Well would that not depend on when you bought in? Lets say for example someone who bought Aurora when it was $11.50 per share and now its $7.40. Auroras price dropped in half the last month and has been rebounding. Hmm, sounds vaguely familiar.
The ones that they use on organic foods is quite a bit different than traditional pesticides. They are natural and not poisonous to humans.
I would not recommend buying either one at this time. I am currently a stuck Golden Leaf Shareholder
So that makes, Aurora, Canopy, Tilray, Organigram and many more just pump and dumps? They are all shorted regularly.
That is not correct, Organic Cannabis would not use pesticides
It's my worst nightmare. I got out of TerraTech a year ago due to their crappy management and now it's possible that I might be involuntarily back in.
I just look at the past how shareholders were bled for the financial gain of a few. Sums it all up right there.
Strong for TerraTech, weak for Golden Leaf. I guess they can't wait to bleed Golden Leaf like they did to TRTC.
Probably not Tahoe, it has not happened yet
I messaged investor relations (Craig Eastwood) this morning about this issue and have not heard anything back yet.
Lol, not sure where you have been getting your information.
Golden Leafs sales are doing well. 40% revenue increase over 3rd quarter 2017. You have obviously been cherry picking your negative info.

Golden Leaf will figure out what they are getting into and back out.
Yeah, I got caught up in TerraTech's RS. After the RS the stock price was $8.20 per share or something like that and now it's around $1.84.
Quite the money burning machine there.
Those would be some of the issues with an outside grow. Inside grows should not have this problem. Another issue with growing outside would be cannabis from another strain cross breeding with your your crop. I'm pretty sure if one was doing organic Cannabis you would almost have to be indoors with it.
It's a crappy deal for Golden Leaf shareholders. Great earning report came out stock was ready to move higher and then they shoot themselves in the foot with this merger deal.
TerraTech stock is up 5% on this news and Golden Leaf is down .12% That tells you right there that Terratech is benefiting more from this deal.
I can see how this deal benefits Terratech but not so much for Golden Leaf. Obviously William has not been doing his homework. And to say that he was a lot like Peterson should be a warning on his Company too. Man, I was blindsided by all of this.
Follow the force Smoke, don't fight it.
Yeah, me too.
Here it is.
The LOI provides that Golden Leaf shareholders will be entitled to receive 0.1203 common shares of Terra Tech for each common share of Golden Leaf held (the "Exchange Ratio"). Terra Tech currently has 79.2 million shares outstanding. As a condition of closing, Terra Tech will be required to list its shares on the CSE. Listing will be subject to satisfying all of the CSE's requirements. Upon closing, Derek Peterson will remain in his position as CEO, with William Simpson to become President of the combined company. All references to currency are in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise indicated. There is no assurance that the transaction will be consummated on the terms outlined above or at all.
Derek Peterson, CEO of Terra Tech, commented,
I just love the Cannabis sector, it’s so dynamic. Nice post IndustryParticipant, you just earned another follower.
I would be happy with a buck for the short term
Quiet sleepy stock. I’m just waiting for the industry to find out about the impending lithium shortage.
I’m green and sleep well knowing that my money is in a safe place ready to double pretty soon. Pretty soon Organigram will come into the limelight and when they do hold onto your seats.
Probably not, Peterson is a slippery customer. If they were to merge into Golden Leaf and Golden Leaf would manage I would be on board.
A conservative CEO.
Lol
Trulieve is on a Rip !
Hell yes, Rock On !
lol, Peterson does not look like a guy that would take the back seat. He will want complete access to the money drawer.
Everything will go on a rip when the US Gov. announces the legalization of medial cannabis. The right stocks could go up 10x or more.
Amigo's Liberty is still on a roll. WoW! seeing green.
Guess it could be. If it was they would be calling it Organic Hemp.
Gotta love that, no balls no glory !
They may change some of their strange laws that they have like not being able to buy leaf. I'm pretty sure that they will because no other States have such a restriction on medical cannabis.
Well if it's any conciliation for you if this deal ever goes though (which I hope it does not) it will be the best thing thats ever happened for TRTC
Most hated CEO in the Cannabis sector
Exactly, Golden Leaf was going on a roll. Their share price was beat to death and getting ready to make a nice run with the Tahoe deal. Peterson stole this company for a song and dance and GLDFF's shareholders get screwed. I absolutely despise TerraTech.
