Where's that email you got yesterday, Rakeman? From CEO Angel Stanz?
The one you said you'd post?
The one that said there'd be a PR release today?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=96835807
Any recent verifiable links for your claim(s) of news pending? Otherwise this is just innuendo... at best.....
I'll take that as a recent verifiable NO.
Just no there there...
"Would that be the same competitive Co. that reported $146K
revenues during its first 9 months of operation, or is up 3,000%
on the year? Why yes it is! wink"
And do you have dates for those revenues- recent verifiable links?
"Or is it the Co. that's been meeting with angel investors
and dispensaries, and on the move at conferences and such
the last 30 days? Why yes it is! smile"
And do you have recent verifiable links for these meetings?
"Or is it the Co. who's customers have been sharing lots of
love and positive feedback about BG Medical Tech and Budgenius
services? Why yes it is! wink"
I'm not seeing the love from the customers... got a recent verifiable link?
"Or is it the same Co., who's CEO has been reaching out in blogs and such, letting investors know a PR is soon in the works
and that the company is doing great? Why yes it is!" wink
The CEO Angel Stanz reaching out? I very much look forward to a recent verifiable link.
Question the process, folks... question it very hard. You don't want to be among the many left standing, looking for that one chair when the music stops.
Industry comparisons for RIGH (BudGenius)
By way of comparison, take a look at other legitimate businesses in this space. Note: this is not spam- these companies are privately-held and cannot be invested in. But as part of your Due Diligence, it's smart to see what others in the space look like and are doing.
For the social media part of the cannabis space, you might want to compare the depth, breadth, and scope of this site:
http://www.leafly.com/
Try to find a dispensary near you... anywhere in the US..
Try to find user reviews of dispensaries and strains.
Does that dispensary take credit cards?
Are they expensive?
What strains do they offer?
Does that dispensary have a menu with their prices"? For an 1/8 oz? A 1/2?
Are there actual pictures of the products as they are sold in the dispensary?
As a retail consumer, these are the facts I want to know.
Then do the same on:
http://budgenius.com/
For the Cannabis Lab Testing part of the space, review:
http://steephilllab.com/
Do they have an 800 number where I can call to schedule a test of my product? (Yes, I tried)
Can I find out about their management and their credentials?
Do they have offices in both California and Colorado? (Tip- click "Contact Us")
What type of analytics do they offer?
Do they have an archive of recent articles? (Hint- Media, Archives)
Any presentations of existing customers? hint: http://steephilllab.com/harborside-health-center-provider-of-steep-hill-halent-tested-cannabis/
As a customer who wants his crop tested, I want the answer to these questions.
Now look for the answers here:
http://budgenius.com/
Just part of MY due diligence here, folks. Again, this is not "spam", as neither of the companies can be publicly bought. I post them here just to show the nature of RIGH's competitive space.
And please- I'm not a "short." I'm just trying to get some honest, verifiable information out here for any "newbie" who may be thinking of putting some hard-earned money here.
All the best.
"Angel is planning a PR tomorrow. I got his email
will post it" (your quote, Rakeman)
So how's that email coming along? Can you post it yet? And you say we should expect PR tomorrow?
We'll be waiting!
It's true- they did. But RIGH was not among those suspended! Just wanna keep the record straight here.
Thanks for the gracious words, nick (is there an emoticon for sarcasm?).... I'll take this question until littlebrother1492 comes by...
Nick is ballpark correct at about 4B shares right now. But...
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=96713452
Glad to help someone seeking honest verifiable information, damondon. I have no wish to chase others off this board just because they have an opinion different than mine. There are new people here every day who need more than extravagant predictions in either direction.
Best of luck, and seriously... be careful.
I appreciate your concern, joey, but I'm actually already invested in several other MJ stocks that are doing quite well, thank you.
And as I've previously said, I've already collected a 700% increase in RIGH. I'm just fine with that and I'll count my blessings and stay away from RIGH.
It's obvious, from my DD (see all my posts, if you like), that this company is going nowhere. If there's any real company left at all, it has been leap-frogged by dozens of others. That plus Angel's right to convert his 4MM preferred shares to 40 BILLION common shares and wipe out any other shareholders, is enough to keep me away.
Not to mention that he's apparently gone into hiding.
Anyone out here have a recent verifiable communication from CEO Angel? I'd love to see it...
You'd think Angel would at least update the copyright date on his flagship website...
"BG Medical Technologies, Inc. © Copyright 2012. All Rights Reserved."
http://budgenius.com/
Must be one busy guy, that CEO Angel, with all those orders flooding in....
Congrats to those who profited today. But remember, folks.... be very careful.... "there is no THERE there"... IMHO, of course..
Testing mandatory in Colorado! Hmmm
Now who has testing labs in Colorado.... anybody? Bueller? Bueller? BudGenius?
Noop...
But others already have first-mover advantage with existing clients, (just by way of comparing RIGH with Colorado competition):
http://www.cannlabs.com/about-cannlabs/clients-affiliates/
Or how about mobile testing, anyone?
http://www.comobiletesting.com/about-thc.cfm
Hmmm... now where are BudGenius' trucks and labs? Anyone?
Angel?
Whether or not the signup works is really secondary to the Question of "is there any THERE there"?
Does anyone have a verifiable recent response via Twitter or email from anyone at RIGH?? If so, I haven't seen it posted here.
Moreover, the post is meant to show the level of activity in social media that has already been achieved by a competing strain and dispensary rating site.
The money's not in "testing", here folks. Anyone with a few grand and a chromatograph can do that.
The money is in the social media brand and associated advertising and subscription revenue.
BudGenius just isn't there...

