December 21, 2006 – A very restrictive, strongly enforced noise rule will be in effect at Yakima Speedway for all competitors in 2007.

All competitors, local classes, and touring series must meet a DBA reading of 98@ 75 feet. There will be no exceptions.

A maximum exhaust pipe size of 4 inches will be enforced.

All competitors will be tested. Any competitors found in violation of the noise rule will be returned to the pit area and be given only one more chance to quiet the car down. If the car does not meet the noise level the second time, the competitor will be disqualified from further competition that race day. No refund of entry fees or pit passes will be given.

Officials may request a competitor make a timed lap to determine the noise level of the car. The timed lap must be within reason of the competitors normal racing, timed laps.

IMPORTANT:

Any competitor that installs a properly mounted, untouched, 4 inch, Aero Exhaust muffler will not have to worry about meeting the sound limits. The Aero Exhaust muffler has been proven to quiet the cars down under the DB level in force at the facility. The Aero Exhaust muffler is a high quality, performance enhancing, unit that Yakima Speedway would like for all competitors to use. The installation of the Aero Exhaust muffler will ensure competitors that when they come to Yakima Speedway the noise issue will be handled.

beandog I haven't been here long, but I'd like to take the time and thank you for your efforts. From the beginning, Klon told me, that you were the one person on this board that I could trust.
Not mentioning any names, ..... If those out there are that uneasy with your own personal dd/research, Then sell @ market open tomorrow. There will be many takers who will gladly buy your shares. Why such doubt should be thrown on the company/officials, and good guys on the board is beyond me.
AS I said before, something this big........And we are talking a few days. Probably the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. This isn't fantasy land, where every thing goes as planned.
However, it appears in this case, most everything has gone according to plan, except for the fact, that predictions have turned out to be a few days off. In the long run it is merely water under the bridge.
Hell.....For that matter, it gives us something to look forward to this long weekend we have coming up. Take a step back and think about how incredibly selfish it is to demand that this be done in our time frame, and further more demand that we have answers for something as miniscule as this seems to be. Please. Many people have worked long and hard for this RM to come together. We should be glad this opp has been laid out before us. I do think think this RM is one for the books. Thanks again Bean, and hope to hear more from you in the next several exciting weeks /months/years to come.

I think both sides have handled this entire RM with amazing professionalism, and integrity. I am actually quite happy from the conduct we have witnessed first hand from all involved. I have no worries about how this venture will unfold. I don't think we could ask for a better mix between the two companies. A#1 in my book. How this has been handled is the main reason I intend on being here a while.

Yes. That is what I am expecting too. I would think everybody else would see this as the reasonable date. No rush......

1 week.......O MY GOD....... Form a position,add,average down on dips. I can't wait for the day that all the people who see this as your previous post explained, are chasing to find that they would have been better off holding there original position.
Makes no sense. Completely irrational thinking when taking into consideration the magnitude of the up coming events.

We already know from Beans post that it's next week prior to, or on the 17th. Why would anybody in there right mind that is forming a position sell off, only to end up chasing once it's to late. 1 week. Big deal. People are acting like this has been postponed for two years. What gives?

Caution....Were talking a week. Are you leaving the country or something. Relax. There timing was a little off. Not like SEC filings, and all other pieces of the puzzle don't sometimes take longer than expected. Things are moving along quite smoothly if you ask me.

Agree. Thats why it is astonishing that so many are weak on the dips, when we have seen full well of the strength FCCN has shown through all forms of manipulation. We are 1 week away. You would think that people would take a hint, and not want to be in the herd when the barn storming begins. It's simple folks. Hold on for a week, and you'll be well rewarded. Pretty easy game plan if you ask me.

I'm not TR, but they only screw you if you sell on a dip.

Because MM's want shares before next week, I expect a roller coaster ride tomorrow. Green is 50/50 in my eyes.
