So... I just trimmed a few of my major tech winners for the year. I'm a bit frustrated how drastically this has pulled back in just a few days time. I will add very shortly if this breaks .30, which I really hope it does not. Need a PR about Columbia and surgeon feedback to get this to bounce and head higher and get some support on the bid.

Agreed! Only natural for the stock to pull in some and as you say, there are a lot of investors that get scared quickly. Let the weak hands shake out. I grabbed more shares today albeit much higher than near the close, but that's ok. I'm not worried about a nickel one way or the other. Excited for our future here, both short term and long term! Patience is key, as well as trying not to get too excited on big up days, or panicking on days like today. Hold steady and we will all be rewarded soon enough!

I hope you are right!!! I do agree with you but I have zero surgical / OR expertise. I appreciate everything you and the other medical industry folks contribute to this board. I'm only an investor and I have a lot of money invested here. Well over $100K! If this hits $5-$10 on a buyout, my family is set for a comfortable life for the rest of our lives. My wife and I can sell our small business and retire early. I have plenty of time for all that but I truly do think a buyout occurs within the next 24 months, but maybe even as early as within the next 6 months.

Best case scenario is this does not happen until we are near FDA. Our pps should skyrocket as we get near just on the hype of clearing FDA alone. I think easily $2+ at that point. Then multiple bidders come in for Titan bidding up the buyout price. Thus we get nearer the $10 buyout price (no RS!). We shall see!!

66- by no means do I know what Pope had planned for his sale and how long it was "preplanned" I will only opine on what I do know.

Executives and insiders of publicly traded companies routinely have "pre-planned" dates of sale of their company's stock. They make this info public and it is to avoid any sort of panic that an insider is selling. After all, many executives are majority compensated by stock options based on performance. I can go on and on here, but the cliff notes basically are preplanned sales, usually upwards of a year or several years out, are set to avoid any panicking in the market that an insider is selling for a reason such as he/she thinks the stock is about to tank, or the company will report a bad earnings quarter, etc etc. That is why you will often see stock options awarded which are also sold on the same date. It's preplanned.

Amazing news!! Guess I should stop waiting for a minor pullback and just add. With the news pouring in and funding secured through early 2018, our pps should continue higher and higher. We are way undervalued here!! Our patience is finally being handsomely rewarded. And this is only the beginning of our climb to greatness!!

It would be very unlikely that a buyout would be announced during market hours.

I personally hope this does not happen for at least a few years. I want a buyout in the range of $8-$12 (no R/S) and we need time to get the pps much higher. I would also prefer an equity buyout not cash (or at least half and half) so I don't have to take a major tax hit in that year. Meaning, for example, if a company like Medtronic bought us out and in exchange we received shares of Medtronic versus cash. The dollar value would be the same, but you would not have a tax consequence from the transaction and you would own shares in the company taking SPORT to market, meaning that company should make a lot of money and their share price increase accordingly. Plus, you could sell Medtronic's shares to get into cash anyway.

While many would be stoked on a $2 buyout now so they have the money now, I'm a patient man and a longterm investor. Many will remark it has been a longterm with this company, which I do agree to a certain extent (I have owned shares since 2011), but I would argue that Mac coming on board restarted the clock for Titan, albeit with a much shorter time horizon. Prior management did ok getting us to that point, but Mac and his new team turned this into both a viable short term and longterm investment.

Sorry for going on and on, sitting in the Vegas airport a bit board and daydreaming about when our group has its Titan after party here.

Btw- the ARIA is a great hotel. That would be my vote for the venue.

66 and everyone else, ignore this Myke guy. He is absolutely clueless when it comes to Titan. We know insiders are not issuing themselves shares and selling them to make or raise money for the firm. We also know Titan cannot afford to buy back their own stock at this point, such a ridiculous comment of his. Titan issues shares via private placement raises, all publicly announced and that is the only way any dilution has occurred over the years.

What he mentions does happen with other very shady sub-penny stocks. I'll explain this further over drinks in Vegas. He has obviously been burned before which almost all investors are when you are dealing with sub-penny stocks with billions of shares outstanding.

In the interim, stay patient and focused on what matters here. Titan is killing it and we are just in the beginning stages of our PPS rise.

It is indeed. We traded just over 9M shares on 9/28. We will break 10M today I would have to think. And we did almost 5M on Friday.

Lot of traders in this stock now so us investors just need to be patient and add shares timely, so you take advantage of the best prices for a longterm hold.

For example, the stock is trending a bit lower now on low volume so adding between .35-.40 is a good spot. Had you bought into the run up this morning, you will be fine long term but could have been patient and bought about .04-.06 lower which is a significant savings when buying 50k+ shares.

I want another 100,000 shares and will be adding soon. Finally very exciting again to be a Titan shareholder. Most of my friends now I have referred into Titan are up 100-200%. Lol!

DRG will remember I was holding off wanting to add at the .20 level if we pulled back. We did not, and now I will be adding at the .35 level tomorrow. I am not in it for a trade but the longterm hoping for upwards of $10 or more in the future.

Haha thanks! I agree. Staying at the ARIA for my first time so I'll update you on how the accommodations are there. Looking forward to a Titan investors party in the future. First and foremost I hope we all succeed in our investment, and secondly that we actually set up a party!

Pretty exciting when we were just at 10 cents! Mind you, this is only the beginning. We will be back above $2 soon enough, perhaps even sooner than in the next 12 months. Those of us long term investors who bought up there and loaded up at 10 cents will be very rewarded for our patience. A lot of us are now in the green, heck my cost basis on 400,000 shares is .275 so it's very exciting to be back in the green! This news today is beyond positive! Grinning from ear to ear right now.

These pink sheet stocks are hard to get all or none (AON) orders filled, which is what I assume you had. With any luck we avoid an RS altogether, or it's a significantly smaller RS than we thought it would be. And with all of the great news to follow, it may not hurt us much at all. I think there is more risk waiting to be honest... Just my opinion of course and if we had an RS and dipped it would be another buying opportunity. Good luck to us all!

MMs messing around with bid and ask this morning since the volume is so light... Need something from Mac for the next leg higher, but it is good to consolidate at this level like many of us have said. It's only been about a month since the beginning of our move higher so it's good to see us sustaining these levels.
