If we take a closer look at the remaining "22 hospitals" which allegedly purchased Valimed I'm absolutely sure we'd find the same situation.
They used good old fashion vacuum salesman tactics to get in the door.
The only four hospitals that appear to have Valimed are the beta partners that helped develop the programing and integration into pharmacy protocol.
I wonder how much CDEX paid them. The pharmacists time and hospital resources are not for free.
How does a scamco show revenues on such a transaction? If a beta partner was to be paid a fee of $50K for their services, a scamco would probably paid $100K, then accepted a $50K rebate which they could list as revenue.
Remember the Tuli straws and solar pump sales?
Same sheet.
Nice work Sand. eom
"The company had some ownership and management changes, and wasn't ready to provide us the product we had understood they would be providing."
What, CDEx offered them a sweet deal to get the hospital to approve the PR, then changed their tune?
"... we performed various tests with the product and determined that it would not meet our desired needs at this time."
"Revenues from the meth gun with dwarf Valimed a little."
- Malcolm Philips
LMAO!!!!

Hey, MP said that they've not even begun to scratch the surface for all the applications of the revolutionary technology. When has he been anything but 100% honest?
The webcast certainly wasn't targeted for existing PPers! No one familar with the history of Loch/CDEx was buying his boolsheet.
I'm sure they'd hate to see all those unsold treasury shares go to waste. I wonder if they're giving their MM buddies extra incentive to dump them.

Paige, it didn't exactly morph, it was adapted through a million dollar grant from DHS's Rapid Technology Application Program to meet maritime security needs.
Now it's at airports for liquid explosives.
But your're right, it is Fido with a million dollar tweak, now called Fido XT.
ICx Technologies- not a scamco....

ICx Technologies Awarded DHS Contract To Develop Next-Generation Handheld Radiological Detectors to Protect the U.S. From Nuclear Threats Contract Valued up to $123 Million in Acquisition and Research and Development Funds.

Here is the company (from Drumbah's post) supplying hand held scanners (Fido) for liquid explosive detection at airports. They have been tested by DHS and will be deployed to 200 airports.
ICx Technologies Awarded $1 Million by DHS to Adapt Fido® XT Handheld Explosives Detector for Maritime Security and ScreeningExplosive Detectors Enhanced to Protect Large-Scale U.S. Ports and Vessels
WASHINGTON, D.C. - November 7, 2006 - ICx Technologies has been selected by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to adapt its ultra-sensitive Fido® Explosives Detector to provide high-volume sampling capabilities suitable for Maritime Safety and Security Team (MSST) operations. Through the Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA), DHS is currently sponsoring the Rapid Technology Application Program (RTAP) to meet the needs of emergency responders and internal DHS customers. ICx will receive $1 million for the rapid enhancements of current ICx explosives detection systems through this program.
MSST operations require wide-area explosives detection capabilities that are not conducive to a checkpoint scenario. Due to this and other complexities of maritime environments, many approaches to explosives detection, such as the use of canines and technologies like ion mobility spectroscopy (IMS), are not well suited for use by MSSTs. For these reasons, a primary objective of RTAP is the development of a small, rugged, portable device that is capable of accomplishing explosives trace detection on assorted vessels and within facilities in maritime environments.
Through the RTAP project, ICx will modify the Fido sensor to provide a new low-cost, easy-to-use capability for the detection of explosives on fishing boats, container vessels, pleasure boats and other watercraft. These vessels and their dockside facilities are particularly challenging for todayâ??s trace detection equipment due to the large area to be swept in a short amount of time, as well as the environmental challenges that can be encountered.
The modified Fido sensor will provide high-volume sampling capabilities specific to maritime applications. Prototype systems will be tested by DHS to ensure that the goals of the project meet the stated detection requirements. Successful completion under this testing program will signal the transition of the system into a commercial product to support the needs of those served by DHS.
"One of the most difficult tasks for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security forces is the balance between security and industry needs," said Hans Kobler, CEO of ICx Technologies. "ICx Technologies is committed to the development and deployment of innovative detection devices that provide accurate, rapid responses without inhibiting the pace of commerce."
The Fido XT detects explosive materials and related vapors in a user-friendly, handheld device weighing less than three pounds. Utilizing ultra-sensitive vapor detection technology, the Fido has performance capabilities comparable to that of highly trained bomb sniffing dogs.
"Our mission is to put laboratory caliber technology into the hands of the men and women on the front line," said Kobler. "We strive to make our sensors, more sensitive and selective, while still being affordable and easy to use. This award will help further drive us in this direction."
Fido is currently in service with the US military in the fight against improvised explosive devices and vehicle-borne IEDS at home and abroad.

