Not really.
Their main activity would be servicing a client. If they ended up with a few shares in the process, oh well.

Right now I don't have one. Have had 3 XKE coupes. My brown '67 with buckskin interior was sweet. Drove it for eight summers. As soon as one of my stocks hits I want to get a red '67 roadster. Always wanted a roadster.
In the mean time I'll have to be happy with a blue '99 Mercedez SLK 230.

When a company, like COBI, wants to sell shares they use an MM like ASCM to sell the shares for them.

The $50k was granted to a client company. While it made a nice PR, it would not show anywhere in SUTIs financials. That specific thing is a dead end.
While I understand your suspicions I still don't see probable cause.
Lets take the AC pump as an example. There is a PR saying it is being prototyped. If you can produce a statement after that date that says it is just a design on paper, that would be grounds for an investigation. A statement to that effect on or before that date would not, as it could be explained.
There has to be something to trip the trigger. You have to show some actual "smoke" before they will go looking for a "fire".

Google "AIM stock exchange". It's based in London and caters to small, emerging companies. Sounds like it will take 3-6 months to launch on AIM according to their example timeline.
I expect Dr. Joe will be spending the bulk of his time in Europe setting up this transfer to either AIM or FSE. There is quite a bit of work to be done to make the move.

While I am not happy about losing money, I do not yet see a basis for a formal complaint. What, specifically, have any of these entities done that is illegal? Other adjectives come to mind to describe their actions, but there must be something alledged to be illegal as a basis for an investigation by the SEC or court action. It also must be backed up by factual evidence.
"2 or 3 guys in a room" would be misrepresentation. What proof do you have? Without it, whether you are right or wrong, nothing can or will happen.
The above are all IMO.
GLTA
I think you have a bit of both. I don't have proof, but I think ASCM is the Company selling. Most of the sales today were flippers dumping after the promo.
Probably, but the lawyers would get all of the money.

You must be joking! I had 88mil shares when they did the RS. I lost five figures.
Right now, I have no confidence that the PPS will significantly improve (as in get to $1.35 to break even) so am trying to salvage what I can and move on.
Depends on what you consider cheap. Nothing is selling below $0.02. Those are my shares at $0.0248 with a few behind me at $0.0250 and $0.0260, all on ETMM. Next is at $0.09.
I might sell a little cheaper, but no where near the bid.

Read post #3635 from NoDummy. Excellent DD with links. The last link is for the paperwork to raise the AS to 250,000,000.
They have submitted the forms to change the AS to 250,000,000.
I agree that the Company did the pump and I expect that the money will fund the move to the FSE.
With the OS at 80mil (plus this recent sale of a few mil) they can't do a one for one and still sell the 20 mil they need to sell to generate their development money. They had planned an initial IPO on the FSE for 5mil at 1 euro this spring and a follow-up sale of 15mil at 2 euros in the fall. Leaving some overhead, we can expect 0.5 to one for our shares. While not as good as it was, that will still give a nice profit.
I'm happy.
GLTA
I don't think that was COBI either. Not enough money to be made to make it worthwhile, but I think there is more than one promo going on. Per the article cited below the amount was $5k. That would make sense to spend to get the price up and generate the $100k needed for the move.

The float in early Sept was 15mil with a 26mil OS per an updated filing. Don't have a link to verify. Sorry.
Recent 8-k showed issueing 26mil (probably restricted) to buy GenBioPro and 20mil to settle a debt (probably NOT restricted) plus 13.5mil owned by the Chairman and the CEO. Subtraction leaves the float at no more than 20.5mil plus the 20mil debt settlement.
Still small for a company that has been valued at between $70mil and $90mil prior to the addition of GenBioPro.
While I agree that being in bed with Boost is a negative, I think this company is no better. They royally f'd their shareholders with that 1500 to 1 RS.
There is a reason no one will touch this stock, and its not all Boost.

Guys, go back and read it again. They talk about Universities they are actively working and another group with an ongoing relationship but no active pursuit of tech projects at this time.
Correct, it could have been worded better.
NOS, I think you are right, they are on the cusp of another contract anouncement. (I need a spell checker option.)

None of these stocks should be viewed as long term investments. The idea is to make money while the opportunity is available. CPY, over the long haul, has a dim future. That does not mean you can't make money on them. Just be careful.
GLTU
Their business model is excellent, and they seem to be executing it well. There are two problems: First, they screwed over their investors with that 1500 to 1 reverse split. Now no one will touch their stock. Second is that all of the profit they were reporting in the second quarter disappeared in the third quarter. That is fishy. I don't trust them anymore.
GLTU
Nah. CSTI has had someone on for a while at .015 but they had a limit on the number of shares they would buy. After that, there was no one on down to .0001. The guy upped his bid to .016 for 7,500 shares so I sold those to him and he ducked out. That left the bid in sub-zero range. Went from there.
I was on the ask, alone, at .02 and didn't get any of those sales. You may be right that the MMs were selling their own shares. Don't know why nothing sold.
There have been a few sales at .015 to CSTI where people are dumping but the other sales at higher seem to have been either transfers between MMs or within MMs. Until today I've been sitting on the ask for most of a month and have not sold a single share even though there have been sales at my ask price.
Can you give us any hints? What have you heard that makes you think something is happening?
Their stock isn't selling. I figure VFIN has 30mil to sell and have sold less than 100k. CSTI is buying at .015 but not much, just small packets. I put in to sell 50k, all or nothing and they wouldn't take it.
Word is out on SUTI.
Thank you. That helps a lot. I've been following some of the pink sheet stocks and they are all near dead. No one is buying anything in that space. All manipulation, shorting, and game playng. The longer they stay in the pinks, the lower the SP will go.
OK, so what does that mean? Please help out a Noob. Thanks.
I think there is more to it than that. This whole small company market is in the dumper. Too many potential investors aren't even looking. They have converted to gold, treasuries, and cash, expecting a rocky next year or two. While they may be right, it hurts all of the companies in this space. Many of the ones I watch are down 70% to 80% from last June. Good time to buy, bad time to be holding, or waiting for an uptick.
JMHO
Merry Christmas to you, Garth, and all the folks at Compass. Thanks for the encouraging PR.
GLTA
First, the reason they came up short on money was the sudden appearance of a super good deal to acquire GenBio.
Second, I agree with Kimber. They only have to sell 1.2mil shares at $0.09 to have the money to move to FSE. Why not do it? JMHO
GLTA
Very cool! They bought some additional IP. People, this means more value. GO COBI!!!
We don't know what the float is and we don't know that it has been unaffected.
From the Sched 14C (See post 3500) we do know that the float is at or below 40mil. Also interesting: Dr. Sinkule has increased his holding to nearly 10mil, so he is putting up his own money.
I disagree. My guess is that some of the "players" are getting out now so they don't have to hold for six months.
So the shares have been issued. Does anyone know for sure that they have been sold into the market? Could they be retained by the company for the merger?
They already are. Follow VFIN at $0.050. They have about 30mil to sell. No one will see higher until they are done.
Dr. Joe did e-mail previously that they have the funding and are targeting Jan. 21 for the switch. What was not detailed were the logistics.
Guys, he may be in Germany setting this up. Also may be at relatives for the Holidays. Lots of possible reasons for delayed reply. Be patient.
Those are message boards, aren't they?
So long as they aren't selling shares, which I don't think they are, there is no point in a PR until the last bit.
Don't know when they will delist from the OTC but it will need to be well before the 21st to get all the paperwork straight.
Agree, not doing a PR helps us.
GLTA
E-mail him at the latter. Question: Will the newly issued shares on FSE be escrowed, and, if so, for how long?
Is the July start-of-trade date confirmed? They had said earlier 3-6 months. I was hoping for closer to 3.
My guess is that this is intentional. SUTI wants to sell their 30mil shares at $0.12 thru VFIN before they release our shares. Guess what? It isn't working. No one is buying from them.
They should withdraw VFIN, release us, and let us establish a market before they jump in. They'de make more and we might actually not lose too much. JMHO
