Yes I could believe some ones who have extensive experience in successful underground mining to claim to bring such mine into profit. You raised some valid questions regarding odds. I was just going through description of work history of each member of the team. I was not able to fing any one having real valide past experience in mining not to talk about gold mining. Right from the chief geologist to mining engineer and others do not show any extraordinary work experience. Hunter6110, don't forget that merger is only complete after the 10K is submited. SEC will never permit any company come and reset its price and start trading. Time frame for the submission is upto Sep 30th and if Rufus fails to do so the will be delisted and sent back to pinkies. Major event in new emerging company is 10K that has all the audited financials and that is when even institution are able to put in their clients money.

Institutions are not allowed to buy penny stocks due to associated risk involved. However once Reset is complete after 10-K they will converge on this. That is why RPH boosted about the line up of big buyers after reset is done. Therefore keep holding and u will see institutions buying.

He spent every hour of three days of long week end to bash this stock but in vain. Now he is heart broken lying in his bed crying for not been able to drope the price for his short clients to cover. O/S you are saying that you have got a letter from SEC about informal Enquiry. I have an acknowledgment from SEC of my request about CSHD about 4 week back and I was promised to get reply if they got any thing about he company.

Since according to your statement SEC has found something worth investiging, shoudn't SEC would have informed me accordingly by now. Since they have not informed me as a reply to my enquiry about the company, I am justified to assume whatever you are saying is BS. Otherwise if you provide the proof of that letter I would be able to ask SEC why they didn't inform as promised.

On the basis of accuracy of prediction each stock has been assigned star rating differently under the two. In case of FMNJ star rating for daily nalysis is 3 star whereas it is 4star when you see it on weekly basis. Another thing to notice is the performance of stocks with different ratings over the period of 2 years. For example some one who invested and followed the weekly pattern of buy and sell signals for FMNJ for last two years, his $100.00 would have been $11480.00 on the last sell signal on AUG 04,06 with 16 trades in two years.
While some one who followed weekly signals his investment of $100 would have been grown to $968.00 after 32 trades in two years.

Yes according to daily signal it is now buy confirmed but is hold under the weekly signals. Since daily signals have 3 star rating means they are less reliable and thus can be revesed quite so often. I was really frutraded initially about that. Since I am still trying to understand it fully myself the rating does help to understand why signals are some time reversed. I am closely monitoring the signals for FMNJ and want to developed on that my investment strategy. Even if half of the time I follow it correctly my investment should be 1000X better in next two years.

Even the initials seems as if they have been traced on from impression. That lacks flow of the signature of any authorized person.

We including youself are here because we want take the advantage of lowest price. Your proposal for frequent PRs from the company. I tell you those companies with proactive CEO usually bring disrepute to the company and loses the interest of the investors. I prefer CEO who issues less PRs and more work on the ground. That way stock will gain on solid ground.

It is surprising to see a strange pattern. Out of all the silver stocks I am monitoring FMNJ is down and rest are substantially up except BHP is fractionally in red. Yesterday FMNJ was up most of the day until it turn into red at EOD. Let us hope today upward swing will come toward the EOD. These movements are not due to any news.

Only CDE has higher volume than FMNJ almost double. Therefore it is not that thin in my opinion.

SLW, SIL, SLV, CDE, CDM, HL, PAA, BHP, APE, SSO . The list include silver trust too. The 11th stock was SLW.TO that actually means the list of 11 stocks.

It is just like you have paid up house or have a lot of equity in your house you become eligible for secure loan from most of the banks and financial institutions. We are here only discussing whether or not CSHD has any worthy assets to secure loan or financing. If bonds are valid and hypothecation is allowed under law than nobody in his sane mind should question the ability of CSHD to secure financing.

One reason that I could figure out is that FMNJ is the cheapest Silver stock available and that is on the bases of the list of 12 stocks on my watch list.
