> Because Dennis' words still pump and get bvtk fans all riled up.
If that's true, then why are we at 0.0015? It's pretty clear people don't believe his BS anymore.
Just because it is private doesn't mean that there can't be proof of clients, revenue, employees, office, etc. The fact that no such proof exists is very concerning.
Simple refutation: if even 5% of that was true, there's no way we would be trading at these levels.
BAGHOLDERS ARE MADE HERE
CURSED BEYOND BELIEF
I think it would be better to wait until about 0.0008 to buy. There's not much reason it won't sink to those levels. Even then, I would only buy for a quick flip, as an R/S is pretty much inevitable.
The old penny stock 'reverse merger' gig. Been there done that ... there are plenty of bagholders to tell you how that story always ends.
BAGHOLDERS MADE HERE
CURSED BEYOND BELIEF
Will any of this revenue actually materialize though? Tom has a history of over-promising on such things.
BAGHOLDERS MADE HERE
CURSED BEYOND BELIEF
Sorry, Tom has created all this nonsense with his fake announcements.
Not any poster here.
CURSED BEYOND BELIEF - $BVTK
There's not exactly anything to know.
I think it wouldn't be such a bad buy at 0.0008. I'm planning a purchase for a quick play then. But going long on this toxic-debt filled piece of garbage is only for idiots at this point.
I'd consider buying back in around 0.0008
Which part is false? It's simply a fact that it's a 1 person company.
Sorry, anyone can conjecture about things happening behind the scene. Pretty much every conjecture of that sort has turned out to be unsubstantiated.
I'd be looking for an entry point around 0.001 for a quick flip. Anything else is fantasy.
Remember, every single prediction every long has made here about the price action has turned out to be wrong. Expect that to continue.
I like how you always have you put quotation marks around words like contracts. It says a lot about the credibility of this company.
That sounds like a bad idea. Until they report numbers in May, the PPS is going nowhere but down.
Then why can he only get toxic financing?
Very unlikely we get a wall. There are enough republicans against it to sink it.
I haven't found him to be honest at all in my dealings with him.
Exactly. That's how easy these are to predict. The R/S will be very soon.
> Dilution seems-to-have-stopped
False
Well, as you can see I've very accurately predicted the AS / OS for the last 12 months. It doesn't take a Merlin, just a basic understanding of balance sheets.
Yes, my calculations also suggest an RS is Jan or Feb.
Looks like utter fantasy. Also, much of that revenue will be spread over several years.
I am not even sure 0.05 is realistic until SS is addressed. Until SS is addressed, even 0.01 would be quite overvalued.
Yeah, I don't think there's any evidence or reason to think that would happen. Hell, they could buy the entire company for a fraction of the price.
Not really. The debt on the books is a fact. The lack of serious current revenue and the necessity to print shares to keep the doors open is another fact. The limit on the AS is also a fact. All these facts are easily verifiable and point to trouble. You can talk about long time scales all you want, but that doesn't change any of these facts.
That sounds like an awful attitude to take. An investor should always think critically. Anyone with the attitude you describe is not someone whose posts deserve to be taken seriously. If I wanted religion, I would go to church.
> Dr.Thomas A.Cellucci has a carte blanche vote of confidence of"the longs"to run this company because we trust him based on his utmost integrity and impeccable character with second to none wisdom and intelligience to boot. We longs believe that all of Tom's transactions are like putting together a block buster movie thus the reason we are very very patient waiting for the finished product
People have been saying that it was the 'last day for cheapies' since it was 2-3 times the price. I suppose it's different this time though, right?
Every company that reverse splits denies wanting to reverse split.
Just look at the balance sheet and projected revenues and do the math and tell me if you think they can keep paying down their debt without a RS. Hint: they probably can't.
Where is the 8k then?
A promise of a deal and a deal are two different things.
I've netted over four times that. And keeping the reality of the situation in mind is what will stop me from losing it.
Nor do I. I'm just pointing out how wrong the predictions made around here have been.
I remember a few weeks ago when everyone said that was the last time we were going to see 5s.
The problem is, the only contracts that *actually* exist barely justify the present valuation.
Because I checked their balance sheet.
Not fighting back particularly well. There is still no revenue and the massive deals and equity investors he promised months ago still haven't materialized.
There's a lot of room between being a hoax and likely having 100m+ annual revenue. Neither are likely true.
I'm fully aware of the history, perhaps more than you. Still, none of those past positions translate to being a good CEO. You are comparing apples and oranges. And nothing there contradicts the basic mathematical fact that with a ton of debt little revenue, a RS or at least AS increase is pretty much inevitable.
All that background doesn't make him a good businessman. Plenty of people with incredible backgrounds start companies that flop. I doubt very much that this is a scam. More likely, it's just a bad business plan that won't work out. Tons of debt, awful share structure, prematurely made promises of massive revenue and equity investors - the guy might be good at what he has done in the past, but that doesn't make him a good CEO. An RS or increase in the AS is pretty much inevitable at this point, whatever he says. Basic math doesn't lie.
