Simplegreen...again, great thanks for the education. I absolutely understand the high demand of being "busy". I respectfully look forward to whenever you have the time to post the information. Thanks again...it's invaluable insight.
GLTY also!

Have a GREAT day.
Good morning simplegreen. Simple...not so much. LOL. WOW, thanks so much for the insight, I am definately hoping you're able to share some more tomorrow. I never realized any of that, and is sheds a whole new perspective on trading/investing. Is LT investing or buy and hold a "thing of the past" now? Thank you so much for the information..
Later,

OK...that makes sense.
dave...this is what I find so confusing on L2. Like right now, NITE is on the ask for dpdw at .61 and on the bid at .65. It's like he's buying and selling from and to himself. 3BB
Great article Joe...thank you for sharing it.
Looking for another great day for DeepDowners.

Dynodave...your step by step analysis of dpdw is so helpful. The stock closed at .67 yesterday which I would think is positive. Here's been my "dumb dumb" way of analyzing a stock.LOL I have level 2 and look at the pressure of the bids. For instance, dpdw still has 2 bid in at .61, so I would assume at some point, the bids will take...unless positive news is released. Also, lots of selling pressure at .75 on the ask, would lead me to assume, a big sell off at the pps...unless of course positive news is released.
What a guru I am! LOL...LOL
Thanks again,
3BB
Thanks dyno...I lookforward to learning lots!
Good morning everyone. Thank you...thank you so much for everyones responses yesterday. I was able to gain so much clarity on ways to better interpret technical data of stock trends. Everyone was so helpful...truly....THANK YOU!!

Good Morning everyone. I am looking to learn how to evaluate the technicals of a stock. I've been in the market a number of years but haven't been able to get past a very basic understanding of techs. Really the evaluation that leads to solid predition of stock trend and movement is where I'm mostly weak. I recently invested in a Deep Down, symbol DPDW.ob. Would anyone be interested in giving me some technical tips?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning everyone! L-2 looks fabulous this morning. Anyone figure out what NITE doing. They're the only ones still down in the .60's.
This is the most exciting investment in a long long time....SO EXCITING!
Have a great day!

I wanted to take a moment to clarify an earlier post. Loosely stated, "Let's make sure we do not fall below our new support.", meant as .63 being a new level of support, technically speaking and imo, viewed as upward trend being well intact...
Another steady day.

Good afternoon! Sustaining .63 as the new level of support is HUGELY positive. Let's make sure we do not fall below our new support.
Enjoy the day...

agree with you also brikk
Yes...that does seem like a strong possibility.
Good Morning All!!
I agree...chat-it-up management teams is never a good thing.
thanks brikk...just wanting to know whether any of us had been successful in reaching a live being other than the receptionist.

Has anyone had the opportunity to yet speak with managment? I've tried to call a few times but have not been successful in reaching anyone. I definately feel that this company has HUGE potential yet to realize. Just wondering if anyone else has had any luck.

To break 800,000 volume would be a great accomplishment in and of itself. 800,000 coupled with a HOD close...even better.
Yes....63 does seem to be holding tight. The bids have lightened on the .60 level with some change up to .615 also. Good support = good sign.
Take care.

We don't have any "fills" to yet accompish do we? I'm figuring everything's been filled thus far.
L-3 currently shows a test of the .61 level...I'd love to see us hold on to .63 and higher. Volume is really trailing off also. Hopefully investors will come back from lunch and get things moving again.
Appreciate your comments.

"The capital and expertise provided by Amergence will allow us to accelerate the plans" ... What CAPITAL do we have?
Thanks brikk.
The trick will be to keep the daytraders out....this has too much upward potential to sellout for pennies...imho.
Good luck to all.

spooky...you from the Houston area? Bought DPDW in the low .30's and picked some more up this a.m. Broker said they'd had other investors place DPDW orders last week.

Anyone know exactly what the float is....TIA.

I guess more waiting then right.....
Any thoughts on when we can expect this company to rebound and see increase in pps? I've been sitting on dog shares now for 2 years...I sure hope they can get it together and make some revenue for this company and see shares appreciate instead of depreciate.
Three
Reality check...should we still expect this stock to start trading again at some point?
Simply worn out....

Up 100% on shares used to average down on...overall now only down a .016 a share. Much much much better than before.
GLTA.

Hello all....very nice day in deed....very nice day. Hopefully all those sells at the .0045 ask will decide against selling their shares and hold out for higher pps. Apologetically I do hope for another opportunity to p/u more shares trading range of the last 2-3 trading periods though. Good luck to everyone.
Enjoy your evenings!

Hey sting...imo...the selling may have been those in at .001 to .0021 who sold for some profit at the .005 - .006 range. It's hard to think that people holding losses of buys between .06-.08, would have been the sellers. I closed my rt trades screen out for the day so I can't really go back and tabulate how many shares actually sold out between the .005-.006. Me...I took this opportunity and averaged down by 200%. I hope I'm able to pull myself out the the deep black hole i'm in...lol. Nah...I'll hold a lot longer than a lowered breakeven point. Heck...if we get back to .01 -.04...that in itself would be a huge accomplishment for the company. I hope there is more LEGITIMATE good news released.
Thanks!!
Hi Sting....WOW...what a swing today! Didn't end on the high end like I'd hoped though.
Any thoughts on this weird trading activity?
Thanks.

Hi Sting!
Great to hear from you too! It has been an extremely busy year but I have tried to monitor the ongoings of the company as best I could. I really like the new name "Amergence"...it's much more appealing. Hopefully, the company will find a new core direction in which the company can focus realistic energies and then we can all experience real gains in pps.
I'll catch up with you later...have some tired kids to tuck in...
Goodnight.

Hello all! Haven't been around in a long long while. Still holding though. Does anyone dare to speculate on pps over the next 6-18 months. Will we EVER see penny land again?
Any thoughts?
Much thanks!!
3BB
...yes...apparently no hurry at all.
Best to ya~
No prob....any ideas on the future outlook for imki? My shares have been reverse split in to 167 shares with a 52wk high of $21...of which I never saw.
Did I blink and miss it or what?!?!
Thanks and good luck with the stock of you still own any shares.
