It will only move in a "big way" when listed on a major exchange. Otherwise, it only moves a bit up and down - thats all. It needs to be listed!

You are thinking about Mrs. Sued. She used to work on the New York Stock Exchange and then ran off with a banker.
Charlie
Yes, this is an excellent article and shows that the co is a leader in this field and has connections with very large firms, e.g. especially GE. However, we need to get the word out to the public so their is recognition of their achievements/importance in this dynamic engineering field. To to this they need to proceed for listing. Otherwise, the stock price will still float up and down at this price.

Excellent article. Thanks!

There are some tall people here also.
Also, do you think they would have government contracts? This is nothing but nonsense!!!
I sure wish they would proceed with it. Now, even with good news, there is very little action because the co is relatively unknown in the financial world.

With the GE contract announced, others will follow shortly.

If it were uplisted - then there would be great momentum on news like this.

Now we are starting to get contracts. First from GE and others will follow!!!

With all their patents, takeover attempts will be soon in the future.

That would be great! We need an update.
Charlie
sounds good KMey. How do you think the stock price would react to this possibility?
I think one way or the other SGLB will be taken over.
Charlie
Vacationing in Hilton Head, SC this week.
To follow up -
There again, if their is a takeover offer/attempt. What impact this will have to the share price is mere speculation.
Charlie
I feel that SGLB will be taken over this yr. They are in the forefront of this technology with patents and expertise. Being a small co it would be easy to take them over. They are dealing with the big firms like GE, etc. who have quite a few dollars at stake in this new industry. It would be far to their advantage to somehow take over this small co.
Just my thoughts.

No trouble with Schwab.
Charlie
I don't have any problem buying or selling this stock thru my Schwab accounts. This is one of the largest brokerage firms and there is no problem in trading this stock.
Happy New Year everybody from the old city - Williamsburg, Va.
I feel this will be the yr that SGLB will be taken over.
Charlie
So far only 12,900 she traded! No trading for over an hour?

MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM THE OLD CITY OF WILLIAMSBURG, VA. USA

Looking at it further, it looks like they can sell up to $100 million in securities from time to time as they need it. This might give them future leverage to take over another co.
I just saw it. It was released a few minutes ago. It looks like they are registering 100 million shsa.
Any thoughts on this, good or bad?

I think we are getting also very close to some sort of announcement within a wk or two. A GE contract award would be great, or even another co may come up.
Charlie
All we need are some contract awards, with a nice pr of course and UPLISTING.
Charlie
Have a nice weekend everybody!
For me, retired from Federal Contracting in Washington, DC. Found out about SGLB thru my ownership of GE stock. Saw a comment about this co. having dealings with GE on the GE board.
Looked further into it and believe this may be a "gem" in the making. Also, the co has been involved with Federal contracts, I believe, in the past. To be selected by the Fed Gov't for a contract, they must pass a number of criteria. Also, GE would not even think of working with these people unless GE thought they were critical to their involvement in this fairly new technology.
Charlie
Which an uplifting would give fuel to the fire. Until that happens, the stock won't change much on low volume.
Charlie
So is it here in Williamsburg, Va. Chilly, cloudy, and rain. A PR would definitely let some sun light shine.
Charlie
Up listing is what we really need.
Charlie
Well for one it is a closely held stock owned by Bd members and people on this IHUB. It is not listed on any major exchanges, eg. OC, NY. Once this happens - there there will be price movement. Thus, in the current situation it can easily be manipulated.
Charlie
I meant "up listed" vs "uplifted"
sorry!
when the co is uplifted - then there will be some real movement in volume and price. Now it is just "us" who are doing the trading - with a few new people or old ones leaving/trading.
Charlie
The last pr needs to get out to the financial community. Hopefully our pr guy can get that one out and future ones. Is back to work mon? He has some catching up to do!,,,
Charlie
While we had a good. Day. Just imagine how much further it would have gone if that pr went over the wire services. I know it was nice for the pr guy to be off, but someone should have taken over for him. Otherwise they should have held the pr until he returns.
Charlie
I just checked with Schab - NO NEWS, IHUB - NO NEWS. Where is it coming out on "racing forms".
Charlie
Probably when the "contract" news come out - it will be the same way. Only a few people will know about it. Their pr's need to go on the wire services so that people that have Schwab accounts, and other large brokerage accounts, hear about the co.
Charlie
The PR really needs to go out. Otherwise, we are the only ones knowing about it - which is evident with the stock performance this am.
Charlie
I don't see the news item showing up on my Schwab screen or Investors Hub.
Charlie
How about for SGLB?????
When the market goes down 200-300 pts a day, it will bring all stocks down, even sglb.
