I WILL NOT SHORT INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH
I have no interest in buying or selling this stock. My only interest here is to warn people about this company. Hopefully we will see less people like the poor mother with a toddler that suffered with elevated lead levels that believed the false claims made by Industrial Nanotech. One has to be heartless not to be saddened by the consistent ripoff reports about Industrial Nanotech.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. On January 9, 2017, I placed an order for LeadX™ Clear Lead Encapsulation Coating. My toddler had elevated blood lead levels, and we ordered the product in order to protect him from future lead exposure in our home. Many e-mails, phone calls, and empty promises later, we never received the product. We requested a refund for the product and S&H ($111) on three separate occasions, and still have not received one. Every time I call, I get the run-around. They will not connect me to a manager, nor give me a direct phone number for one. This is a dishonest company that has no desire to help its customers avoid lead exposure.
Industrial Nanotech Try to do some current research?
The company consistently posts unverifiable and fictitious orders, including absolute fabrications such as "The Company's patented products are being used in upcoming projects on military installations for building energy efficiency." Nobody is able to do research on such complete and utter fabrications.
There is no new news coming out of Industrial Nanotech. The phony press releases have stopped and they are not currently publishing updated financials.
The current news is the same as the old news--and it is all bad news!

Industrial Nanotech had lots of Money $$$$$$
In the last five years Industrial Nanotech "lost" $13,780,000.00. This did not go to R&D, it primarily went to "overhead." Considering that INTK does not have any factories, offices and the officers do not take a salary I wonder where this 13.78 million dollars went to?
I know that traderking60 is upset that my warnings about Industrial Nanotech are both repetitive and consistent. The repeated warnings are logical since the scam has not changed, only the INTK order claims are getting more extreme and unbounded and that the toxic Industrial Nanotech name has disappeared from the products. The latest RED FLAGS have to do with INTK having their Florida registration lapse and that INTK is not publishing updated financials and there is no explanation on these very serious matters.

INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH, DECEPTOLOGY NOT TECHNOLOGY
Traderking60 with her 788 posts tirelessly pumps this piece of deceitful trash. I know why I am here, since it really is not okay for Stuart Burchill and Francesca Crolley to continue to cheat people out of their hard-earned money. Earlier today I reposted a plea from a mother of a child with elevated lead levels that was cheated by Industrial Nanotech. This is really bad stuff and really does trouble me.
If there was any science to this 15 year old swindle it would have already been the next google or Facebook. Instead it is just one more swindle as evidenced by the sub-penny stock price and the repeated complaints posted on the internet about this nefarious company.
There are no explanations coming from the company why they are
1, no longer publishing financials.
2. have let their Florida registration lapse
3. removed the Industrial Nanotech name from all the products.
4. the company url redirects to a new site that very obviously omits the Industrial Nanotech name and any mention of Industrial Nanotech.
5. Have abandoned there physical location and remain only with a 'virtual office"
6. becoming increasingly desperate by crowing about increasingly massive imaginary orders. If these orders were real (which they are not) there would be lots of sales and these sales would show up in the financials. These massive sales are not real and Industrial Nanotech is withholding financials.
INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH mentioned frequently on the internet
If you google Industrial Nanotech you will find it is mentioned frequently at sites such as Scamguard, the Better Business Bureau (where it has an F rating), Nanalyze (as an example of pump and dump), Ripoff Report and Sitejabber.
I know that Industrial Nanotech would like people to believe that there is science in the product, however, the only science is in the deceptive way that they market their products.
INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH--FAMOUS IN ITS OWN TIME
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. On January 9, 2017, I placed an order for LeadX™ Clear Lead Encapsulation Coating. My toddler had elevated blood lead levels, and we ordered the product in order to protect him from future lead exposure in our home. Helpful?
Would give them a zero star if possible, for zero products shipped, zero money refunded and most likely they have Zero real products to sell out of there little office suite in FL. I paid for my products and after months of claiming it is out of stock because of a huge order they offered to refund my money. Got the credit memo, 9 calls then my credit card couldn't be processed for a refund by accounting, they couldn't send me a check blablaba, reported the transaction to my credit card company then all the sudden a check shows up and 4 days later and it bounces. Wells Fargo stated the account was not valid. Someone called from there office stating it was printed on the wrong checks (account).
I'm done.....All the makings of a scam I feel (A product that is too good to be true usually is) None of the listed references on there site would respond back about ever using there products or that it really existed.
With a little digging I found that this company is an OTC Penny stock company, they offer 15 billion shares of stock and offer no financials to the SEC. The SEC website warns about the risk of investing in OTC companies. If "a" company turns out to be a scam their goal is to get a run on the stock to which likely the owner holds most of the stock and then dumps it as soon as it value jumps. Basically a scam company markets the heck out of its great new bogus product, when in reality its just a few people in a office with a few computers, phone and internet connection that sell nothing. Once they do get a big market upswing, the market settles and they cash out, the scammers are off to another boiler room to do it again.
So is this a valid company that is just run really poorly or a scam OTC penny stock. They can't do the simple basics like put the product in the box and call UPS? You can decide for yourself. But if all the sudden 10 five star reviews show up below me, I would runnnnnnnnnnn! Google complaints on Industrial Nanotech and you will find my review is the same as others. I can say this is the first time I have been ripped off online, others had thousands not refunded per their complaints on the BBB sites. I'm going to drop the SEC a complaint about this company, I hope they follow up on it.

