I just want one flowing 24/7. Just a PR with one running 24/7 flawlessly, sets this off to the moon. If you can make one run 24/7, you can make a thousand more...the world just needs to see one.
Please add to the list of myths..Laws.
Absolutely.
I think this is a critical point. There are some on this board who have been inside and watched the processor working and producing. The majority have not. If you are one of those fortunate people, of course you would have much more confidence in this company and it's CEO. But Ifyou are one that hasn't, and all you have to go by is filing extensions, changes in company direction, multiple delays in progress, and now an SEC complaint, well yeah, there is plenty of reason to question the company and leadership in some minds.
I weigh pros and cons and possibilities everyday. And as I have said before, a shareholder update on business activities would surely help. but the company has its reasons for not doing that. Last month activities certainly show signs of progress on the surface, but some feel lack sufficient detail. The question is how much detail is enough? That varies from person to person.
Questioning the company and the CEO is fine. I don't have a problem with that. Ignorant name calling and childish personal attacks n the CEO are inappropriate and for amateurs.
Correct, from what I read on the SEC website, it doesn't appear as if this is a mandated reportable event.
lol thanks! Best of luck and thanks for, your input!
Not sure about the ban. But the fine will be significant. Which is why in my opinion JB will drag this out until the company starts producing at a significant level to avoid using current funds which are needed to facilitate immediate company goals.
Although the case is a cloud over shareholders head, dragging it out may benefit the company in the long term. But that is just one line of thought, and JMO.
So, let me ask you this, in it's totality this looks very serious, if you break it down issue by issue it seems as though each and one of the charges can be refuted. BUT,, am I correct in assuming that because this is a civil case there really is no reasonable doubt. So JB could lose on to totality of the evidence. Even though I doubt this ever see's a court room. I think this will settle and in the meantime business will carry on.
Not much to add there. I share nearly all of that sentiment. Very well done post. Well written and thought out.
Maybe you could right for the SEC....hmmmmm Irock...have you been moonlighting for Michelle?
Buffalo St. is a fucking mess from all the tractor trailers in the area. Going into the plant is like driving down a road in Afghanistan! I usually leave my car hom and take my Jeep. Hell, the plant road isn't even paved!
That whole city has the worst roads on the planet! I been through the entire city a thousand times, and they should be embarrassed by those streets.
Ok, some new stuff to kick around. The first RKT site has a pad and shed already. The processors need to be housed. I am guessing in a bldg about 8000 sq.ft. A straight steel prefab building with all need accessories would probably run about 80 to 85k with labor to put up maybe 125 to 150k tops. That sound about right?
Or maybe JB figured the accompanying fine would get in the way of funding the rollout, so he figured delaying all this by refusing to settle until he was producing huge amounts of high profit fuel and then he could pay the fine without as much of a detrimental effect on the company and it's shareholders.
If they announce 1 and 2, are running at warp speed...game over. Period.
Most states have a time stamp on the original when it is filed with the clerks office.
Absolutely, but knowing the specific numbers would certainly go a long way. The PR is quite specific in regard to what the goal is. Blending is supposed to be a temporary situation until JBII can produce enough fuel to meet XTR's needs.
I see your point. But as investors how much the company sells is the bottom line. And there is a big difference selling an additive and selling a full product. (sorry for sounding like a Capt. Obvious lol)
Well, not everyone can actually go and see. I tell it as I see it. I just tell what I see. If no bldg is up I will let people know, if it is, I will let you know that. I don't do it to be a cheerleader or a basher. I have been accused of both! I just do it to put a perspective on this board that many here cannot do. I hope it is helpful for longs or shorts.
JBII to,me, is a tool to make money. If you are a trader or short and make money, good for you. I wish I had the balls or skills to be that nimble. If you are a long, I think you will be fine, also.
But at the moment the traders have a great opportunity to make money. This will be volatile for awhile. And traders can get caught on the wrong end real quick, so a bit of luck will come in handy along with a big set of gonads! Good luck to all! It's gonna be interesting!
Another big difference is that the company executives of all you speak of were personally enriched immeasurably. Whereas, JB put the money into building a company. Now, does that exonerate any mistakes or alleged wrong doing, maybe not.
But I do think it should be considered. Will it matter if it goes to trial? At some point it may. If found guilty it may play a part in the penalty phase and be considered. But that is a long way off. Not quite convinced this makes it to that point.
Damn right!
Thanks. I though I was a off a bit. Lol
And a tanker truck can hold 200 barrels.
Quick question, the blending facility should be able to handle about 600 barrels of product, correct? Roughly?
Another guy who has no idea what he is talking about. There is ONE casino owned by the Seneca Nation. That's it.
You don't know what or how the security guys get paid. You are just making things up as you go along.
C'mon aren't we better than this.
Large,6x6 compacted, pallets. There were three unloaded tractor trailers outside the fence. Wonder where that plastic went?
Bzzzzzzzzzz times up. For all,you home gamers, intermodal means transporting product using two types of transportation, usually truck and train. Now, there are train tankers and truck tankers on the property from Niagara Bulk Services. Now I have provided a lot of clues... Can one of,you lucky folks tell me what they are doing?
Pssst I know the answer already...but go ahead...fill in the answer for the home-gamers.
Very good. Mow for you next test please google the word intermodal.
I already know.
Hmmmmm, Niagara Bulk Services. Now why would they have tanker trucks hooked up to JBII tanks and equipment? I bet some really smart people could google them and find out.
Well,,yeah it's a mild winter up here!
Yeah, nothing worse than people that can't take it. I appreciate a good intelligent debate/battle, but people who come unarmed with BS deserve what they get, shot down.
See, I been here all my life. The NF facility sit right in the middle of the industrial/chemical corridor. And just as in any other manufacturing and heavy industrial are, the surrounding area are usually older homes that are now rentals to young starting families not quite up the social ladder, but working to get there.
Most people in the Falls are hard working people. Prostitution, drugs and the rest are everywhere. Just take a look in Washington, D.C. One of the most crime plaques places In the country.
But yeah, you are probably right, security is probably there to keep the druggies and prostitutes out. Yeah, that's it.
Never said it did. You insulted them, and being in the field, I found it disgusting.
Absolutely right. I was there today. And have been there numerous times. To call any of them mall cops is juvenile, sophomoric and classless. Actually some are BPD management. They are extremely mindful of security. All these guys do a great job, and some are decorated officers.
Secondly, none of them, will divulge anything about the plant. They are courteous and respectful, but providing info on company goings on they WILL NOT do. And personally, I respect that to the utmost.
I like the thinking, but I would like to see the fab building up. Maybe some progress next week.
BTW for those interested, weather in NF is a balmy 50 degrees. Weather is not a reasonfor construction delays. Perhaps all the materials aren't there yet.
Well, common sense tells me they would want to see the goods before they drop nearly a quarter mil apiece.
Excuse the dumb question, but do PIPE investors get a tour of the place? I imagine they do. Can any PIPE holders from the board answer that? Are non-disclosure agreements part of the PIPE?
Interesting another PIPE for JBII. Didn't JB just return 3 million shares 6 weeks ago?
I hear ya. But it's the government, they choose their friends. They are far from sacrosanct. 90% of us feel they are corrupt. If they want to stick it to you or your company they WILL.
