But if I turn myself in, I'll then be inside and thus an insider. Not only will I then be in trouble for passing along info from an insider, I'd be the insider releasing it myself. I don't think they would go easier on me.
It is funny how others on this board can't seem to see the fun we are having with this.
Scooby Dooby Doooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!
Really? I told you nothing that anyone would act on? A reaction is an act in response to something. Your post in itself is you reacting to what I said. Since you acted on the info I posted, there could be issues with the SEC.
Scooby Dooby Dooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!
Yeah. But now I'm thinking that the source of that info might not only be in the know but could even be an insider. Which could mean that I released inside information prior to being officially released. I hope no one acts on it.
I had a conversation with someone in the know. I was assured that once we all receive the news we have all been waiting for, we won't have to wait any longer.
If I'm right about yesterday, I sure hope Jill was worth it. Otherwise Jack is gonna be real pissed he sold so cheap. Specially once Pete finalizes what he has been putting together all this time. That's when we will all be proud of how many shares we have, or had.
Scooby Dooby Dooooooooo!!!!!
I think it's a planned trade between Jack and Jill. Jack has a bunch of shares and Jill wants in. Since Jack also wants in, wink wink, he sells some of his shares to Jill at a much lower price than the current bid/ask supports. Once they both get what they want, the PPS should go back to where it's been. Just under a penny. JMHO
Speaking of collapsing the share price. Ouch!!!!
It's kinda irrelevant how many shares any of us have. Kinda along the same lines as what Arb just said. Until there are buyers out there that are willing to actually buy the millions and millions that we collectively own, we own nothing. Or at least nothing worth a whole lot. So, until the company does something to get buyers excited, we are all in the same boat. One with several holes in it and running out of fingers to plug them all with.
Fine, I was just trying to have fun. I have just over 1.4 mil. Just a little fish in this here pond. That's why I felt better joking about it.
I have 125,000 @ .012
The stick'em is wearing off and it's raining.
According to this, the CC's/VER's are available for sale now. Plus given a 10 year crediting period retroactive to 9/11. If you could provide a link to that 60 day wait period, I would appreciate it.
From 8-K
GECO has received approval for a 10 year crediting period with total Credits amounting to 7,500,000.
According to the GS Passport assigned to GECO, they can sell CC's/VER's based on past production. If that's the case, why haven't they sold them yet?
From page 5:
Estimated project start date:
The project has already achieved start date on 21/09/2011, i.e. The GEC Organics purchased the
Scarab Composting machinery worth USD 97,290. This was the first earliest major expenditure from
PP related to project construction.
From page 13:
6. Project timeframe:
The project is categorized as a retroactive project as the project activity is already being implemented
at the time of first submission to GS as per the GS Requirements (version 2.2), and is therefore required to undergo Retroactive Registration as pr the GS Requirements (version 2.2) and guidance in
the GS Toolkit (version 2.2). The project achieved start date on 22nd Sept 2011 and started construction on 25 Oct 2011.

How bout just a CC sale. Should have happened already if you ask me.
Wow....do you believe the buying pressure here?
Hey Carb, are you sitting down?
I want to thank you for this post. The right words to describe what you put together eluded me. I couldn't agree more. If there weren't a penalty for carbon emissions, there wouldn't be a real market for CC's.
I might be missing something here but the tax was not on the carbon offset (CC/VER). It is on the carbon emission that companies have to buy CC's to offset to avoid some kind of fine/tax. The fact that they are no longer taxing the carbon emission could mean that the companies don't have to purchase the CC's which goes against us. Not in a big way because there are plenty of countries where companies have to comply to C&T laws.
Could someone explain to me the purpose of a 1 share trade @ .0085?
Because it was being said that it could take many weeks or even months to get the first sale. If you know all this why would you even suggest that someone would sell for half price or that that was even a consideration when the Gold Standard already put GECO thru the ringer and approved them for the 10 years worth of credits.
For one, no CC producing company would sell a 10 year contract for 50%. Hmmm...Produce compost and then sell CC's at full price or sell them all ahead of time for half the price. What would be the point of getting 10 years approved?
GECO has received approval for a 10 year crediting period with total Credits amounting to 7,500,000.
If I remember correctly. The Gold Standard is not only a place to list CC's for sale but they even set up buyers. If this is the case, I would think they would have buyers already lined up for when GECO's CC's were available. So it shouldn't take that long to close the first sale. No?
Yes it is something. And if you read the last part of my post you would see I said it was. Read twice and then open your mouth.
You remember in the movie Independence Day where they nuked the bastards over Houston? The only one excited was the sniffling little weasel sec of Def. We all know what happened to him when there was no kill confirmed. Until GLEC announces a kill shot, CC sale, it means nothing. Ok, maybe not nothing but you get what I mean.
To whom ever decided to sell me the 10k shares at .00591 and the other 10k shares at .006, thank you very much. They were quite yummy.
Now I know how Jimmy Carter feels. Arb has said I had the dumbest posts before. But now he says that there is one even dumber. I have to agree with him. Not because you took the title of dumbest ever but because he is right. These penny and sub-penny level stocks and the DOW are as far apart as Obama and Presidential.
Yeah, I called him out on that in one of my previous posts. He/she/they tried to deny it then as well.
Yeah OK....
based on? Provide links please.
What about that 5 share trade @ .0077?
I could be wrong here but it appears to me that you are a paid pumper. I checked the other boards you post on and it seems the same hoo rah stuff there as well. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. If I am wrong, what are you basing this "Big moves coming..." on?
I actually had a conversation today with B.R. He is no longer associated with UVSE. I points most if not all the blame on Roswell for how they trashed the stock and value of the company. Appears someone else is at the helm here. Not holding my breath that anything will ever come of it. GLTA
Last I heard they were waiting to wrap up final loans to get the first of 12 orders started. More cash is needed for this. I asked about this latest trading and was told that nothing was going on to drive it. Based on what I've heard it all sounds promising. I for one am not buying any more shares. Just continuing the waiting.
345k shares with high and close of .014 and nothing is going on??? Hmmmmm....???
Yeah but the pumps are too few and far in between.
Looks like the party is officially over. No bid and all asks, except that one, at .0001
It was fun while it lasted. Good night all.
Frank, most of us minions know you were talking about the global CC market with CC's from composting. You make a valid point about the long term revs driving the value up. Most companies can only project revs with the hopes of attaining them. CC contracts all but guarantee that income over the set period.
Was just putting it out there.
I have trouble following your post without punctuations....LOL
I remember a while back I put a buy order in with a limit price of .0001. Part of it got filled at .00005. Don't ask me how it did but it did. I told Billy Raley about it and he was not happy about it. Guess he didn't like them selling his shares so cheap. This tells me he had been selling his shares all along. He really fooled me with all those times I talked to him on the phone. What a crook.