FROM GOOGLE REVIEWS
You are right, I must be dumb.
I do not understand any of the following issues. Perhaps someone smarter than I am can explain the following. I particularly do not understand why Industrial Nanotech is not filing current financials. This is beyond perplexing to me (of little brain) since if there are all of these great orders the numbers should reflect this.
1. Industrial Nanotech company registration status is INACTIVE.
http://flcompanydb.com/company/F14000000782/industrial-nanotech-inc-of-delaware.html
2. Industrial Nanotech url redirects to another site with no mention of the Industrial Nanotech name
3, Industrial Nanotech name has been removed from all of the products.
4. Industrial Nanotech has moved to "virtual offices" and no longer provides a physical address.
5. Industrial Nanotech has not filed 2016 financials and it is already August. 2017

Not selling to consumers?
That makes no sense whatsoever. What does abandoning the Industrial Nanotech name, having no physical location and allowing the Florida corporate state registration become invalid have to do with not selling to consumers.
The core competancy of Industrial Nanotech is ripping off companies and consumers. I guess that the Industrial Nanotech name is so soiled they need a fresh name in order to continue operating.
Where in the World is Industrial Nanotech?
They just closed their physical office and have gone dark to the state of Florida by not renewing their registration. The Industrial Nanotech site redirects to another site with no mention of the Industrial Nanotech name and the Industrial Nanotech name has been removed from all of the products.
In addition, Industrial Nanotech remains silent by not publishing updated financials. This is definitely the mark of a company on the move!
INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH INTEGRITY ISSUES--NOT DELIVERY ISSUES
When a company or individuals sends money to Industrial Nanotech and INTK just keep the funds, most often with no reply, this is not a delivery issue --this is an integrity issue.
Since you mentioned major trials, can you respond to what transpired and what was the outcome with the CHARGE FOR GRAND THEFT (more than $100,000) FOR STUART BURCHILL in 2002, right before he started the Industrial Nanotech juggernaut.
INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH, HARD AT WORK OR HARDLY WORKING?
Regardless of whether someone is a stockholder or not, the signs emanating from Industrial Nanotech indicate that something very serious is going on and it is definitely not positive. It would be very alarming for any company that trades at a small fraction of a penny and displayed the following behavior:
Of course, all of these matters are serious, but allowing your company Florida state registration status to go inactive and to not file financial results is beyond troubling. To add to this concern INTK has been silent on all of these matters.
I have repeatedly pointed out that Stuart Burchill was charged with Grand Theft prior to establishing Industrial Nanotech. The fact that everybody else is ignoring such a serious matter may point to the fact that some of the other posters may know the details of this serious charge and would like to change the subject.
All of these matters are extremely serious and should be responded to.
Industrial Nanotech- No Facts-No orders-no current financials, no problem, truth is for the other guys!
I have been called an elephant, a competitor, a toilet paper seller, an idiot and a bearer of old news, but the glaring and serious problems of this very moment at Industrial Nanotech are what they are regardless of what silly names I am called.
I can take solace since Stuart Burchill and Industrial Nanotech have been called much worse things such as scammers and liars. Like a festering sore, these current problems are what they are and regardless of the epithets that are hurled at me, they remain.

