ok, I see your point.. but lets just say they do, what then?
so what do you see happen when the rotmans deal is done?
it could come today AH..watch stock fly on opening bell
I dont think we can look that far ahead, really. I get why they have the option.. most if not all companies have this option.. I think before we get concerned about the dreaded RS. Lets see what is in store.. from what I understand the OS is mostly insider and affiliates held. I think a Buyback is just as possible as an RS. the only difference is the RS will kill stock holder confidence.. Honestly why go through all the trouble with audits while also building up partnerships just to trash it with a RS..
Lets face it, the Market is hungry for a ticker that has true growth potential..IE fake meat (BYND). I believe in the Rotmans, you can cry and whine about the OS dilution or the tiny buy back.. but in the end this will be the story you tell down the road... what kind of story is up to you.. DD is key, Dont listen to the noise..
its a .000 playing short..bet
of that I know your wrong.. pro troll like your self should know better.
the general market dosent even know yet! YET is the key word.. fake meat is killing it.. what does that tell you.. never mind, dont answer. IDK
It's more like someone doesn't want it to..
Clearly the time needed for the process to get done is dependant on several people doing their part.. outside partys have to do their part and that is what he is talking about.. VYST has no control over these people. they will get it done at their pace.. some times the pepe break takes additional of time.. its hard for pepe to get a grasp on the job at hand..
Agreed! Vyst NRL's are going to be imho HUGE! Corporate America along with bureaucrats are pushing for more green options. Some politicians are willing to destroy the entire US economy to prevent the end of the world in 12 years.. VYST increased production efficiency, check. Create environmentally friendly products, check. have sector disruptive tech, check.. Either get a ticket and enjoy the ride or watch from the side line.
I got mine, Do you?
Never mind the etrade pro mobile app sucks
Is it me or is there pre market stuff going on? My pps says .05.
Looks like pps is @ .05 from the start.
Here are the uplisting rules.

thats the point.. we know it would be higher, but for some (not allow to call out people, groups) can't refute.
Gloves is the talk, gloves I know..
I got you, let just say exam gloves vyst already has FDA clearance.. they have a manufacturer.
I worked in critical care for 20 years.. 60 bed unit. we went thru 240 boxes of gloves in a 24hr period
https://www.amazon.com/Medline-SensiCare-Nitrile-Disposable-Powder-Free/dp/B002NHC650/ref=sr_1_42?crid=1Y2D1JBLPZZ0Q&keywords=nitrile%2Bgloves&qid=1556486651&s=gateway&sprefix=nit%2Caps%2C196&sr=8-42&th=1
these are the exact same gloves we used for years.. $14.99 each. granted they are cheaper in bulk.. lets say $10 a box.
https://www.aha.org/statistics/fast-facts-us-hospitals
there are 931,203 staffed beds in the US not all are critical care beds. some units use more gloves and some use less.. so lets cut the box use per day in half 120
so 120 boxes of gloves per day divided by 60 beds = 2 average boxes per day per bed in the us alone.
931,203 beds in the US x 2 boxes = 1,862,406 per day @ $10 per box = 18,624,060 per day
thats $6,779,157,840 per leap year and lets say they get just 2% of the market.. thats $135,583,156.8 per year.
I know for a fact latex gloves are far superior to nitril I have used both as wall as vinyl gloves. the change from latex came from allgeries( now no longer an issue with vytex) but at much resistance from the staff that hate the newer nitril and vinyl gloves. and this is just the patient care side in the US.. and for this argument JUST GLOVES!
Soo, SO what?
Anyone got Food service Knowledge?
anyone got a L2 to post?
holy god... combine that with the epa study on NRL tires from 2005 add vytex with reduced allergen protiens......
