I mean what accounting field of expertise?
Thanks Truth!
Does anybody know what is the accounting field of specialisation for M&K CPAs (“M&K”)?
Thanks Bob, that is very encouraging to know that silk in tendons and souture are targeted for production...
Thanks Bob, glad to hear that! That is more like it and that also means that we do have a partner for the products that are to come in the medical sector!
So let's see, "development of the fabrics could take years". Notice that it references more than one fabric? It also says could take years, which does not mean it will take years, but that it could take many years to develop many fabrics as opposite to one fabric?
Wow this sounds really great, specially to know that "Monster Silk has more than 10 times that ability to absorb energy.", i.e. it would have more than 30% elongation to break!
Though, I wonder about the accuracy of this article considering that "Next month, Howland and Warwick Mills' 150 workers expect to get the first shipment of Monster Silk, but it could be years before the fibers can be woven into a marketable fabric."
I hope this is wrong...
Saint, are those facts material to your investment?
Chokem, like Zen has said, this is a projection, my thought, a possible (or is it?) realisation for the Company!
I believe that the Company will possibly make a major announcement in June or probably before of something similar to my statement.
Exactly, imagine what the PPS might look like with an accomplishment like that!
Like many, namely Bob, have said, way over a dollar!
June 2014
KBLB declares its first sales of Monster Silk used for Warwicks' first bullet deflector body armor to be used by US military personnel!
June 2014
Warwick Mills weaves the first bullet deflector body armor for US military use.
Saint, I don't think the company can inform shareholders of all interviews or article being done or written by outside sources, because it does not have control over what will be written or communicated by the outside sources.
"The company is working with the military on designs for female personnel, which should be completed in about nine months."
That's interresting, it brings us to June 2014. Didn't the last PR state that we could see production by mid-year (2014)?
Thanks Carp, very interesting and informative, hopefully, the market will pick up on that!
True Mike! Can't wait to read the PR that will tell us the portion of revenues that may come to KBLB!
Yop, I think we are definitely on the ascention movement for our shares! Hope the market welcomes this news most favorably!
Does anybody think this agreement will have an impact on the composition of the shares, considering that Warwick is a privately held company?
Wow that's positive thinking! I've learned to be cautious with such predictions.
I'll be really glad if it happens!
Yes! I think this was a smart move by Kim!
Thanks Truth, so in essence, SSM's MOU may not lead to an agreement but we do have an agreement with Warwick, which means a real production or a real product development for MS.
This is a good news. Not sure, but how is this agreement different from the one with SSM?
Thanks Truth, that's interesting.
Thanks Zen, I think that article provides a really good summary of KBLB's position!
Quiet day, no trade so far!
If KBLB's Monster Silk becomes a generic name like Kleenex or other brand than it will go to history big time! But you are right Bob, it has already made history...
Feels like the Titanic right now!
I don't think it is as simple. There are CAs and/or NDAs in play apparently!
Pro, if we had the answer to this one:
" By definition one needs both a buyer and seller for commerce. KBLB, given, is the seller. For whom is KBLB scaling up? "
The PPS would not be at 0.055!
As long as we spin it on a reeling machine!:o)
Frankly, I don't know what to think about today's news. It's not bad but it's not good either. At least, it brings the info that we will have a metric ton of production by June 2014. Notice that Kim did not indicate metric tons but a metric ton. So that tells me that a metric ton is a scale of production difficult to attain.
I really don't what imact this news will have on the PPS? Hopefully it will encourage new investors to put money in this Company.
I wonder if we are not in quiet period, where Kim is trying to get the financial arrangement he was trying to get in the last quiet period?
Good for you, I'm comfortable with my current position. I'm waiting for some concrete results, i.e. sales or announcement of a contractual agreement for production (with a volume and sales value).
Are you helping him? The two of you must have millions of shares by now!
He might not know the content of the next PR but he probably knows the timing of it...
Yop, agree with that, wonder what that will do to the PPS?
Saint, if it was 10 out of 10, we would have known by now!
Thanks Truth, I've got to say, this is exactly the type of news one or two of the posters were predicting. This is an attempt to save the sinking shares!
By the way, I think it will be game changing, once we have the medical applications for the product (or one of them).
Amateur, as it is right now, not sure we have a game changing product, but one (or two) that can replace an existing one (or more than one). The Companie's challenge is to convince the market to make the change to the new product with proofs of its superiority and cost efficiency!
Are we there yet...
No, no Midnight, you got all wrong we are dealing with an imcompetent CEO, and he is probably laying the field for the biggest fraud ever!
Some posters here have all the facts and proofs, and we know that they are always right, that indicate Kim's imcompetency to fructify their investment.
Seriously, one has to be very presomptuous to assert someone's competency when one does not even know all that is implied!
