So you think we'll get shares in the two spin-off companies? That would be sweet!
GLTA
10,000 shares times 0.0009 is $9.00. Simply an ask slap by someone trying to get the stock moving IMO.
GLTA
You are confused. The INAR shares are a BONUS. You still retain your HNSS shares in good standing.
Be aware, the INAR shares will be restricted.
GLTA
I believe there is a crew selling back and forth to themselves, trying to level down while they wait for the big news, one or two ticks at a time. Once the news breaks it will be pump and dump. They've been loading and leveling for several weeks. All IMO.
GLTA
Olanda,
That was Eric Cantor, Republican Leader in the House, speaking. This bill will probably pass the House and fail in the Senate, IMO. Definitely not a "done deal".
GLTA
It would be smart of him to use this PR opportunity to advertise his new service. Would help get the word out that they will be open for business, with some detail on how to contact them and when service will start.
GLTA
The Microfil 2160 is a medical wipes packaging machine that is supposed to run 2,160 wipes per hour.
It is a machine based on the equipment SNDH used in production to supply Worldwide Wipes Co., a division of HNSS.
As stated by TOXX, no one has seen this new and improved model.
See company PRs from last fall for the info we have.
GLTY
While I don't disagree with your "shuffling" comment, one can't just pluck $86k from one company and give it to another. What did he give in exchange? And why now spread it around to the HNSS shareholders?
GLTY
Sorry, I don't know. The last two PRs have been GREAT news and, you are right, the market has just yawned.
GLTY
My thinking, which is pure speculation, is that something is still brewing. If there was long-term bad news there would be no reason to wait.
What if they were still negotiating the terms of a sell-off? Or completing the deal with another company to manufacture, or distribute, for them?
From the PR today, sounds like they want us to hold our shares through the end of the month. Why?
Food for thought.
Our last read on the OS was 638mil. The dividend would then be 212.7mil shares of INAR. At today's price of 0.0004 that is about $86k. Wonder what deal Mr. Black made to get those shares?
Any speculation?
GLTA
You know as much as the rest of us. Hasn't been announced yet. I would expect they'll be restricted from trading for a period of time. Could be 3 mo, 6 mo, or a year. IMO
GLTA
I see that several board members have found additional info on the patent you discovered.
I'm a Process Engineer with thirty-some years of experience in the Automotive components industry. I've specified, bought, and installed automation similar to the packaging equipment under discussion, although for different functionality.
I'm going to be out of town until this weekend. If you have further questions I'll try to respond then.
GLTY
I really hate to rain on your parade, but if you check the other patents by these same inventors you will find they are working in the die casting industry.
It is too early for patent applications for MicroFil. If it is launched tomorrow as scheduled, I would expect to see patent applications in August or September.
GLTY
I've noticed something over the last few days. The last trade of the day is a whopper, at the most prevalent PPS for that day. I don't think we are seeing dilution, I think it is significant manipulation. I think we are seeing someone sell, basically to themselves, in high volume and then sell back at the end of the day. Volume is way up there, and price is tightly controlled. As a result, I think about two thirds of this volume is bogus. Think about it.
GLTA
Hey, buying op, IMO! Just picked up another 1/2 mil. Wish I had more cash......
GLTA
I sure think so. And yes, as the PR states, they are very well positioned to pounce on this and run with it. Very exciting!
I'm not surprised. This is too far in the future for a Pink to get much reaction. HNSS will have to show some real near-term results before investors will take it seriously.
GLTA
Wow! Has it sunk in yet how HUGE this is? If this all happens (and there aren't any guarantees), this time next year HNSS will be trading in the DOLLARS!
Blue, you have been worried about revenue, here it comes.
IMO. GLTA
Also, the picture could be old. There could be a nice new house on the site today. But I would expect it to be a residence given the surrounding neighborhood.
Another point, Dr. Sincule isn't the CEO on this one. At least now we know what he looks like.
GLTA
I've got E-Trade MarketTrader and mine is OK.
