'Hypersloth' than u for your comments. What should an investor do when his 1st buy was at $1.46. Should because of our-street (I have signed the petition by Rufus against him). I bought it back at $1.08. I did all that without even looking for a technical analysis. It was only due to expected fundamental changes promised. I didn't sell because I had a bitter experience of selling GOOG at 108 after buying at 72. But there are several other example including the GNBT. Bought around $1.00 and sold at 3.50 instead of $5.00 just to make sure that the stock might come back. There were lot of bullish investors with the same advice like the one u are offering are now sitting at $1.30. Yes if you are that type of investor who believe in, "buy and hold concept" be that but I believe most of the people here believe that strategy are out dated.
How many people follow Candlestick analysis for trading? I used to be sceptical about that but I am becomming more than convinced looking at CSHD. There was a sell confirmed signal at 1.02 on 15th. I ignored and was thinking about the fundamental analysis might over take this. I didn't sell until this morning at 0.835 after drop of 20%. Sofar it has droped more than 25% since that signal. Should we follow those signal or there is any other opinion oout there.
'stock_kid' BMOInvestorline has converted all my shares today. It is not up here slow rather it is RBCActiondirect that is slow.
'bluediamonds' could u please explain what does following means?thx
"The list consists of stocks for which sellers failed to deliver 10,000 shares or more in the past five trading days and the level of ``fails'' is a minimum of 0.5 percent of the shares outstanding. Securities are listed alphabetically by ticker."
Yes. It is BMOInvestorline
I have got my all FHAL shares convereted to CSHD. Is it a good sign or if there are still some out there whos shares have not yet been converted? This was one of the requirement before 10K is filed. If all has got converted than we can look forward for 10K today. Your comments.
Tailings
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search
Tailings (also known as slickens[1]) are the waste left over[2] after removing the gangue from ore. Ore extracted from the earth's crust typically has two components: the ore mineral containing the desired metal, and waste material called gangue.
Tailings and gangue are the uneconomic remainder from mining; as mining techniques and the price of minerals improve it is not unusual for tailings to be reprocessed using new methods or more thoroughly with old methods, perhaps to recover minerals other than those originally mined.
In coal production and oil sands mining, the word 'tailings' refers specifically to fine waste suspended in water and the word 'gangue' is never used.
BMOInvestorline is of Bank of Montral
If that is the reason for delay than my all shares with BMO have not yet been converted. So keep on waiting like u...that means everything else will follow afterward.
bmoinvestorline has not yet fully converted my FHAL shares to CSHD. Still waiting and that means process is ongoing and there is some time for 10K to release.
What you have been writting about this stock is now comming to its logical concllusion. In addition to that, todays news, I believe has some bearing too. But the suspension of nationalization of oil & gas industry is itself a bullish news for investors in Bolivia. How far that will affect FMNJ is still to be seen?
Gold and dollar is down while Silver is up. Isn't a strange phennamena or silver is catching up to Gold?
I have my account with BMOInvestorline. My FHAL shares have partially been convesrted to CSHD and rest still show under FHAL. I called twice last week and was told they were waiting for CSHD shares. It looks like a slow process. No knowing why so?
Do u mean this paragraph;
Should YPFB prove incapable of developing Bolivia's still largely untapped oil and gas reserves, oil industry analyst Pitts believes foreign investment will return to South America's poorest country, albeit cautiously.
How can u say that,
"My take is that this article is good news for FMNJ since they will be supplying the technology and economic resources for development of the energy resources.
Americano, NYBob and FA should give their comments about this latest development. I read this news in New York Times this morning. Since YPFB is stripped off of responsibility to run the country's oil and gas industry. Since YPFB is our partner it should have some sort of affect. I do not see this as a possitive development for FMNJ. That is my opinion and want you guys to write how you are thinking and how stock will react to this news.
Samething is here. My FHAL shares have partly been converted to CSHD and according to my broker BMOInvestorline the rest will be converted as soon as they will recieve more shares from CSHD. They are converting ist come ist meaning if you have bought some FHAL shares one two week before those will be converted ist and than according to the availibility of numbers of shares. That means brokers have not yet got enough shares of CSHD to convert all of the FHAL shares of their clients. Your post clarify my boudts about this situation since I wans wondering how comes brokers have not yet recieved all the shares they required.
