LTA-thanks for the quick response and Slojab too. I am somewhat familiar with looking at charts and filling gaps, profit taking, consolidation are all part of the process. Seems to me there are four risks at work here. Marketing risk-getting orders; operational risk-filling them; management risk; and product risk-it's not real (don't think this is a risk...but you never know). Management has not been known nor is there evidence of 'fluff' PR announcements at least to my knowledge. That's a long winded way of saying announcement of an order or two or ten would mitigate a lot of risks. At least this is the way I am explaining it to folks I have introduced to the opportunity. After all, it is pink sheet and by definition - speculative.
Have been following all the comments about short selling and MM games closely and thanks to all for this education. Seems to me that announcements in keeping with the letter to shareholders (names of JV partners, orders, etc.) would put a damper on the games. Is that accurate?

And I repeat, from what I can tell, this has to do with another opportunity related to the additive, not the fuel per say. Best to wait and see what else unfolds in the not too distant future. Seems to me the company is being as transparent as lawyers will allow.

This agreement is for the additive, not the fuel. This is great news as it probably represents some cash coming into the company, removes a distraction for the bigger picture, namely Singular 96 and the fuel (as opposed to fuel additive) market. At least that's the way I read it. A true sign of progress! Can't wait for the next announcement
Anytime you have multiple players and their attorneys involved, it takes longer than you would hope. I suspect something will be announce no later than Friday. The 'big' news will come later with hopefully the announcement of orders.
Good thoughts buy all but let's not get too far ahead of ourselves. If I read the shareholder letter correctly, shipments orders won't be fulfilled until next quarter. I'm guessing some sort of production ramp-up needs to happen first. Company appears to be very good at laying out a logical plan which is followed by careful and thoughtful implementation. Hopefully whatever is coming will provide some cash flow to enable Mr. Mills to add to his support team to insure a smooth albeit not bump free transition from concept to product delivery.
I think McB has got it right with corn lobby and big oil. Sadly, many innovation make it to market outside the US first. I suspect that the U.S. market will be late to this game because corn growers in IA vote in primaries. Makes the strategy of global distribution make all the more sense. For example, I doubt, but do not know for certain, Carribean countries are strangling on regulations like we are in the US. It seems to me that management is doing a lot of things right especially when putting a global distribution in place first as evidenced by Mayfair&Bond,Universal, and others

PND...I doubt it based on lots of due diligence. Simply normal price action when realizing that the implementation of a long range plan is on track and about to take a big step forward...at least that the hope based on the shareholder letter

I agree with Solar-not every day you get announcements that lend credibility to a fuel that could change the at least part of the energy industry. Remember, this is truly disruptive technology..normally the stuff VC's feast on. We are fortunate that Mr. mills chose a different route and it appears that his vision and hard work are about to pay off...the pop in the stock is a good start but I suspect it has a loooooong way to go!

Lighter than AIR-splitting up the company is easier said than done and not without significant costs. Having said that, a company with just the energy component would attract a lot of attention