Strictly for comparison with the competition, here's the Twitter feed from Leafly.Com ( http://www.leafly.com/ ), and, y'know what? I was able to sign up on the site! No problem! :
https://twitter.com/Leafly
As you can see, the depth of interactive conversation on BudGenius' site pales in comparison with its competitor (a privately held company, closed to investors, and NOT being spammed here.)
Congrats to all who made money on this jag. Really! But-hey! Let's be careful out there!
Inaccurate? I'd appreciate more specifics.
I'm exceedingly careful to make sure I show date and timestamps for any links or quotes re my Due Diligence.
Please explain any inaccuracies or anything that was from "days ago" in this post that was not identified as such?
I've made no conscious attempts to mislead, but I remain open to an explanation of any possible misunderstanding.
And please... no more video links claiming "BULLSH$$" from our "Moderators!"-

It's conduct clearly not becoming a "Moderator", and reportable to an Admin should it persist.
Ummm, how ya doing trying to contact the CEO? Via any means? Y'know.... email, TWITTER, whatever...
Who wouldn't be anxious to get hold of shares from a company whose CEO is missing in action, doesn't issue press releases, doesn't file financial statements?
Pity the Fool!
As part of your Due Diligence, always assess the competition
A good website has to do more than display pretty pics of weed. It must be able to generate revenue! Anyone with access to a gas or liquid chromatograph (around $10K) and/or lab can analyze strains of marijuana.
The real value-added comes in CUSTOMER REVIEWS of strains and dispensaries and the subsequent advertising revenues. Leafly.com, a privately held company that competes with the BudGenius.com website, is already a major player in this space.
I am not "spamming" for this site, just using it to compare with RIGH's BudGenius.com as part of my due diligence. Indeed, Leafly.Com is owned privately and not open to investments. It is mentioned here solely to compare with BudGenius.Com in functionality and revenue.
Here's the site:

EXCERPT from above article:
"Currently, Privateer has one portfolio company: the website and mobile app Leafly, where users can review strains of cannabis and rate dispensaries. "We liked the fact that it was a clean, mainstream site that was approachable and smart," explains Mr. Kennedy. "There are no pot leaves all over the site. None of the clichés."
When Privateer bought Leafly in 2011, it had about 180,000 visits a month and "essentially zero revenue," he says. Now monthly revenue is $125,000, and last August it garnered three million visits, he says."
EXCERPT END
Leafly.com has actual paying advertisers, actual members, actual reviewers, actual dispensary relationships, mobile apps, MILLIONS of monthly page views, FaceBook and Google+ links, a "Safe For Work" toggle switch to turn off potentially embarrassing images such as the extensive user-submitted pictures of the actual merchandise they bought at actual dispensaries!
Need I go on?
How much of that does RIGH have? Hint: Rhymes with "nun".
The RIGH BudGenius.com shell has clearly missed the social networking boat... and their supposed lab tests, at $50-$150 a pop (if they even exist) are chump change, easily duplicated and commoditized.
Think about it- if you're a medicinal or recreational user, do you really want to see lab reports? Or would you rather hear about strains from other purchasers, see their pictures of them, hear their reactions? Don't you want to hear the experience of others with a dispensary and see what the product looked like?
RIGH coulda(?)/woulda(?)/shoulda(!) become a Yelp of pot... but clearly they (actually "he"- Angel Stanz) missed the boat, or never intended to get on.
At this point, his dinghy is too small.
Others already dominate the space and have reached critical mass... RIGH doesn't have the resources to stop them.
Nope... still no "there" there...
PS Full Disclosure. I hold no position in RIGH, nor do I speak for anyone who does. I previously disclosed that I sold a position at a seven-fold runup (.0002 to .0014), and I have no intention of EVER buying back OR shorting. I've never shorted a stock and couldn't short this even if I wanted to, AND I DON'T- my broker shows that there are "None to Borrow" and naked shorting is, I believe, illegal.
Remember, Angel Stanz is sitting on the rights to 40 BILLION shares that he can unleash at any time, contrary to the assertions the pumpers out here would have you believe.
Just hate seeing the hucksters out here try to fleece newbies out of their money.
Be safe and do your own due diligence, folks...
"Would that be like RIGH CEO Angel Stanz' [Mythical and Epic!] Cutting Edge Technology that was sold to Microsoft before he joined RIGH? Stanz is a freak of nature, brilliant- genius -- I think he's got this! "
Actually..... I think the myth says the technology (for hotel Internet, as I recall) was sold to Cisco. Gets tough to keep the myths straight!