My FHAL shares have been partially been changed to CHSD. I called my broker yesterday and even today about this. Today they replied they have not yet recieved all the shares from CSHD. My question is about DTC. Do they send the shares to brokers in bunches. It is electronic age why should it take so much time to send or transfer the total shares to a broker that need to be replaced.
I insisted to get clear answer and was told that I can still if I like to trade the outstanding shares under FHAL pending transfer to CSHD. Since you raised the issue of short selling I just want to know whether or not a broker is telling me right answer?
Americano! you may be right and we can multiply our dollars in FMNJ at a lower cost provided FMNJ become able to attract big investors. They will come only when actual production and marketing will start. Do you have any idea when that is going to happen? Is there an answer to questions regarding financing and start of mining?
Sorry I will be leaving after this and see you again tomorrow.
Very good rebutal to Our-Street.
Brfore reading your post I noticed all of my FHAL shares have not yet been converted to CSHD. I waited several hour for this change to take into affect and then I called my broker "BMOInvestorline" and enquired about this. He couldn't give me reason and had referred the matter to investor support and I am waiting for their reply.
CDE It is very impressive compared to our FMNJ. Silver 150 million ounces, open pit minning to produce 8 million ounces of silver per year. Production expected in 2007 with appx $3 production cost. Apart from Silver CDE has gold mine in Australia. Wheres FMNJ has only 33 million of Silver deposit not knowing how much is mineable, lanticular deposit means underground and costly mining. Prodcution start date not yet known and of course prior to that even funding arragment is not yet clear.
NYBob please let me know where we are standing with FMNJ compared to other around this place in Bolivia? thx
Issuance of 10K and halt will be simultanious or halt will precede issuance of 10K?
Since all brokerages are not yet ready for trading, how comes CSHD was allowed to be traded instead of halting.
Where do u see that? My BMOInvestorline shows "symbol is not valid"
Almost same reply I got from BMOInvestorline.
I agree with you. It is not a rocket science.
There are two guys, two unknowns and a single company. Seems u could convince them with your so called DD. There are thousands of investors who believe that this company is going to go much much higher. Pity on those who were traped by you and loset a best chance to make a big money from good stock.
Buy Hummer but consider buying your own gas station.
I agree two 100%.
I agree one 100%.
Ignorant. See the following link for how many pinkies sky rocket after reverse merger.

Little complicated for a common investor like myself. To be on safe side do you think one should contact his or her broker to convert his/her shares into Cert form? Is this about FHAL or CSHC? Or we are talking about new comapny but that will only be possible once symbol is changed and 10K is issued and it has started trading. Is Mr. Hariss means share holders of FHAL to call to have their shares in cert form?
Didn't get this DTC? I have read about some sort of cert. to be issued by brokers. Some earlier posts it was also mentioned that FHAL share holders need to demand from their brokers.
Usually it should be automatic as you suggested.
Since people like myself are holding FHAL shares and have no idea how and when they will be converted to CVSU or CHSC? Will it be automatic conversion or the holders of FHAL shares need to ask their respective brokers to do that or it need some paper work? Couyld u please shed some light on this issue?
NYBob! thnak you. The charts look really great and yes FMNJ follow the Silver price pattern. March repeat bull flag is indicative of good days ahead for FMNJ. Did u realize that on Friday Silver was up whereas Gold was down? Is this a sign of catching up of the Silver to 1 to 10 price ratio of Gold? Signs are that future is great for Silver. Patience is going to pay.
Silver chart is six year and FMNJ is 6month. It gives some comparative price variation. Is it possible for u to put 6month Silver chart just to see both in relation to same time period? I tried from KItco site but could not do it. thx
Every thing has a book value. If you want to buy a private company you will like to pay bokk value or less not more. Public companies book value is usually calculated by share price. When a company wants to go public it perform audit and thus calculate its worth and that is a stitutary requirement of Sec.
Great point. These people do not understand that it is the company that has the right to fix IPO price. It is different thing what happens after open. That depends upon the market interest in that particular stock.