Industrial Nanotech paint --still the same as ordinary paint
Yes it is old news that the stuff does not work and (just between you and me) the orders that Stuart Burchill claims are actually gullibility tests and if you believe him I have a bridge that I would like to sell you!
It is inconceivable that something as thin as a coat of paint could have any significant comparable effect, regardless of what magic ingredients and secret processes are claimed to be involved in making it.
INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH 115+ PRESS RELEASES
Just in the past 4 years, the company has issued over 115 press releases. Investors should be wary of a company that publishes promising press releases but never delivers. The company has been touting their “Nansulate” product for the last eight years without realizing anything tangible as a result. In 2005 the US Navy expressed “interest” in Nansulate Coatings, the steel unit of Hyundai Motors was said to meet with an INTK Asian distributor, the product was tested by a leading HVAC manufacturer, the company entered a final testing phase with an “energy giant”, and INTK partnered with a “national industrial coating contractor”. All of these promising press releases made in 2005 make up only a small part of all the press releases issued by INTK in the past 9 years. Just in the past 4 years, the company has issued over 115 press releases.
However when we see investors get excited about OTC companies, we will always step in to warn them. “Nansulate” has been a running joke for a long time now. Best to leave it that way.
As I have said in the past, I am not sure if INI/Industrial Nanotech/Synavax is now engaging in parody in their latest product announcements or they actually think that there are people out there that are just that gullible.
http://www.nanalyze.com/2013/12/is-industrial-nanotech-intk-a-pump-and-dump/

Industrial Nanotech paint --the same as ordinary paint
It is inconceivable that something as thin as a coat of paint could have any significant comparable effect, regardless of what magic ingredients and secret processes are claimed to be involved in making it.
Every researcher who has examined these products has concluded that there is no such thing as insulating paint. For example, tests at the Florida Solar Energy Center confirm that these paints are nothing special: “The Florida Solar Energy Center has tested ceramic paints and found them to have no significant advantage over ordinary paint in terms of their ability to retard heat gains through exterior building surfaces.”
Yes, this is an old news and Industrial Nanotech is an extremely tired old scam. The only thing that is new is that the products have been rebranded with the new Synavax name since too many people are aware of the Industrial Nanotech beynd horrible reputation.
http://www.greenbuildingadvisor.com/blogs/dept/musings/insulating-paint-merchants-dupe-gullible-homeowners#ixzz4pJkQPXnC
Several companies are offering powdered ceramic additives that allegedly use “nano technology” to produce insulating paints. It is sometimes claimed the product has been developed as part of Nasa’s space programme and manufactured using a “secret process”. Some extraordinary claims are made for its efficacy, such as 25 per cent reductions in heating costs and 40 per cent reductions in cooling costs. These are, of course, nonsense.
This scam started in the United States about 10 years ago, and has recently crossed the Atlantic. There appears to be nothing to stop anyone advertising this kind of snake oil in Britain until someone complains to the Advertising Standards Authority.

INSULO CORP. NEEDS RETURN OF THE $20,000 HE SENT
Insulo Corp of South Korea sent $20,000 with the expectation that we would become the South Korean distributor and have products sent. Once the $20,000 was sent to Industrial Nanotech he was met with silence. It is not a "delivery problem" when someone sends you $20,000 and you just keep the money and not return phone calls or emails.
I do see that Stuart Burchill was charged with grand theft (more than $100,000) right before he started Industrial Nanotech.
I think that we should hear more about the charge of grand theft and the transaction with Insulo Corp.
We should also get an explanation why the financials are being withheld.
A QUARTER OF A PENNY DOES NOT BUY WHAT IT USED TO!
You must be right and not only do the products work--there are actually massive orders on the books and they are not hallucinations meant to deceive gullible individuals. The numbers are truly impressive. Not only does the lofty stock price of a quarter or a penny and continued losses reflect this but there is lots of mention of Industrial Nanotech on the internet, including an F rating at the Better Business Bureau and frequent mention on sites such as Ripoff Report and Scamguard.
When these massive orders do come in I am positive that the Industrial Nanotech distributors such as INSULO CORP.of South Korea and Triton-Nereid Electronics, Inc. of Milpitas will finally have the products after waiting for such an extended period without hearing from INTK.
The coming news is so fantastic that to increase the drama either INTK is withholding the latest financial figures or they may have lost them in one of the government lavoratories that they frequent.
If you still have any questions about the inevitable triumph of Industrial Nanotech you may want to consider the illustrious background of the company president Stuart Burchill.
I would really like to hear about Stuart Burchill's previous experience. The only reference to Stuart Burchill that I see on the internet (other than his own version of events) comes from police reports and court documents that portray Stuart Burchill as a _______.
I know that there is lots of negative news about Industrial Nanotech but maybe we should finally focus on the positive news, even if it is imagined!
INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH. There are no real products so the orders may take some extra time in coming!
Some of the other posters are still trying to figure out why I have a serious problem with Industrial Nanotech. The answer is way too obvious. I have yet to see an Industrial Nanotech product that works as advertised. The entire operation is a scam and that is reflected in their mighty quarter of a penny stock price.
Also, Kolorgen has hurled many insults at me. Thank you for the latest one. I am not sure if when you say that I am in elephant it is a compliment or are you just getting a little bit weird in your responses! LOL
INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH, SEVEN LARGE ELEPHANTS IN THE ROOM
There are all these very large elephants in the room and somehow some of you are making believe that they are not there. Not just are the elephants in the room but they are beginning to smell and somebody may want to boldly go where no one has gone before and respond to these vert serious question marks including: There are probably more elephants just waiting outside the room. Regardless, even when these rather large elephants are ignored they still remain in the room and visible to others.

