I bet that ask on .035 is thin.
And mexico builds 600,000 homes a year, half of which need to be green by 2020, we already have these 700 homes and 2100 more potentially from the other letter of intent.
Hopefully that other one will be finalized soon and we will have some real momentum.

Here is some info on a letter of intent they recently signed for a 3 year project in mexico, just this one deal alone could mean [B]100 million in revenue and 30 million in profit.[/B]

And there are plans to build a plant on site in mexico specifically for one deal that will include 2100 houses.
If we get 100 people averaging even 100k shares then we have cut the float in half.

Ok guys, thanks to hooka we know the c.e.o. says our profit margins are 30%.
He also said that revenue is about 150$ per square foot.
The flex houses range from 570 to 1340 sq. feet.
Most of the houses in the upcoming deal are going to be meduim and low cost, (although the first 40 homes will be 150 to 200,000).
Let's use the 670 sq. feet model for these houses.
If this deal goes through, and I think it will, considering the c.e.o. has stated that he will be announcing a joint venture within the next month, then this is what we are looking at for one deal alone.
670x150 = 100,500 in revenue per house. Now here's what I don't know, the 150$ per square foot may be the total number so we may need to share it with whoever we j/v with in this case.
Let's be generous and cut it in half for the j/v and consider our profit margin,
100,500/2 = 50,000 (30%) = 15,000 PROFIT per house.
15,000 x 2100 homes = 31,500,000 in profit from one deal alone in mexico.
Mexico builds about 600,000 homes a year. The governemnt is mandating that by 2020 50% of them be built by green standards, (ecoblock being the greenest and even cheaper than anything not green by 15%).
Think we could get 2% of those? That's 12,000 homes a year. (180 million profit (594 mil revenue) by our conservative price model))

Most construction companies (that aren't cutting edge like our's) get a p/e of 8 to 15. We deserve at least 15 imo.
If this deal with 2100 homes goes through shouldn't we be trading in dollars and not cents? If our technology is cheaper, faster, easier, more safe and better for the planet than anything else, what would stop us from massive growth?

Plus, it was one of those pr's where people don't understand the news. To them it doesn't say profit or revenue yet because it's just a deal to sell their houses.
They would have missed the "just two weeks after announcing the flex kit"
Which, in the construction industry is a big deal, to have something get that much interest that fast.
Sometimes a company forgets to translate everything in their excitement or in this case, their genuine humility. Did you listen to the ceo webcast? The radio guy had to keep bringing up how great things were going and all the ceo would say was, "Yes, there is interest."
But the fact is this is the second huge contract they've signed in a very short amount of time....
And none of this will matter once the joint venture is announced.
Yeah, honestly I think it was just impatience and/ or the oppertunity for an easy double. Holding a stock for longer than a few days is like having a girlfriend.

So look for a pr about the finalization of that contract. According to the letter of intent the first 40 out of 800 (and potentially 2100) homes will cost 150 to 200,000$
I have no idea yet how much eco will make on each house sold, not even really a ballpark number, (help me out if you can), but let's throw a number out there.
5 to 10 thousand per house? = 4-8 million on this contract alone. That's a ten bagger from here just on market cap from one deal.
Maybe that number is too high? (And I feel like it's too low) It doesn't matter look at the global potential.
