checklists everyday. They are very useful and do save lives and help insure that the proper procedure is being performed.Right now we work with just a single sheet of paper. I think the digital checklists will work extremley well in our operating room as well as radiology and other departments.I think the residents will find them very attractive also. The young residents have grown up on digital products especially Iphones and find them very easy to use. Some of the older physicians may find the change difficult.Every hospital has some form of checklist they are using now.If the digital versions work and are cost effective the hospital administrators should use them.
Our hospital uses kiosks also to educate people, they are situated all over the campus.