As far as your questioning what a normal business does, perhaps you have spent too much time seeking big profits on the Pink Sheets and you may not be aware that the government is a major purchaser of goods and services. Normal companies do not have to make up major orders in order to pump their stocks or mislead potential buyers. You asked a question and I responded. I hope someone will have the courage to respond to these very troubling questions about Industrial Nanotech.
Selling to NASA is all in a day's work
I have sold both to the NASA U.S. Space & Rocket Center, One Tranquility Base in Huntsville AL 35805 and have also sold a product for a current project that will launch in the near future. My product will actually be on the spacecraft. The NASA budget is currently at $18.4 billion and many reputable companies do sell to NASA.
I do note that you made a representation in an article that Industrial Nanotech's Nansulate had been approved by Sandia University. I find this very interesting. I did not know that Sandia had a university or that they had ever approved one of the more than hilarious products that Industrial Nanotech offers. This discussion board is about Industrial Nanotech and not me so I would greatly appreciate the citations for the interesting claims that you made in the article.

INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH HAS NO COMPETITORS!
Industrial Nanotech has a wide array of products that are way beyond the ability of any other company. The products are highly imaginative and beyond fantastic. There is truly no other company that could claim the unbelievable results that INTK is able to achieve.
This is truly cutting edge technology that is based on a patent that is only 13 years old.
failing to meet reporting deadlines... red flags," For investors, however, a company failing to meet its reporting deadlines should probably raise some red flags, especially if the explanation for the delay is unconvincing or worrying".
The only explanation that I am aware of is that Industrial Nanotech was unable to figure out how to use their accounting software more than two years ago. That is, "the explanation for the delay is unconvincing or worrying."
The concern about the possibility of charges of serious criminal activity by the company president prior to establishing the company is another concern and should be addressed.
Arrests and charges of First Degree Grand Theft
This message board in about Industrial Nanotech and it is important to know whether Stuart Burchill, the President of Industrial Nanotech, has been arrested and in a separate matter, been charged with First Degree Grand Theft. If the charge of First Degree Grand Theft was to Stuart Burchill of Industrial Nanotech I think that it would be important to know the details of the charges and the outcome.
As I mentioned before, the charge of First Degree Grand Theft for Stuart Burchill of Naples, Florida could be a remarkable coincidence. Regardless, it would be nice to see a full explanation of the matter and if this is a different Stuart Burchill of Naples, Florida.

I do not know anything about this and am not sure what this means. I do know a charge does not mean that anyone is guilty. I also see that it is 15 years old. Would anyone like to comment on this or explain what this means?
It does appear that the names and the age matches and there could also be a coincidence that there is another George Stuart Burchill the same age and this is not the President of Industrial Nanotech. Again, Kolorgen or someone else that follows the company can provide better information on this since this was just a random match.
INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH Status:INACTIVE

Earlier I expressed my concern that Industrial Nanotech had not yet filed their 2016 financials and they have abandoned the Industrial Nanotech name on their products. In addition, the Industrial Nanotech url redirects to INI Worldwide with no reference to Industrial Nanotech.
Would someone like to explain what this document means?
note: It is my understanding that Industrial Nanotech is a Delaware corporation with a virtual office at 1415 Panther Lane, Naples, Florida
There is also another site that claims that The company registration status is INACTIVE.

