would love for wegmans to go public..wonderful family from my hometown down to earth folks.. (bro has done some legal work for them in the past)..stores are fabulous and many employees i've talked with actually enjoy their jobs! refreshing..
you were cgaq committed with large investment..mine just a bread crumb in comparison, resigned to the fact that it's toast. not worth selling at these levels, just hoping that swank pulls a rabbit out of his hat..bedtime.
when ceo announces no track deal, chade will realize that investment is history and nothing to lose. chade will then systematically unleash detrimental cgaq info and swank will be paying for regular pr's to "quell" the rumors, which are most likely fact. i don't know if you saw crooked's email, but that's several days of negativity by itself..what is cgaq going to do with potentially dozens of these tidbits? imo we won't get the track, it is now a question of how grand a scheme ceo can create to balance the blow. since we all are in tune to his bs pr's, swank will actually have to come up with a "real" project..and i don't think he is capable of doing that in the near term..cgaq prices doomed to go lower.
by exposing your intentions to release information about cgaq that will certainly keep prices sub penny for a lenghty period, i expect ceo to approach you and come to a "settlement" of some sort or he will continue to delay the track announcement seemingly forever in hopes that you'll fade away..which we all know you won't!
chade, it appears from past actions that our ceo may have a history of "buying out" any cgaq negativity. with the wealth of ammunition that you have, you might consider some $400k arm twisting..is this what you meant with previous posting of "i have a plan to get my money back". LOL ..
crooked, i'll refresh your memory and suggest you check your "sent" emails dated march 6,2011...then again, if you have nothing to hide, just holler and i'll post for your review.. that way, we can clear this issue up once and for all and move on...though, i don't think it will be quite that easy. amazingly, even cqaq's free DR trip promotion in the end turned out to be a public relations catastrophe.
crookedneck, just ask me to post a copy of the email, i'd be happy to..it appears swank was held hostage by you to either refund the losses as you saw them or write a review that would indicate a negative experience. it is interesting that one of your "choices" of refund was 150,000 cgaq shares. i think this emails unaltered and can be verified by another member of this board who also received the email from roberto. i'm thinking chade has not published this letter to the ihub board to possibly not involve this other ihub shareholder.
nice bounce last few days..how about some company news ikcc?
chade, anything that you would like to forward that you think of importance, please do...this might allow me to be better informed on subject matter that most likely will be brought to our attention again. if you forward anything in confidence, please indicate and it will remain so..thx. efrky4@yahoo.com
interesting that last pr states kiosks will be on display for "sales": purposes, not to play and generate money...are folks going to buy a kiosk from a reputable manufacturer like GGL labs or from a start up that will attempt to sell from a sales room next to a bus terminal? PsD was spot on all along about the slot parlor, stated that he talked with official about track and it is not for sale, and now questions validity of kiosks...ceo has yet to prove PsD wrong about his track findings. Swank, i suggest you consult PsD prior to your next endeavor. he seems to be much more in tune with a computer and "google", then you are in the DR with any so called advisors.. .005 for xmas?
just reviewed slmu website..can't seem to locate MM anywhere..which may very well be good news!
i think bieber appears on X Factor finale thursday night..come on bieb, at least wear a phoneguard cap...give it up for the team!
chart, that was a lousy post...if you have a swank story, then tell it..but to make an implication without a backup statement is not fair to us or swank. disappointed.
i don't think eddie trying to sell smky shares a big deal. he's contacted many of us about the $5000 units. he's met with small groups promoting smky shares.part of the job. he's trying various ways to get financing without diluting. our choice to buy. he's been quite transparent.
tried to steal a bunch at $7.00 during ipo..never got that lucky.
bought a bunch more in this price range...expect back over three bucks soon.
chade, i believe you were the first to inform the board that there were no slots in the parlor. might you reveal how you obtained this info and any idea when the slots were removed? none of the financials have indicated any revenues for the slot parlor. i'm beginning to think the slot parlor was one big charade to entice investors. i hope not the case, but there seems to be a lot of behind the scenes shenanigans occurring and i can envision higher authorities "investigating" cgaq soon.
