Well of course it is!!!
Well, I'm in the same boat as I didn't receive FHBC shares either though am watching closely because as goes Fernhill so goes my Leaf of Faith spinnoff. Mark my words, if Fernhill sells off RK Super for, let's say $20,000,000 dollars, and that is paid out to shareholders in the form of a dividend, wow, that's a big deal!
Fernhill is really just getting started here and already talking about selling off a successful brand. Now, Leaf of Faith is not that far behind as there will only be a 6 month restriction and, Leaf of Faith is already doing about 1 million in revenue in only it's first year! Any day now we will receive the Distribution PR and then within a couple of quarters we will then be fully auditing and up-listing to, sounds like the QB or maybe even the QX exchange. Imagine, with the huge and unpredictable potential in this cannabis sector, the reward and RK Super type surprises potentially waiting for us!!!
All things considered, I can't wait till this time next year when we are talking about Fernhill's successes, and Leaf of Faith successes, and by then we will certainly be talking about the Hollywood Star Cuts IPO, a Goldman/Facebook type IPO which may start out in the $5 to $7.50 price range. $VGID, Go Buzzy!
I know, waiting is difficult for me too, however, I know also that if Buzzy is successful with the spinnoffs then he gets paid and so do we!
Buzzy is traveling this week til Saturday though said he would send samples of Patience next Monday.
Buzzy, you mentioned in the conference call that your meeting with CVS management was kind of commandeered and taken in a different direction than you expected. Considering, would you please tell the group how that meeting ended: I think you said on a good note, they even apologized for the turn of events but what I want to know is if you got any indication from them on moving your product in a bigger way?
You’re dogging Buzzy because of an article written over 3 years ago when V Group was only just getting started as a completely new company with no history; come on now, it’s easy to blast a new company with no track record. In reality, what we are seeing here is a company that has not only survived past the typical failure point of 2 years, 80 % of new business fail within the first 2 years, but this company is thriving and spinning off new companies such as Fernhill which is clearly shaping up to be a success and if they sell RK Super for in excess of 15 million then it’s a huge success! No, the story is good here and only getting better: Buzzy is clearly working to put his past behind him and he is obviously succeeding. Go Buzzy!
Well, we've already seen a dad with his two kids holding RK Super drinks with big smiles in San Diego months ago. I don't think it was a 7-11 but really; what more do you need?
You are right Kevin, there are all kinds of products sold in markets all over the country that will never come to a market near me. V Group is not Coke yet, however, if we are in 7-11 and LA Fitness for starters already, then I actually expect to see our products in a store near me one day soon enough; and it means I have don't have to drive to San Diego. $VGID!
Delays, especially in business, are not lies especially with the CEO has kept us informed of these delays...
Folks, even with thinly veiled opinion it is still slander when deriving, inferring, and insinuating nefarious intentions by our CEO. For instance, any delay by a contractor, vendor, or by FINRA means automatically, to some at least, that Buzzy lied yet once again just as he always does to steal our money; how dare he. And all of this for one purpose and that is just to get shares at the lowest price possible. Wow. Talk about cut off your nose to spite your face.
That isn't proof!
That isn't proof!
No, you know the process: distribution PR first, any day now, presumably then the CUSIP number will show up in my account and then, sometime within the 6 month restriction, the ticker symbol and price will show up in my account.
That said, legally I am entitled to just over 13,000,000 shares and you can bet that I will not stop till I receive every one of those shares I am entitled to. I am only speculating as to the final ticker symbol, I'm guessing LEOF. Go LEOF! Go Buzzy!
Spin-offs:
1. Fernhill - Jan 27, 2017 was the FHBC date of Distribution and the Date of Record for Fernhill was some time in 2016.
2. Leaf of Faith - Oct 31,2017 is LEOF Date of Record - Expecting Distribution PR any day now, just waiting on FINRA.
3. Hollywood Star Cuts - Just speculating now but with the IPO expected now 1st quarter of 2019, I expect the Date of Record to be announced soon in order to give FINRA time and then also time for the 6 month restriction to clear in order for all shareholders to take full advantage of this Goldman Sachs Facebook type IPO.
4. Contest Spin-off.
Go Buzzy!
On what grounds???
You're absolutely right and now you're talking my language; Fernhill is way undervalued. The value is in the spin-offs and, as goes Fernhill, so goes Leaf of Faith. Go $FHBC! Go Buzzy!
You need a new broker is all, try eTrade.
No, they are only selling off the RK Super brand. Fernhill would still be an ongoing venture with their other products.
Now, let's say there were 100,000,000 spinnoff shares and you held 10% or 10,000,000 shares, entirely possible as I own 13,000,000 LEOF shares, and means your share of the 15 million dollar dividend is 10% and equals 1.5 million dollars... Pretty good indeed. Again, I regret missing the Fernhill spinnoff though am equally if not more excited about Leaf of Faith. Go Buzzy!
