Ok.. If you had property that was locked in a lease for 99 years this lease started, lets just say 30 years ago. The tenents start to make money at their business and get bigger and so on.. then one day the come up to you and ask if they can change the contract along with expand their footprint.. you would be like we need a whole new contract with more money for me, the landlord.. then the back and forth starts from there..deep down knowing there are few companies that are looking for the size buildings your renting out..

I hope that anyone who does dd knows that Greg never gave a solid date of the 31st of May.. clinging on to a hard date is foolish or fabricated.. He did say the hope was end of the month.. We are three days beyond the hope time frame.. but we all should know there are many different moving parts moving at this time.. They will tell us when its DONE not before.. My DD tells me buy, buy some more and then by some more. I just want to thank people for making it so easy.. big fish are comming then whales..
