'29YEARINVESTOR, as far as I can determine you are new in HEMP. So I question if you are aware how much this stock has been an effort to the shareholders that have been here pre-reverse split. The idea was allegedly to raise the value of the shares. That was short lived. So, ages later we have this great hemp plant, but we have a problem. The same thing is being done to the share structure again. Just when we think we have half a chance we're under the same threat of uncertainty whether or not this CEO aka smuggler, aka king of pot, aka excon
is going to decimate our share position back to nothing again.
I appreciate your bright outlook of HEMP INC. It's what we all want of course.
Hemp would be doing well to buy back shares versus another R/S, which Perlowin told me wasn't on the table, I'll have to see it to believe it.

HEMP and BP are making it big time, but what about shareholders, scarcely mentioned subject from Perlowin. He lied to me when he said he hasn't sold shares for 2 years, so he has somebody doing it for him? When he sells enough for his crew to buy their own island. He isn't going to buy back a billion shares at the $0.13 he alluded to as a goal.

So, you're saying the SEC in collaboration with Campo has been handed a license to walk away with the shareholders money without any accountability as a aresult of the revocation. Who does the SEC discipline in that scenario?

It's said the punishment should be blah blah, but NEWC {Campo) isn't being charged for a crime. It's a violation of an SEC rule. IMO campo should have the right to remedy the issue.
The SEC should be required to give most consideration to the share holders involved that have assets to lose.