So, if they sell off RK Super for 15 million dollars or more as stated, that will be paid out in the form of a dividend. And if you do the math, that should be a very good dividend check. I'm envious and I'll say again, wish I had a boat load of Fernhill shares...
Well, there is a difference between what you did and what some are claiming, that they never got shares period, insinuating some kind of nefarious plot by Buzzy to just take our money. Now, this type of accusation is unfounded and I for one am not afraid to call it what it is, a bold faced lie; I don’t know how they think they can get away with it... Glad you finally got your shares. $VGID.
Exactly, just trying to sharply contrast the two approaches! Go $VGID!
Fernhill was a difficult spin-off, huge learning curve I suspect, dealing with FINRA, the government, and has taken way more time than expected. Nevertheless, it is becoming quite clear now that Fernhill is going to be a big success and I sure wish I had bought my shares in time for that one too, especially considering the potential of the RK Super Dividend: With the number of shares I have, that might have been another million dollar deal.
Yeah, and you have totally missed the point here with your statement. Again, the value is in the spin-offs... VGID will run again one day but regardless, I'm in it for the spin-offs and if Leaf of Faith trades at half what FINRA established and Buzzy predicted than I will have achieved my first million dollar dream with many more to come. So the point is; why would I want to sell off my VGID shares with so much more to look forward to?
Thanks.
And your broker is?
Are you kidding, I don't want out, I'm going all in. The Leaf of Faith spin-off alone is likely enough to make me a multi-millionaire... The value is in the spinnoffs, and I can't wait till the next one, especially the Hollywood Star Cuts Goldman Sachs Facebook IPO spin-off. Go Buzzy!
So, what's your point with all that? Last year I borrowed $30,000, bought a bunch of shares, sold 50 million shares for $188,000 dollars and still had 40 million shares left; so what's your point?
So, why would anyone call VGID a POS and then in the same post call it a sure thing??? Are we just a little conflicted or what!!!
Mike, are your Fernhill shares through etrade free trading yet?
Okay, so, looks like just about everybody has free trading Fernhill shares now except etrade?
Regarding the TICKER, No, you are not missing anything: Buzzy said there would be a PR announcing the ticker when FINRA is ready so, in the meantime, I just think LEOF makes sense and, who knows, it might end up being the actual TICKER, let's see...
Agreed, and selling vgid would mean killing off the goose that lays the golden eggs!
You know, Buzzy's been shooting for 10% dividend, was successful with Fernhill, close with leof, and I have a feeling finra will approve 10% again for the next spinnoff, one spin-off share for each 10 shares of vgid. Even better yet, seems Buzzy is putting it all in the line with Hollywood Star Cuts and also making quite a distinction between this spinnoff and all others as it will be a Goldman-Sacs/Facebook type IPO. I will say it again, Buzzy thinks it will go somewhere between 5 and 7.50 dollars per share. All other spin-offs where preparation for this and now that Buzzy's sister, Linda Chadwick, is involved in this spinnoff it's a big deal; can't wait. $vgid!
It's a contest to determine the next spin-off. It was supposed to kick off before the end of the year where we, the shareholders first, submit our best business plan to buzzy and then a team of professionals evaluate and determine the winner of this contest to be backed and funded by V Group for the next spin-off.
I'm just wondering if the contest spin-off is still on for 2018. I'm hoping it is still on because Hollywood Star Cuts was pushed back to 2019. This way, at least, we will have another spin-off Date of Record for this year, I hope, and then one for next year too; woohoo!
Well, I'm counting on it staying 8 to 10 cents as well because that would make me a millionaire. That said, nothing is for sure, however, given this is a cannabis stock and every stock has its day, and the fact this cannabis stock in particular, I think, has the right stuff, so, all things considered, I believe one day LEOF is certainly going to run, perhaps even surpassing a dollar given the fact Buzzy was hoping for greater than a dollar just to get out of the penny Realm. Anyway, for what it's worth, yes, I do believe that $0.10 or greater is a very real possibility especially if you give it at least 1 or 2 years. Go LEOF! Go Buzzy!
Now, we know Buzzy is pushing the Hollywood spinnoff back till 1st quarter next year though I didn't hear if the contest spinnoff is still end of this year as was planned. So, if the contest spin-off is still on for the end of the this year then we could possibly be getting 2 date of record PRs before the end of this year, hmmm.

Well, seems you are finally starting to get it. Now you have a choice to make as to how you are you going to play vgid. This is a long-term play, not at all like your regular OTC stock that you've been flipping. When the value is in the spin-offs you have to consider carefully, for instance, if I had flipped out of vgid last year I'd be missing out on the potential right now of over a million dollars and that's just in this spin-off alone; doesn't even count all the rest of the spin-offs coming; can't hardly wait. Seems you have a choice to make Pop.
You're not in Canada are you?
Make sure your broker contacts the TA, is the only way...
Please remember it's 1 leof share for every 12 vgid shares, not the other way around.
