It's the 10K we're waiting for and I believe it's a lot easier to put the property acquisitions on this form than to have to file both this 10K and a separate 8K for the property acquisitions.
This thing is gonna look so sweet, you'll print it, frame it and put it on your wall next to the long list of MDCN achievements to come.
I would expect losses until Thursday. All we can do is try to minimize losses until then.
I believe the delayed 10K was intentional to fit these 2 properties into it. I would do that also, considering the 10K without it, putting out more than necessary PRs, frequent massive price adjustments based on market cap etc..
News will come soon. They must file SEC on or before this Thursday the 9th, which is 15 calendar days after the 25th of March as outlined in the notice.
Anyone ever guess that maybe they intentionally filed a late 10K, because it will look so much hotter with the 2 property acquisitions in it? My guess is by the look of Cannabis Sativa's charts, they like big cliffs every so often.
The "missing information" reason for the late 10k was most likely these property acquisitions as in a 10k there is "Item 2 – Properties."
All this together with new updated figures and adjusted PPS should be a sweet deal.
Gunna be a good weekend when they update numbers and file on Friday. Should be worth something, probably package everything together acquisitions and 10K.
It's not even that hard to post a follow-up, when they post crap about zoning like that matters as much...If they can't even do that little bit of work for investor confidence, what the hell is really going on over there?
This company needs to be able to respond on time. That is damaging to their prospects and outlook. They need to know what the meaning of the word responsibility is, because they have a responsibility to their shareholders and their company to stay above the penny mark OTC standard.
Waiting to post something is not helping them at all.
Shareholders are like voters, the governor is running for POTUS in 2016, if there was anything to make his shareholders upset by now he would have made sure it came out, he's just batting away the trolls at this point he knows what he's doing, even if we don't.
Seems like its more likely to make his "voters" extremely pleased.

I would think they would be in real trouble if the acquistions weren't done and they didn't post news about that, then they would have really lead us on.
I am 100% positive these acquisitions have gone through and they have bigger things on their plate than posting a follow-up report. Anyone in Arizona could drive down there and do a stake-out for us. The best thing to do is stick it out, if I sell now, I won't be able to buy back until April 21st, thanks to Canuck SEC...so I will wait it out. April 15th is Schedule 1 hearing also, I can't afford to miss this opportunity.

Friday is the absolute done deal for the 10k filing. Maybe they want to get out everything at once, and maybe there are regulations stopping them from posting too much. Don't get sand in your panties, hold tight.
Both are buildings purchased, nothing needed to construct, Perhaps outfitting the 67000 sq ft. building will need constructing on the inside could cost a pretty penny but worth it.
Theres also information in the board on the 7200 sq ft dispensiary they purchased (including it's website). They are getting all of the production line covered (from seed to sale) in Arizona and soon the be the US with Schedule 2 on the horizon.

I think if there was ever a grain of false information posted by the company these previous owners would have caught wind by now and clarified any false information.
They aren't a pump and dump, they are a real company in it's infancy. If you know then you know, if you don't then sell your shares to someone who does know.

There are posts on this board which show the Property's purchase agreement for the 67000 Sq ft. property, signed by Drew Milburn and purchased from the same owners as the property posted on this board that was also advertised as a listing in Arizona to be purchased.
I'm too lazy to go back and dig up the links for both.
All the puzzle pieces are there, sorry if you can't use your head and put them together.
PS. Don't think you can zone a property without first owning it. That last article posted on Medican's website had a typo "it is acquiring" versus "it has acquired" is the Million dollar question.
For all we know they could be doing what any good startup company in this highly taxed industry would be doing, circumventing the need to post profits to avoid the taxman.
Market cap is only $757K on website without adjusting for property acquisitions which are worth $5 Mill collectively. Would that not change share value once news hits and its adjusted for true company net worth?

Either way the SEC filing must be done on or before Friday. News will come soon possibly packaged altogether.
The governor has friends in high places, he ran for POTUS did he not? That means his friends want plenty of shares at dirt cheap price. It's like shark week over here, before afraid and hold your shares.
It's not just about the news, those two acquisitions should bring company market cap up and affect share price. Once the news hits, the market cap is expected to be adjusted.
Once they update market cap to account for the new acquisitions there should be a nice big candle on the chart.
OMG the market cap once updated will make the share price sky rocket also, investor sentiment will quickly follow.

PR most likely this after noon. I looked at the dispensiary they purchased and the hours were from 10am to 7pm. It's Nevada time so that's from 1pm to 10pm EST. Their stock market ends at 1pm Arizona time over there too so I assume this week is off the table until Monday as far as trading goes.
I'm Canadian so if I sell now I won't be able to buy back. I bought these @ 0.0012 a share so below a penny doesn't bother me much. I know what's not in the immediate future is in the near future and the near future so bright gunna need to buy some sunglasses with all that profit.

I was losing sleep because my better conscience knew something was up and I bought in @ 0.0012 per share. If there was anything to worry about I wud be losing sleep. Only ones gunna be losing sleep worrying are the ones who sold this stock or ignore it and own nothing for the next 3 months.
Georgia saying 500 000 people to benefit from new mmj law. U think the judge in 2015 is stupid and backwards ass enough to say no to reclassification and forsake millions of people? Once reclassified bank financing and credit union is available. So is distribution across statelines of states that allow it. Also DEA must reclassify and all the strings holding this industry down will finally be cut. It's pick your breakout at this point. Medican will gain substantially. It's a long shot but its the next big come up and its the best shot we got for permanent gains.
The schedule 1 hearing is 2 weeks from today and who has the most to gain? When this happens it will make the last few days seem miniscule. The waves on the chart will turn into tsunami and we can all declare the war is over.
They are a medical marijuana company. Think the schedule 1 hearing ain't big on their radar too? They probably favor as low a price as possible until then and so they can buy up as many shares shake off the weak hands and go boom bye bye baby on crazy gains post schedule 1 hearing.

John had an uninterested undertone about shareholders, it's not all about putting out pumps when you're working at the actual company you know. Give it time, it's probably super busy over there as they still working on their SEC and 2 properties. I called after 7pm Nevada time last night and John still answered the phone. I don't know what time they close but they must be making some revenue to keep ol John working overtime.

The chart might end up looking like ocean waves as it starts to stir up activity coming into middle of April. As if something is slowly awakening from the deep.
After middle of April all bets are off, you'd be missing out on a once in a lifetime opportunity if you sell between now and then.
Probably June the charts will even out to smooth sailing.

So wouldn't the zoning news be enough to show that they own it already. Y'all need to look at the bigger picture what if this is all a lead up to the middle of the month Schedule 1 hearing? And not really anything to do with the property being acquired. Remember what happened last time a major political move was on the table for Marijuana? Speculation drove the prices to extremely bullish highs. People became billionaires. A lot of the other pot stocks are heating up too right now the entire sector is responding to changes in D.C and other things that are lining up to knock this price out of the park.
Seems like they knew since back in December 2nd that they would close this deal today.

All of this is a perfect storm and would soar the share price past levels of when Colorado and Washington legalized.
Possibly taking a while because previous tenants must vacate on the last day of the Month? Also they probably took so long since February cuz previous tenants have lot of business there to move out. Just a thought.