my concern is did roberto provide slot parlor photos with machines indicating parlor was in operation, when in fact it was not. i've mentioned a couple times and surprised roberto has not addressed this issue. would you actually think he would commit this "fraud'? ...roberto?
oo7, thx for efforts. i've reviewed all of the track pr's, and honestly, swank never said the track was up for bid, nor inferred it was. the pr's indicate that cgaq made an "offer" for the track. i think we made more out of it than it actually was, and swank "rode the wave" and embellished with subsequent supporting pr's by continuing possibility of track in play..if there was an actual public bidding process, there would be a deadline. but since it is simply an offer, the track can respond in any time frame it chooses. ceo off base by trying to blame track officials for price decline-swank knows they won't accept deal. best news disclosed from latest pr is that swank quenched the rumor of the slot parlor closing by admitting the rumor was indeed fact. also, tossing out the columbia casino deal was an xmas present to shareholders.
thanks for encouraging smky update!
appears that way..if fuentes has handled the internet sales, what in the world has roth done..ok, a couple of mandatory filings to keep sec
law at bay, considering recent calamity. roth should at least have established active distributors by now. we heve yet to receive denverson million bucks, so i am not confident there. website shut done for couple weeks and can't buy Real? smoke em, you should inquire about the product patent and possibly make a "play" for sfio..
PsD..it appears you and your PI have been proven to be much more accurate with your findings than anyone else..congrats. you mentioned earlier about slot parlor and the slot laws and so forth. i've hollered for some time trying to find out if parlor still opened, would never receive response. now we know. was the slot parlor without
"functioning" slots at the time many of us hollered for a slot count and roberto eventually published photos of parlor with machines. my question is, was the parlor in operation at the time of the photo release or was this a cgaq ploy that roberto took part in? roberto. any comment?
MM no longer ceo nor does he retain his seat on the board..essentially have dismissed him, GM growing impatient and took needed action. plan to follow up next week to see how far along the rochester MI transition is. this is a positive pr for slmu shareholders...Sunbits, where are you?
crookdneck..i look forward to your info. i believe your trip postings were in april, that is how i derived prices. i commend you for stepping up and being "reimbursed"...but make no mistake. we have all been to casinos a thousand times. swank allowed the system in his casino and swank knew exactly the "odds" of that game. he wasn't born yesterday. to say he had no guilt in this game being played in his casino is incorrect. he catered immedietly to your wishes because he knew you were going to write a review...do you really think he has ever reimbursed anyone else for their losses? my bigger concern is just how often swank has dispersed more cgaq shares with the snap of his fingers? off to tunica for the weekend..
newbie here...much DD to study, but like initial findings..have bought three times..loved today's pr..EXCEPT ...danny goofed by naming ihub members..their postings just the nature of the business..once you have read enough posts, folks get a "feel" for the posters and accept or dismiss their statements handily..danny, you have bigger battles to fight..and that is bravada numbers..don't sweat the small stuff!
cgaq april prices approx 3-4 cents, assuming that payout occurred around that time..
your facebook posting left nothing to the imagination...you stated chade fired...period...not rumor, posted fact. regardless of disagreements, that posting was a rumor...and a low blow!
i also saw the 150k shares and was quite curious...looking back at the time frame, the "gift" (if it's true}, would be in excess of $5,000!! .. not band arm twisting i might add!!

General Motors is taking on a larger role in running the Rochester Hills-based solar power company Sunlogics PLC.
Charles Bryant, formerly Sunlogics executive vice president of finance, was selected Tuesday to serve as interim chief executive officer after Michael Matvieshen, Sunlogics former CEO and founder stepped down from both his executive position and seat on the company’s board of directors.
GM paid $7.5 million last summer for a stake in Sunlogics, a vertically integrated supplier of solar power solutions, which has moved its headquarters from California to Rochester Hills.
Matvieshen will stay with the company but will concentrate on directing Sunlogics projects in China and Europe, said Sunlogics spokesman Franklin Santagate, who added that the company’s move from California to Michigan has been going very smoothly.
