I've wondered the same thing. Maybe there are many of them watching and they don't know which one might have shares to spare. Strange things happen behind the scenes with these stocks.

No problem. Just imagine if they filled our orders with those paltry 1000 share lots + Etrade commission each time. All of the sudden the price paid per share would jump from .02 to .03. They should make those MM's pay something for each trade under a certain amount to make the price to walk it down less attractive. Some of us have complained, but nothing has been done, unless the recent low volume days indicate that something was done to slow it down.

I use ETrade and it only charges me one commission when I place a large order that is filled in partials. I paid particular attention to this the first time it happened just to be sure.

Now it makes sense why he is here.

I saw the same thing on mine after you mentioned it. I'm sure it's nothing, just a very low volume day. I expect a lot of those until we get some more catalysts, except of course for the MM manipulation, but that seems to be slowing down too.

The delays on the name change are frustrating, but as long as their numbers remain good and they continue to work toward the name/symbol change I will remain on board. I have heard some say it should take a cpl of days, but I can't imagine it's that easy for a publicly traded company. I don't have a cut off time frame in mind, I suppose it will depend on all of the other factors. I feel like this is a good company with a great future if they continue to handle it properly.

Ok. I have found the complaint submission form in the sec site. I'll do my best to get it submitted, although I'm not sure I know enough about what they're doing to articulate it very well.

Is it legal for them to manipulate this stock in this way?

I have not sent anything, as I believed their press releases and therefore assumed we were on track for the name change. The info posted today indicating otherwise is the first sign that there are issues with the name change. I'll wait for their PR and if not satisfied I will email them. I am still in this for the long run.

If they will just give some clear info on what's going on, I don't mind waiting around. Tell us where it is in the process. Tell us why it is delayed and how they plan to address it. I don't expect specifics, but considering their history with name changes, I think we deserve a little more than a cookie cutter PR.

I am an incredibly patient investor, but these unexplained delays are pissing me off. Hopefully the press release will shed some light on this.

When did you receive that?

So far they have not answered that for us. Not sure if they are even made aware of an exact target date, as the paperwork, once submitted, has to be processed and that takes months I believe.