DotCom/PotCom - VaporWare/VaperWare - Random Thoughts
Keep your guard up folks! Especially newbies!
Back in the midst of the DotCom frenzy, I worked for a major bank in the IT sector. We were deluged by vendors with impressive presentations of how we could upgrade and integrate our systems via the Internet. We would be able to track customers, transactions, portfolios, and exchanges seamlessly on our phones (WOOHOO!) from anywhere in the world!
Problem was, there was nothing behind the prototypes, no "there" there.
Were these things do-able? Sure. In fact, they've since been done. But it took over a decade and most of those vaporware vendors, once richly valued, are bankrupt. Only a select few, with a little meat on their system bones survived.
Today we're in a PotCom frenzy. Any company with the word Marijuana, or Cannabis, or even Hemp in it's corporate profile is being bought, often blindly.
So how does an investor see through the weeds (yes, intended pun) and find the budding flowers (ditto).
Personally, I look for
1. Solid, experienced, management with a clear record of success based on timely reporting
2. A realistic business plan
3. A product or service with clear sales or prospects for sales
4. Access to seed money (it's hard to resist) based on a clean reputation.
Before I go on, full disclosure- I bought some RIGH as a lottery ticket, willing to lose my investment, and got out when it became a seven-bagger- .0002 to .0014. (I DON'T plan on going back for seconds, even at .0002.)
But as a real investment, how does it stack up?
1. Management looks shady. The failure to do timely reports, press releases, shareholder communication, or even maintain a registered TradeMark on their flagship website is beyond troubling.
2. The business plan was outlined over two years ago (mid 2012) in:
http://www.bgmedtech.com/vision
This is "vaperware", with suitably stoner grand visions, but no "there" there. Filled with already-dated buzzwords ("utilizing the social Internet"), and ridiculous claims ("In past years, our executive staff has introduced technologies to the world that forever changed the way you communicate and interact.") They even promise to develop a tablet-based touch-sensitive medical diagnostic device that can "query for query for thousands of subtle shifts in electrical energies", then transmit that data to physicians.
Really? Really? Does anyone really believe that "RightSmile's" predecessor is going to be the company to develop this revolutionary technology? Snake oil, anyone?
As for their (admittedly very snazzy) website- BudGenius, how are the logistics of this "testing service" carried out? The site tells us that "Each collected sample is... delivered to one of our regional laboratories across the USA". Anyone know where those regional labs are? And just how is BudGenius transporting a Schedule I Controlled Substance across state lines?
Hmmm. Beam me up, BudGenius!
3. And the claims of sales through BudGenius have no "there" there. Drill down on any of the supposed recent customers (Uprising Seed, Holistic Healing, etc), and you'll find the alleged dispensaries defunct or non-existent (I think there's a Quizno's at one of them.) But even if you accept these alleged sales.... how much do they amount to at $50-$150 a pop? $1K? $2K? Mom and Pop store numbers!
4. No Venture Capitalist worth his salt is going to touch this alleged company. No filings, so tangible assets, no clear record of sales. Just a snazzy website. And even the idea of a pot testing service has no barriers to entry (a moat) that any VC would want to see. A deep-pocketed VC could build this all on his own in a month.
Any seed money has gone to pot (stop me before I pun again!!)
So just a caveat emptor to any investor thinking about parking any serious money here. And no, I'm not a short. I wouldn't know how to do this type of naked short if I tried. Just a somewhat knowledgeable investor with some experience and common sense, who hates to see hucksters fleecing the innocent.
And oh, yeah- this is all just my own opinion so do your own due diligence and all those other disclaimers and stuff.
A "Safe For Work" toggle, that hides or displays images is included in the site- a feature RIGH should look at seriously...
Entrepreneurs Seek Profits From Pot- WSJ

Any Due Diligence of RIGH should include researching the competition:
EXCERPT (from above link)
"Currently, Privateer has one portfolio company: the website and mobile app Leafly, where users can review strains of cannabis and rate dispensaries. "We liked the fact that it was a clean, mainstream site that was approachable and smart," explains Mr. Kennedy. "There are no pot leaves all over the site. None of the clichés."

END EXCERPT
Shares cannot be bought in Leafly.com; it is privately held. (This is not spam.) But a quick look at the website, its hooks into Facebook, Google+, mobile apps for Iphones and Android, dispensaries, nationwide locator, strain and dispensary reviews and actual customer pictures and forums by actual customers and an actual revenue stream could teach RIGH a thing or two.
The money is not in the testing. The money is in becoming the Yelp/Amazon of marijuana sales. If RIGH ever gets its act together, this is the direction they should be headed.
JMHO, of course...
OK, Mr. Sheriff?
SEC "Operation Shell-Expel" and RIGH
The SEC is cracking down on shell companies that are just pump-and-dump schemes in microcaps (RIGH is a MICROmicrocap, with a market cap in the neighborhood of just $5 to $10 Million AT BEST!)
Do your own DD. Mine tells me that RIGH smells to high heaven. It's just a matter of time until RIGH makes this list.

