sbc,
I think the point is that there is a difference between pointing to a "concern" and insulting the investor.
Wonway,
"Revenues: $165,971,862,
Outstanding shares: 2 billion
Net income: $6,649,963 (It is probably higher due to the stock buy back program, but mostlikely no lower as they had no cash on had at the end of 2004)."
Revenues...165,971,862 large chunk is ProGas.
Net income... 6,649,963... That is just what they had in the bank. I could have 50,000 in the bank at the end of 2006 and at the same time I could owe the IRS 35,000 of it.
A/S 2 billion... what part is O/S???
What I am trying to say here is this;
They could release some solid numbers. They have the numbers from all of the companies that they have taken over. They at the very least know what they owe the IRS. That figure divided by the tax rate would give net income...
If they are chewing up shares at .03 - .031 in the open market. Shares that are really worth .25, then I want the opertunity to sell them some of my shares at .25
gnulnx,
I have been to the HQ myself and to ProGas in Houston. I have met PA & wife, head of 3D, Ron B and the VP of Mkt for ProGas as well as talks with 3 others. I have just one fear, that insiders will get the high majority of the shares on the "cheap" and will pull a Kinder Morgan... see KMI not KMP. Other three cases are positive.
PS,
If they are not BS'ing us then take your $5 time line to 3 years without a good oil strike included.
What I was looking for is why PBLS said they would releases one thing (Share Structure) and then they release something totaly different and without the profit part.
In part I agree. The management of PBLS knows that without the pieces that we can not figure out what this is worth.
1) Revenue
2) Share structure
3) profit
Without the whole picture then we can not see anything. They know this. That is why we only got a piece and not the whole picture. If we got the whole picture then this thing might have gone through the roof today.
I am not asking for the Management Discussion or even Guidance for 2006. Just some simple numbers.
Kind of makes you want to ask the question… What are your motives???
Wave,
I agree with your message. The peices needed for full evaluation are known to them. Again, use logic... it becomes clear that there are only four scenarios.
Hey Wave,
Why so tense?
Because they are responsible for those divs
Anyone know why the last 3 or 4 PR's are not on the website?
All things that could be released .25..............
And the point is???
I will get out my crystal ball and see…
USC Cowboy,
I agree with you. We spoke once and I still like the angle. These are real companies. Mergers do not happen over night or for that matter even over a few months. There are several details to workout, especially since the major players are not the Rock & Roll Wall Street types that merge often. It will take time to work out everyone’s piece of the pie.
Seems like chat boards are like people who have their up days and their down days. I want an investment that is real and will perform over the long haul and not just POP up and go down. I did not come here for that. I came here in search of a real company that could perform over the long haul. I believe this one will.
That would be lately
He has posted on RB lately.
I'll cheer for it for now...
I agree all the way.
Logic would point to only four scenarios.
Sorry make that a lean 3,000,000,000 s/o not the 3,000,000
Funny thing is that with a strong share price they could use that to buy companies or for financing...
"The estimated Average of 15.0 grams per ton of GOLD ORE can produce an output of approximately 3,750 grams of Gold per Day."
Well then.......
3,750 gr/d = 133.92 oz = $82,526 per day minus costs, theft & bribes.
Even if it was all profit then $82,526 x 365 days = 30,121,990
divided by a generous (Lean by PAIM Standards) 3,000,000 shares = .010040663 then give the multiple for pps.
CIL proceses are not cheap. Forget getting the gold out, try getting a CIL plant in.
I do like following this stock anyway.
OK lets work with the higher number
Maybe with a 3 ton/d pilot plant what they find will fit in a shoe box and so a jansport backpack would be good...
Roach,
He did say some thing about packaging the leases.
On 1077 off of 12 north of NO. Very easy to find.
Wave,
If he uses two fingers does that count as a second opinion?
imirish,
According to an old PR there is an agreement with a company that sets May of 2007 as the drop dead date to become a reporting company. Unless he buys his way out of that one PBLS has to become a reporting company by May 2007.

Roach,
About the letter,
It might be in the dollar range if we had numbers to work with. No public numbers, no new money will move in.
Asus,
Did the new equipment have "Caterpillar" on the side? If so can he get the model number? Usually it is hard to miss.
Also did he see any small liquid storage tanks? If so, estimate in feet... Hight and Diameter...
About the leases and partners. The wording packaging is the same as "farming out"
Roach,
CHK the new website. It has NV & WY listed as locations on the bottom.
Trust in management, that is why I want to call the other parties involved.
Gravy,
If the price per barrel goes to $50 I will buy a bag of popcorn and watch several hedge funde I know file for BK.
I will place back into NDOL as soon as I can get some phone number in India and Russia. Same old gig as I did in the late 1990's. They all have English Speakers and they have no clue as to what they can say and what they can not. Go low for the pet eng's.
If I like what I hear then I will place a good block for myself and the company I work for. For the 2 - 3 year haul. If what they say is happening is still true then it is a no brainer...
I fliped out of NDOL at .89 as I saw time lines colapsing and with it the pps.
I am busy with PBLS at the moment. Their new website came up today. They are doing everything they said they would do when I visited them. We will see...
Gravy,
Just kidding, I have not seen you in a while. I like your posts. Back in 1998 I was hired to do a global survey on proposed gold mining projects that would be profitable at $325 per oz. I came away with over 300 prospects. Lets just say I love the industry. The ones I surveyed back then when gold was $275 per oz had all day to tell you about their projects and the technology they wanted to use. An example: If I can spell it right after beers was Yamada (Spelling ???) gold. They were .07 CDN and now they are $7.50 last I chk'ed.
A score is a score... Best of luck to you and all here...
Roach,
I think they needed to push the site live for some reason. I called and told them about the "Buisenss" spelling and I am sure that others have as well.
Then again outsourcing to India for web work can be painful.
Gravy,
Dude... a 3 ton/d plant is not even in the ballpark of a pilot plant (150 Ton/d) just to test the waters. Prove to me that there is any thing here and I will buy some. I know you have some mental abilities...
Have not jousted with you in a while and wondered what you are doing with PAIN.
Take care,
I agree. I saw the reports on the senate hearings today. The next few days should prove interesting.
Spelling problems.
Hmmm, maybe they needed this site out & runing fast for some reason...
Anyone notice the office locations in WY & NV.
Did anyone notice United Soils on the Org Chart?
Senator Hatch Contact email link. I emailed. I think we need to spread the word and give him support.
