If you're so confident, find some shares to short.
Most important thing right now is they are moving towards profitability at a faster rate. Long run, things are good.
All the halts helped the institutional shorts cover. BS!!!
ALL LONGS, RAISE YOUR ASKING PRICE TO AT LEAST $5!!!
Back up and RUNNING!!! Up over 100%
1.8 million volume
Stock HALTED!!!
Even if MoviePass losses 1 million customers, they'll gain 1 million new ones who are not familiar with them. If a partnership happens with say Netflix, that's another potential 50+ million new subs...cause Netflix has at least that many subscribers!
NO RS NEEDED!!!
$14.95 per month. Sounds like a plan!
IMO, the only thing that will help MoviePass succeed is if they bundle the service with a well known streaming service, for example...
Directv Now and MoviePass
or
YouTube TV and MoviePass
I can guarantee these giants will know how to capitalize off of MoviePass...and quickly. Bundles are the perfect opportunity to create new pricing tiers.
Netflix is okay with MoviePass, but to do live tv and a MoviePass bundle would be better.
On another note, I hope to be a part of one of the most epic short squeezes in the history of the stock market. And by "epic" I mean a 500% to 1000% gain (not in one day but over the course of "days to cover")
Best Wishes
So the naked shorts can push this above $10
Retail shouldn't be buying this (unless true risk takers). Let the market makers and institutions fight it out.
I just hope the company isn't dumping and that this is all institutional shorting (it's not retail that's for sure).
All market maker action. There's no way retail can short this.
It's simple. Put your money where your mouth is and short it (if you can find some shares to short). "$1" by Wednesday would give you a 50% profit. Good luck.
The WORLD (not just Americans can buy this stock) is full of gamblers. People will always take risks...it's human nature. Different strokes for different folks.
We all know the sentiment regarding MoviePass. Is all of this misfortune a coincidence or sabotage?
Through all the BS, they are still pushing...got this email last week...

They're making money via marketing.
You made some good points.
I wish we knew the current OS. It's hard for me to believe HMNY is selling shares if they're borrowing money. Doesn't make sense.
On another note, it would be nice if MoviePass could team up with Regal Cinemas or Cinemark (the 2nd and 3rd largest theater chains in America), and give AMC a run for its money.
Including premarket, if HMNY can rise 50% on 1 million volume or less by 10am, watch out.
Yahoo has the bid/ask at 2.31 x 2.32
IMO, should open higher than that tomorrow. If company has not sold anything post split then there's roughly 10 million shares naked. The share structure is ripe for a squeeze (no pun intended).
TO ALL HMNY LONGS: On Monday put sell orders in at $10. If this is/was heavily shorted post RS, it was all naked. Shorts will have to cover at the lowest ask price (or at market). Make the lowest ask price $10...you have nothing to lose by putting in a sell order at $10 but everything to gain. Spread the word to other longs on other forums / other social media streams you have access to. A reversal is coming!!!
I got in last September at these prices (low float and low OS) and did pretty good. Got back in today at these low prices (low float and low OS) for a repeat of history. All this volume has to be shorts...shorts will push this up to $21.25...in no time! Come on back, Bob, you know you want to. LOL
Why would they borrow money if they can just sell stock to pay the processor? Maybe all this volume is short volume and not the company selling? Something is not adding up.
Lol. If you haven't covered yet, you're not up.
How sick would it be if after hours makes up for the regular session?
Q: Ted, give me one good reason I should invest in HMNY right now?
A: (silence)
Q: Ted, would you recommend this stock to a family member?
A: Hell No!!!
LMAO
Agreed. 8K this morning doesn't bode well with/for their financial situation.
I thought about getting in at $2.5, but I don't think that's safe.
IMO, the company is dumping at a deep discount. Next filing will reveal the new OS, as I'm pretty sure the transfer agent is gagged right now.
Maybe they sold 240,000,000 at $5. That's a deep discount from $21.25
Still leaves them well over 4 billion to push. lol
That's what happened yesterday too, and look what happened later. lol
Facebook reported their subscribers and look what happened. This morning, Twitter reported their subscribers and their shares are tanking. So maybe HMNY should keep their subscribers quiet if they're down, lol. Having said that, even when HMNY/Moviepass has announced high subs, it never helped the pps.
Only insiders know the actual marketcap. There could be over 10 million shares outstanding now.
The 2Q better be damn good or this is definitely going below $1.
Just imagine the one's who took the bait when this went to 11.90+ today. They're down more than 35%.
Get ready for a gang of fluff pr's and analyst ratings from Maxim and Conaccord to get new retailers on-board.
Maxim who we haven't heard a word from in months now decides this is a "hold". LMFAO!