ARTICLE COPIED:
SEC Continues Microcap Fraud Crackdown, Proactively Suspends Trading In 255 Dormant Shell Companies
Date 03/02/2014 [dd/mm/yyyy]
The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced the latest actions in its microcap fraud-fighting initiative known as Operation Shell-Expel, suspending trading in 255 dormant shell companies ripe for abuse in the over-the-counter market.
Pump-and-dump schemes are among the most common types of fraud involving microcap companies. Perpetrators will tout a thinly-traded microcap stock through false and misleading statements about the company to the marketplace. After purchasing low and pumping the stock price higher by creating the appearance of market activity, they dump the stock to make huge profits by selling it into the market at the higher price.
Since Operation Shell-Expel began in 2012, the SEC Enforcement Division’s Office of Market Intelligence has been cleaning up the microcap marketplace by scrutinizing penny stocks nationwide and identifying clearly inactive companies. This has enabled the SEC to proactively suspend trading in several hundred dormant shell companies before fraudsters have an opportunity to manipulate them.
“A frequent element in pump-and-dump schemes has been the use of dormant shells,” said Andrew J. Ceresney, director of the SEC Enforcement Division. “Because these shells all too often are used by those looking to manipulate stock prices, we will continue to protect unwary investors by suspending trading in shells.”
Today’s massive trading suspension involves dormant shell companies uncovered in 26 states and two foreign countries. Once a stock has been suspended from trading, it cannot be relisted unless the company provides updated financial information to prove it is still operational. It is extremely rare for a company to fulfill this requirement, so the trading suspension essentially renders the shells worthless and useless to scam artists.
“Policing this sector of the markets can be a challenge,” said Margaret Cain, a microcap specialist in the Office of Market Intelligence. “There is often little or no reliable information about a microcap issuer, and the sheer number of these companies stretches law enforcement resources thin and makes this sector particularly dangerous for investors. The approach we take with Operation Shell-Expel is both economical and efficient as the SEC continues its commitment to preventing microcap fraud.”
In addition to Ms. Cain, the Operation Shell-Expel initiative has been led by William Hankins, Robert Bernstein, Victoria Adraktas, Jessica P. Regan, Leigh Barrett, John Gibbons, and Megan Alcorn in the Office of Market Intelligence with assistance from the Enforcement Division’s Delinquent Filings Group. The SEC appreciates the assistance of the FBI’s Economic Crimes Unit.

Buyer Beware
RIGH Pumpers' Myths Dispelled
Myth #1- The first and most dangerous myth for investors is that there is a real company behind RIGH. There is no "there" there. See:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=96641854
Myth #2- "Big Money", "Shorts", "Market Makers" are all conspiring to get you to sell your shares!!! AIIYY!! HOLD STRONG!!!
Sigh... folks, there IS NO "BIG MONEY" here, no conspiracy of people "in the know"- just a shell company being shilled by relentless pump-and-dumpers. You know who you are. Consider this: the entire market cap of this shell RIGH is now (an inflated) $5 Million, AT BEST! Recent trading days with 250 million share volumes represent just about $375K (again- at best); chump change in market terms. When you hear shouts about "WALLS ON THE BID", or "SLAP THAT ASK", realize you're being played.
Myth #3 "CHARTS LOOK GREAT!!!" "DOJI, RSI, FIBONACCI, CANDLESTICKS...". It's all HORSESH$T!! Technical analysis is meaningless on a stock this thinly traded (yes even a BILLION shares is thinly traded when you're in these miniscule sub-sub-penny stocks). Do yourself a favor- ignore anyone who says "DOJI" or "RSI" or "CANDLESTICK" or tries to show you charts and claim they mean something. They are all worthless trash to this stock.
There are more.... but for another time.... for now.... just keep your guard up, people.
"Bet. if you must, with your head (and yes it IS betting)- not over it"
Reasons to be careful here! (REDUX)

No.... Angel won't wipe himself out... if you're left standing when the music stops, you'll find there's only one chair left and Angel's sweet butt is in it.