Again, I do not know what this means, any commments?
INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH, NO FINANCIALS FOR 2016
It is my understanding that INTK has not provided 2016 financials. Way back in 2015 they were having "problems with their accounting software" and I am not sure if this is still the reason why they have not filed 2016 yet.
Last year was a major improvement over the previous year. In 2016 INTK lost $1,920,000.00 vs.a loss of $2,720,000.00 in 2015. That is, they only lost $1.82 on each $1.00 of sales. In 2015 they lost $3.805 for every dollar of sales.
This is rather encouraging, since as the old saying goes, they may lose lots of money on each sale, but if they continue going in this way they can make it up in the volume. We can also be encouraged with all of the announced massive "speculative" orders that they have on the books.
It is rather intriguing INTK is not releasing updated financials. It could be that they are still are unable to understand the accounting software or, if I had to speculate, there are more significant reasons they have not released their financials.
One can speculate if this has anything to do with their recent change in all of the product names and their move to virtual offices instead of actual offices.
I also know that INSULO Corp. of South Korea has gone to various government enforcement agencies and I do not know if that is also delaying the numbers.

Industrial Nanotech has plenty of cash to tap into and revenues?
Cash & Short Term Investments = zero
Total Shareholder Equity negative $1,520.000.00

Industrial Nanotech questions of the day
Why are they still not responding to Insulo Corp of South Korea? Insulo is out $20,000 and they have reported Industrial Nanotech to various government enforcement agencies. He has not forgotten about this loss.
Why are they using the OSHA logo illegally?
Why do they have an F rating at the Better Business Bureau
Why to they continue to lie about massive orders?
Why did they make up the story about Bain and Company?
These are current issues and should be dealt with.
Can you come up with a better reply?
I just posted some very serious allegations about what Industrial Nanotech is doing. My reply was one of my better ones and brought up some very important issues that should not be ignored.
I know that it must be extremely frustrating and tiresome to defend such a devious company as Industrial Nanotech.
I hope that you rest somewhat and can do better the next time. The post about roses and showers is really lame. LOL
WAKE UP and smell the Industrial Nanotech stench
Maybe management kept the $20,000 that Insulo Corp of South Korea sent?
Maybe they have an F rating at the Better Business Bureau?
Maybe they repeatedly claim fictitious massive orders ?
Maybe they run a pump and dump?
Maybe they are withholding their current financial statement?
Maybe they operate out of "virtual offices" so it is difficult to serve a judicial summons on them?
Maybe they have virtually no money in the bank so enforcing a judgment would be pointless?
Maybe they include ethylene glycol in the EPX product and dangerously represent it as safe for use in areas with food contact?
Maybe they use the OSHA logo illegally?
Maybe they made up the story about a relationship with Bain and Co.?
SYNAVAX EPX-H20 CONTAINS ETHYLENE GLYCOL
according to the Material Safety Data Sheet. The HMIS code is indicated as 2*.
I would like to see the data that the Synavax EPX-H20 product is safe for surfaces that come into contact with food.

INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH QUICKIE NAME CHANGE PROVIDES "A CLEAN SLATE"
I know that I have hit on something that Industrial Nanotech would rather not bring attention to when traderking60 feels compelled to respond in such detail, even if the details are not equivalent or misleading. In all of these cases, the companies cited had real products with a real future. In Industrial Nanotech's case, the reason to change the name is because of the horrible reputation it suffers from. Just google Industrial Nanotech reviews to experience the stench. In Industrial Nanotech's case, the names have been changed to extend the business life of a company that depends on unsuspecting and gullible individuals. The name change provides a clean slate and and new chances to scam people.
Also, since traderking60 is responding in such detail can you also answer my questions about why are the financial reports are still being delayed and if there are any current investigations or inquiries by the Florida Attorney General's Office, The FTC, IRS or any other government entity at this time?
NAME CHANGES--Kolorgen will explain why all of the product names were suddenly changed
Dr. Bilgin has a logical explanation why, without prior notice, Industrial Nanotech changed the names all of the products and on the new sites and the company is very careful to omit any mention whatsover Industrial Nanotech name.
I await Kolorgen's explanation. The simplest explanation I can provide is that Industrial Nanotech's name changes had to do with the state of it's reputation and the reputation of their products.
A more interesting explanation may be Industrial Nanotech's "participation" with the government. Perhaps, Industrial Nanotech is finally getting the accolades and the appropriate attention that it deserves from some of the government entities including the Florida Attorney General's Office, the FTC and the SEC.
Kolorgen, since you are providing explanations to me, a man of very little brain and, I must warn you, long words bother me. Please explain why you would coat your refrigerator with one of Industrial Nanotech's products and potentially expose yourself to danger since the products have not really undergone appropriate safety testing.
(PS My apologies to AA Milne)