Adrienne, you need to read between the lines like Pookie.
"What can we do collectively to get MP to provide us, the shareholders/ the owners of this company with information as to the progress of Valimed and the meth gun.
If there is nothing to say, then say so. If there is nothing to say, then we the shareholders are in deep du du after all this time."
Please, when has anyone associated with Loch/CDEx been so forthright?
If there is nothing to say they will say nothing. Nothing is what MP just said last Friday, what else are you looking for?
"..who would have guessed that our Meth gun will soon someday be a detector for liquid explosives ingenious..that is all I can say.."
That's all you should say, or else RA is going to be on you like white on rice.
The Myth Gun will only detect meth in "open air". CDEX jumped on the media band wagon during the liquid explosive incidents and made claims that will never come to fruition IMO.
The Myth Gun will never, ever be used for liquid explosives. Ahura's FirstDefender has a much better shot at performing that function since it can detect noninvasively thru bottles, while the Myth Gun cannot.
The myth Gun is just like Valimed, its usefulness will be for a very small niche application. It will never have the legal glout for gathering evidence like the radar gun and will be used only to establish probable cause in very specific circumstances only.
It is an unnecessary cop toy targeted for use with an extremely narrow range of applications in a niche market, just like Valimed is an unnecessary pharmacist's toy targeted to validate an extremely narrow range of drugs, namely, high-risk, compounded, IV solutions which cannot be otherwise validated by the much simpler and less expensive refractometer.
What's disturbing if you're a shareholder is that they appear to be using the same marketing model with the Myth Gun as they did with Valimed.
RA must be getting nervous! LOL
IMO, for old Loch investors, the most value your CDEX shares will ever have is as a tax write-off.
Once you realize this and cash in on the only true value remaining, you will be set free and see the scam, the whole scam, and nothing but the scam.
Paige, what does this mean?:
"I believe our CEO will pull us thru..We have to many Documented Government.. library.. and Research papers on us.. to be a fraud."
Like the DOJ report where CDEX was the only company listed under the UV Fluorescence category?
Guess why they're the only company listed Paige? LOL
Modifying a COTS UVF to identify drugs for a niche application HAS NOTHING TO DO with the originally advertsied FRADULENT TECHNOLOGY CLAIMS of Loch/CDEx.
The only Loch/CDEX concept product that even remotely comes close to the FRAUDULENT CLAIMS of Loch/CDEx is the 'Myth (not a typo) Gun' [TM- Crow].
Can't wait to learn about its "open air" performance.
Companies do supply perfomance specs for their products to potential customers don't they? Do you think MP will make the performance specs public before the Myth Gun is shrink-wrapped and ready for shipment?
If the Myth Gun works well enough to give away (yes, for free), how many police departments do you think they can get them into to fuel share sales?
BTW, looks like you took one of your talk pills this morning.
And for the sake of corpoarte image, please do give MP a call and volunteer to give Rocky a free make-over. Racoon that is.
rcljr, LOL! Works for me. EOM
rcljr, we should have opened our Bazooka bait business years ago. It would have been easy, just melt down the gum, add nuclear orange food coloring and reshaped the gum to salmon egg size.
We could sell it as a gourmet fish bait, just 12 eggs per package.
We even decided on a name didn't we?
Wasn't it Diddy's Amazing Super Bait? LOL
Boiler room Bobby is having a career week! eom
Xeno, I believe the new cool word is "Par tay"
MP is not an idiot so it appears he doesn't give a rats azz what existing shareholders think about the webcast. The old, regurgitated information was obviously a pitch for new suckers to buy insider shares.
I enjoyed the quiver of excitment MP put in his voice. Great acting job. Damn near as good as capnmikie's, maybe they rehearse together.
Other news:
- Pookie wants to "smoke" Milchip in a debate on this board.
- More apologizing by INET as per usual.
- Raiderman wants to know about financing.
- Bulldogconslt is insulted.
- rcljr believes Dr. Biffnix is right-on, then again, then again.
- Capnmike is playing to ends against the middle with no one buying his act.
- MP pulls a psuedo-MalSpeak for the first time.
- Milchip gives CEXI a sell status, but remains long.
- Simonizer finally listens to him and sells.
- Monday price will fall to $.010 per Milchip's prediction.
- INET will say, "10 cents, 25 cents, it doesn't really matter".
- Kires19 continues to not like MP.
- Paige continues to read between the lines, connect virtual dots, and pitch CEXI to her rich clients.
- Drumbah still wnats to know if he's rich yet (BTW Drumbah, the turkey was delicious).
- Sanddollar continues to wait for the fat lady to sing the "We really tried" song.
- Capmike takes a snip at XENO's DD skills as a diversion.
- Xeno is still the master.
My office manager had a tea cup Yorkie named Smally. It just died (put to sleep) last week at 15 years old.
I use to give it diddy rides on my back.
Ouch! Pookie gets slammed by the Chipster. Ya know Pookie, when someone says "with all due respect" it doesn't necessarily mean you're getting any at all.
Respect that is.
I heard it all Paige. I liked Malc's word combination when he said that he believes revenues from the meth gun are expected to "dwarf" Valimed revenues "a little".
Dwarf a little bit...
Hmmmm... we use to have a dog named "little bit". A tea cup Yorkshired Terrier.
I'm drifting.
Xeno, I think that's asking a little to much of Paige, asking here to drive all the way to Tucson to give Malc a hair-job.
Maybe he can just mail it to her.
I don't see why he'd give up his non-reporting status by taking the CEO position again.
Must be MalSpeak by default.
I loved the streamer behind Steve Kanaval during the interview, all penny stocks, most with a PPS in the .000X range.
"us on the West coast" What? Did California finally break off into the sea? You have ocean front property now? LOL
The CDEx STOCK PROMOTER is back!! Hurrrrrrah
With over 40 million shares of stock to hawk this new marketing campaign could be interesting. Closer may get the little pump his been looking for.
But Capnmike needs to lose the 25 year old info about Poteet, that's already been played and is just old hat.
And I see MP gave him a little tidbit on the designer of the meth gun (which is a year old) to quiet the mob.
They're digging awfully deep, that tells me nothing is happening besides the new stock promotion campaing. Maybe that's why MP moved to Tucson, lots of retirees their and potential investors. Get a local news story going, generate interest, then sell them a subscription while entertaining them with a round of golf.
By the book old school.
Creatures possessing self awareness need a purpose, they cannot accept just "being" temporarily with the ever lingering thought that soon they will no longer exist. Trying to comprehend non-existence is like trying to comprehend infinity or four-dimensional space. There's an easier way out.
Theology is a natural, spontaneous result of self awareness just as some believe that coacervates were a prelude to life.
You'll have to admit, eternity in paradise with seventy virgins is a much more plesant thought. LOL
Hey!!! I thought we die and go to heaven Xeno!!
So what is the purpose of it all?
Exist. Enjoy. Bye-bye? LOL
Sanddollar, probably very close. Quintessential stage mother and adopted stage mother- but not in a controlling or over-bearing way from what I've seen.
P.S. Crow says we're not s'pose to be using big words anymore.
(edit) And where might that be Xeno? Crow, I can see you've got your boolsheetometer on! LOL
Xeno, the best strip clubs I've been to are not in this country, except for Hawaii- especially around Pearl Harbor.
Yeah you can, she's playing the geetar front and center.
Sand, she is always in her stage-do when performing- part of the gig. You can go to their IHUB board and see for yourself. You might not be able to get in until happy hour.

I'm beginning to think that boiler room Bobby (TM- Xeno) is pushing shares by telling people about the historically high revenues soon to be disclosed in the 10Q2 filing.
Bobby feels there's no need to go into any further details other than to give that "heads up".
Yes, Pokster was spiked with a blonde weave. Correct me iffin I'm wrong Pokie.
Or maybe not, they had a long drive home that evening.
Wait a second... I think I bought her one too... so that makes us even!
She did buy me a beer once. Samuel Adams. LOL
She did buy me a beer once. Samuel Adams. LOL
I dunno.
Congrats to Paige for being recognized By Raiderman for possessing a technical prowess far beyond his own.
"we either have it or we don't"