Wow... gives me lotsa warm fuzzies! MMMMM.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=96713452
Do yourselves a favor and bookmark this post, folks.
BurnNotice88 will spend the rest of the day flooding this board with his crapola until the truth is drowned!
It's just how hucksters work...
Oooooh.... hit a sore spot, eh?
Got a link?
Even if it were true that the shareholders might not be wiped out until July... why would anyone buy RIGH with that sword over their heads?
A burn is a burn, Burn!
Truth: CEO Angel can convert Preferred, wiping out Shareholders.
Angel Stanz is the happy owner of 4,000,000 shares of RIGH Preferred shares, convertible to common shares at a ratio of 10,000 to 1.
That's right- 10,000 to 1!
When the time is ripe, he can and will convert those shares to 40,000,000,000 common shares.
You're reading it right- FORTY BILLION SHARES!
This will effectively wipe almost 90% of the value of other shareholders (or should I say "bagholders.")
This is not speculation. Read it for yourself on-
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=RIGH&id=94646
(next to last page)
EXCERPTED HERE:
"RightSmile completed a reverse merger with BG Medical Technologies, Inc., on January 18, 2012 (the “Reverse”), in which RightSmile acquired 100% of the outstanding common stock of BG Medical Technologies, Inc. in exchange for 4,000,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock and 200,000,000 shares of common stock. Of those amounts, the 200,000,000 shares of common stock remain to be issued.
Each share of Series A Preferred Stock has the voting rights, and is convertible into, 10,000 shares of common stock. As a result of this transaction, the sole shareholder of BG Medical Technologies, Inc., Aaron Stanz, holds voting rights to over 80% of RightSmile’s outstanding stock."
"In connection with the Reverse completed January 18, 2012 (see Item 7, above), the Company issued 4,000,000 shares of its Preferred stock to the sole shareholder of BG Medical Technologies, Inc., Aaron Stanz. Also in connection with this transaction, it agreed to issue Mr. Stanz 200,000,000 shares of its common stock, which have not yet been issued."
END EXCERPT
Once converted, those 40 Billion shares will represent almost 90% of the equity in this company, leaving Mr. Angel Stanz a very happy man, and all others wiped out.
Do your own due diligence, and be very very wary of the extravagant claims of those who spend their days pumping this stock on this board.
And I am not a short. As a matter of fact, I've already made a seven-fold profit on my long-held shares of RIGH, courtesy of the likes of pumper Burn_Notice88. But at this point, shares still held are toxic, and you'd be well-advised to do some research on the above.
Again, not a short- just hate to hucksters fleecing the innocent.
Catchy tune. I like your style, Sheriff. How's about you "sticky note" a minority view...

You know.... jest to balance out the "Mongos" on the board... ketch ma drift?
I was in it from .0002 to .0014, and longer than three days- made a nice chunk of change.
But I wouldn't touch it again with YOUR money. Well.... on second thought.... maybe with YOURS....
"The $146,000 during the first 9 months of operation
gives the insight to that."
Ummmm.... no, it actually doesn't. Care to re-read the question?
Really? Candlestick charting?
On a sub penny stock that does a daily dollar volume in the neighbor hood of $500K (neighborhood of $250K today).
Did they teach you that at Lehman Bros? Sheesh!
Oh, and yes.... that question...
The http://budgenius.com/services.html website says: "At your request, a BudGenius® team member visits you at your dispensary. Each collected sample is then assigned a unique BudGenius® StrainId™ and delivered to one of our regional laboratories across the USA."
How do they get a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance across state lines? Isn't that illegal?
And just where was it I can find a list of those regional laboratories?
TIA
Put me in the starting lineup Coach!
Just a cuppla questions.

Now where can I find a list of those labs? C'mon Coach- I'm ready to play!!!
DotCom/PotCom - VaporWare/VaperWare - Random Thoughts
And one last thing (a little shill for a fave of my own)- the one company I've seen that meets my selection criteria in this marijuana space is GrowLife (PHOT). Stellar Board of Directors, C-Suite (CEO, CFO, etc), solid business plan, and proven sales. JMHO
In msg 54063, you posted the following excerpt from a letter supposedly from the CEO:
"
FYI -- you can begin to perceive the related emerging strategy with this previously released news:
finance.yahoo.com/news/bg-medical-welcomes-naturopathic-doctor-133000391.html
"
The link has nothing to do with RIGH or BGMT, yet the letter is supposed to have come from the CEO.
Willing to listen to an explanation, otherwise, it's a huge RED FLAG.
Scam alert?? I repeat...
What's with the bogus link to BGMD in your supposed reply from the CEO? BG Medicine (BGMD)is a totally different (and legitimate) company that is in no way affiliated with "BGMT", the supposed new name for RIGH...
Bogus link from supposed email:
