My prediction, those 100M shares used for financing at .008 are already coming out and will be in float by end of month.

Man I wish we could believe them and this news......
Wrong! Jesse Rodriguez gave Goerree all the millions of shares. I was told Goerree is now under SEC investigation. Do the math.
Already boardmarked.
Thanks.
Whats the A/S for Gatt?
When I pull mine up on TD Ameritrade, all it says is that I am an idiot for owning this one (grin)

I hate it the way these stinky pinkies lie to us!
I don't believe Miller would have gotten involved with LCCI if he didn't see (or know) blue skies were in their future.
I now believe the recent decisions were a condition of Miller before getting in bed with LCCI to force them to get their costs in line and focus their energies on the huge potential come February. I don't believe he got in this soley for self gain at shareholders expense (as most pinky financers do!) I think he saw the potential if the ruling was passed on November 4th, as it was, and he knew how big this ruling would be for LCCI's future. I think he knew the impact all of this would have on the share price when it comes to fruition.
William2112 saw this potential and shared some great DD with us prior to the vote.
I just wish LCCI would keep their shareholders in the loop......

SEC Form 4 for Lloyd I III, one of our new majority owners. Nice to see he isn't one of the typical toxic financers. His holdings look pretty solid

He has also had some ties to Denny's in 2003

Hopefully we have established a new base here and it will back over penny soon. Personally I don't expect much until late January.
Sure wish the company would release some sort of news.
I am betting on it (grin)
Finally got me some more at .004's today. Sweet!

I agree. I think we will all be glad we hung in there come February.
My original buy in here was .12 (Ouch!)
Feeling much better now.
I am bottom feeding. Got some at .003 when bottom fell out, more at .0041 Friday near close. Bidding now but they won't bring it to me. Oh well, plenty of time.
5000 shares traded so far at .008. Boy todays great news really launched this thing.
Seems I am not the only one having trouble connecting the dots.
lmao, your funny......

Check again, it was only August when they expected to go public, 3 months ago, not last year.
Look at the chart for first half of this year. Look at the volume....dilution.
Printout a chart over history of stock, print out a list of news releases, compare volume and price with each release. Pretty obvious volume spikes and price falls after each news release.
Still wonder what happened to share price from $2?
If that isn't proof enough.........
Thats my belief! With all the hiring they are doing, going out of business doesn't concern me right now. I am willing to wait it out until February (or later)
Gift is right, got some at .003 yesterday and it did wonders to my average! (grin)
Anybody talk to IR today? No luck here.
I don't believe they were bought out. I am thinking this release was their way of letting us know they wouldn't be filing 3rd quarter anytime soon and they are battening down the hatches (cost controls) while focusing on rollout in February.
Looks like selloff is over. Hopefully it bounces back above penny today.
Why put it out in a PR, we are already on the pniks for noncompliance?
Means they are worth less than a penny (grin)
Silly me, I added at .003...WTF
Wow, the bottom has fallen out now!
LOL, new math....
Still wonder if its Scotty.
When did he say this? Dr Dilution has never been very forthcoming with info.
LOL, I have no idea. I was driving when he called. Had an accent and could hardly undertand him, had to keep asking him to repeat what he said...does that help (grin)