Sunlogics also announced Kamesh Gupta was named to the company’s board of directors. Gupta has spend 36 years with GM in various management and technical positions.
In his most recent position with General Motors, Gupta was global manager, engineering and strategic programs, Energy and Utilities Services Group, overseeing significant projects such as a 12-megawatt rooftop solar project in Zaragoza, Spain.
“We are pleased to have gained the renewable energy experience and insight that Kamesh Gupta brings to our company,” Bryant said. “His global management skills match well with our company’s anticipated growth opportunities. All of these management changes better position Sunlogics for the future.”
In addition, Sunlogics has retained Abraham Morris as special adviser to the company’s board of directors, Bryant said.
“Morris brings over 25 years of operational, strategic and financial experience to our Sunlogics team. Over the next several months, he is working with us to develop a strategic operational and financial plan to manage the anticipated accelerated growth of the company,” Bryant added.
As part its investment in Sunlogics, General Motors committed to double solar output globally from 30 megawatts to 60 megawatts by the end of 2015.
“Our GM facilities currently house 30 megawatts of solar power, and we are committing today to double that capacity to 60 megawatts over the next few years, which is equivalent to powering 10,000 homes annually,” said Mike Robinson, GM vice president of energy and environment.
General Motors Ventures LLC made the $7.5 million investment in Sunlogics.
GM also signed commercial agreements with Sunlogics for the installation of solar-charging canopies at Chevrolet dealerships and GM facilities, as well as a power purchase agreement to install large-scale solar arrays at GM buildings and purchase the energy they produce.
GM’s solar expansion and financial commitment provides a firm foundation for the growth of Sunlogics business worldwide and will bring more sustainable green energy to GM operations, Matvieshen said in July.

chade, i visited cgaq facebook site and noticed that slbrown stated that rumors are "a very disgruntled chad was let go by cgaq ...seeking revenge?". just to clear up the "rumors", were you fired or did you resign? this is the first time that i have heard that you were "fired" by cgaq.. thx.
i expect ceo to pump and dump shortly..he now realizes that ihub majority of activity, and little hope for any major buying from the board. he will drive the price down soon, it's just a matter if you want to salvage anything prior to his selling. i've already wrote my investment off, so i'll hang on just out of curiousity to see how "creative" he gets. i'd love for you and bobdole to sell a million between you..place limit orders if you like..i'd consider buying at .001.
opmg mgmt- time to light a match! media just oozing with great kindling for this bonfire! every day more and more examples to explain need for phoneguard app.
i'll place a couple of limit orders for the first day...own cool and gluu, so znga ipo might be positive for both.
.0137....prices inching upward...
anticipate opmg announcing cellairis stores stocked and open for business soon
Ladies and Gentleman...start your engines!
if you were down 400k plus, i think you'd be a tad angry also..maybe we should rehash every every pr since company inception and realize just how many timelines and revenue predictions were achieved as stated by ceo in those pr's..most of us can't sell now...place 500-1 mil shares up for sale right now and watch price drop sub .005 ...no way chade can sell 16 mil shares ... this board will remain "interesting" and vocal for months to come...ceo needs to step aside and get a phd number cruncher to call the shots.
bought more today at 35...and glad to have them.
PB..you are assuming the rumors may not in fact be the truth! stevan won't email back about my concern of "profitable" Slot Parlor that has no slots (lol!) and no financial filing info, guzman net $300k profits are now reduced to a proclamation of "i admit i have made mistakes", and a race track that is not placed for public bid, though they will entertain any offers should you feel encouraged to do so. ceo is scrambling right now to pr another big pay day boxing match and seal the deal on a columbia casino in hopes that PsD has no way of continuing watchdog news. steve., please rent a santa suit and make my xmas..all i want is .02 by new year..please santa, i've been a good boy this year..unfortunately, .002 appears to be my destiny.
sgr/chartman...again, thx for your efforts. by continuing to promote genuine interest in mmtc, i believe you have stabilized share price and possibly "inched" it upward..i really thought that we would see significant dip while waiting for news in jan 2012..continue the battle!