Interesting find. Look up the Company address on that site and then look it up with Street View in Google Maps. If they haven't screwed up, its a house in a residential neighborhood that is being demolished. Not a reasonable business address. Makes you wonder.....
GLTA
LMAO!!! With due respect MrCellPhoneMan, you need to upgrade!
GLTA
They will easily double or triple their money in the next few days.
GLTA
That's three jerk offs. AUTO, NITE, and ETMM are all on at .0009 to make that number. UBSS has the .0008's.
GLTA
No, I didn't. I'm sure they read this board on a regular basis, hoped they would respond to all of us.
GLTA
The boys and girls that started this recent spike are loading up for round two, which will be ignited by the next PR. Maybe this time it will go high enough for us to play too......
Questions for Dr. Joe:
- Syngar was a subsidary. Are they still affiliated?
- What is our ownership percentage?
- If none, what compensation did we get at separation?
- Is Garth Likes still associated with Compass Bio?
- In what capacity?
- We need to change Exchanges (My opinion) to re-price the company share structure. What are the options? Timing?
- The original deal with GenBioPro went south. Any options going forward? What is their current status?
That's equity of $0.0033 per share. Also does not count the value of the unappraised subsidiaries (including HNS Funds and MicroFil).
Check this link for info on Syngar, including going public in the near future:
http://www.slideshare.net/glikes/synger-feb-2012
May now be a separate corporation. See change below dated 12-21-2011. I'll keep digging.

I'm not wishing for it to be back at low levels, just expecting reality. My average is much higher than .0014 and I won't take a loss, so I have to wait for some more sustained growth than this quick flash in the pan.
GLTY
After watching this every day for six months, it is pretty comical...they haven't got a clue!
GLTA
No, probably not. When they come out of bankruptcy in January these shares will most likely become worthless. Zero value.
Don't have a good way to post.
Bid: ETMM 0.0125 6000, UBSS 0.0124 10k, HDSN 0.0123 10k, PUMA 0.0120 5000.
Ask: ETMM 0.014 81k, NITE 0.0165 5000, UBSS 0.0185 10k, PUMA 0.019 5000, MAXM & AUTO 0.02 5000 & 17k.
Yep, still around, still have my shares. I still intend to turn a profit.
I agree with Bluesky2's comments that HNSS is probably not big enough to make more than one or two Microfil machines at a time. And since there is little margin in big machines like this they won't build working capital very fast. I too am hopeful for a nice fat buyout offer.
GLTY
Patents are not "approved" but issued. It is unlikely that HNSS will submit application to patent their inventions until after the machine launches, so that all claims can be included. There is also a significant amount of work the patent lawyers need to do before submission, which will add time.
What HNSS needs is to have their disclosure paperwork in order and witnessed. One writes or draws a detailed description of the invention, signs and dates it. He then explains it to someone, who adds a statement, by hand, saying the invention was explained to them and that they understood the concept of the invention. They then sign and date the document. This establishes the date of the invention. Once the embodyment of the invention is made public the inventor has one year to apply for patent. After that time, the invention is no longer patentable. This is why you won't see any pictures of the machine until it is launched.
There are significant fees involved in having a patent issued, and again with maintaining the patent. Because of these costs most companies wait as long as possible to submit the application. Once submitted, it can take months or years to get the patent issued. During that time, the invention is protected. This is where the "Patent Pending" tag shows up.
OK guys, what just happened? I'm out for the afternoon and suddenly there is volume and higher than expected PPS numbers. Any explanation?
I can't do private. They've got 30 mil to sell, so I think they'll gush if given the chance. I think the down-low buys are people figuring the same as you. Be careful.
Wish I could be more optimistic. GLTY
After the R/S the max OS from existing shareholders was 3.3 mil. The actual, I believe, was much lower, more like 670,000.
In the PR that announced the R/S the company stated they expected the OS to be about 30 mil after completion, which means they planned to issue and sell quite a few new shares. I believe they tried to do that through VFIN without a lot of success.
The AS, on the other hand, is 960 mil, par value $0.001. See link below for filing with the Nevada Secretary of State:
