Sounds like more $$ for Microsoft?

This part of the PR seems confusing.
"While the contents of the agreement are confidential, the parties indicate that Microsoft will receive royalties from Hop-on under the agreement."

My understanding is HopOn will be paying Microsoft....

Anyone selling before the GreenCures takeover would be crazy IMO, so I don't think there will be any issues. My 1st sell is at .20 but if we somehow get close before the actual merger I will need to move it up. Selling anything before getting an actual PR from the new GreenCures CEO would be selling blindly, not very smart.

I have my order at .0093 on Ameritrade. I'm already loaded on eTrade but had some extra funds in my TDA account now that the DTC Chill is lifted. It shouldn't gap to .01 unless there is a PR, in that case you are wise to put your buy limit higher.

I believe you are here at a great time for MYEC. 6-8 months ago this was in a very early stage of the re-start of the company with little or no funds to gain the traction it needed in the market therefore dilution was necessary. Many many things have changed since then & we are on a solid track towards rapid growth that started this year, CEO retired 1 billion shares last week, MyECheck V3.0 was just released this week also which allows you to pay anyone, anywhere, any bank, on any device. MYEC's patented technology has been secretly in use at many banks including Chase & Bank of America, we just found out in the PR this week. I foresee MyECheck being a buy out target for Paypal soon or at least partners, if you send an eCheck to someone on Paypal it takes several days for funds to clear, if Paypal & MYEC partnered their eChecks would clear & post to their accounts instantly.
That's just the tip of this galactic iceberg, I'll let some other longs fill you in also.

I understand your frustration of selling at .0004. I bought in at .0001 & you don't know how tempting it was to sell at .001 after holding with no activity. I luckily held & patience paid. Still adding some .009's next week for a nice 10 bagger here :)
As long as you understand that TTDZ was just an inactive shell that has been purchased & will be utilized by GreenCuresInc, new company, new management, new CEO, new plans & most likely a name change after the takeover is complete. Good luck

I work with a millionaire who got rich off the big boards & never touched pennies before UNTIL I showed him how quickly gains can be made if you invest wisely, he has since started to buy pennies & he is intrigued by the way they trade, still a bit skeptic but he knows if he wanted to become a MULTI Millionaire sub pennies could get him there quickly especially a strong MMJ stock like TTDZ.

You can place an order right now with the Ameritrade app or their website. You don't have to call in the order to buy :)

I completely agree, most other MMJ plays have tons of debt, billions of shares, even though their share prices are 10,000% higher than 2 months ago they have doubled & tripled their AS so they can dilute shareholders & get rich. You'd think that because their stock has gained so much more interest & increase in shareholder value they would continue to increase value by reducing shares. Not to mention with the increased popularity of Weed they would be making more profit from their sales so they should have enough revenue to reduce debt & buy back shares.
I'm thinking the ones increasing their AS by tremendous proportions are no doubt scams & shareholders will be bag holders when the SEC catches on.

A friend actually called to place an order in the AM, TDA said there was a chill so he couldn't buy. I just met up with him & later that afternoon he tried to place an order again & was successful in getting shares through Ameritrade.

Can someone with TD Ameritrade try to place a buy order for MYEC, there's been several DTC Chill's removed from sub penny stocks last week. According to TDA there was a computer glitch that caused the Chill to get placed on many stocks, hopefully MYEC has been cleared from this to allow more investors to purchase if they don't have an ETrade.

Check for news often over the weekend & before open Monday, if there's news prepare for a significant gap up over a penny, if there's no news you should be good if you put in a limit order of .0093.

Now that the CEO is a Millionaire I predict he will try to make TGGI a successful profitable MMJ company. He may start with a share buy back to make the SS more attractive. I'm sure he is in the process of finding a good MMJ acquisition or partnership. There so many possibilities now that he isn't broke anymore, I'm sure his house is also paid off now, not in foreclosure anymore.
Load up, sit back, & wait patiently.

Most of us here feel the same way about MYEC, anyone who does their DD on this stock knows this is THE stock to keep in their portfolio at all times. When I meet new investors the 1 & only stock I recommend for starters is MYEC, buy MYEC 1st then we can build your portfolio around it later. One day this will have explosive news & take off without notice, it may take weeks or months or even years but its worth the wait.

I can honestly say I think your $ is in a safe & very profitable MMJ stock if you choose TTDZ. Don't take my word for it but research the PR's & the DD posted here, if you feel confident that this will go to .10-.25 like the most of us predict then you will feel good about investing here. Ive been here since .0001 & will keep adding dips until we get to .05. I've brought in several friends & family into TTDZ & they are very very pleased with the outcome so far & we haven't even started the climb considering there's tons of news still to come. The merger with Green Cures will be an epic life changer IMO

Don't fight the MMJ Hype, let it glide. I've seen personally countless times what MMJ has done to a stock, .0001-.02 multiple times & they've all held gains so far, half of them were at one time a scam, maybe still are.

My plan for MYEC is to hold the entire year, its the only penny I feel comfortable holding that long, there may come a time where its smart to let go of a Mill to try & buy Two but definitely not weekly or monthly trading to try for 10% here or 20% there since I've got a steady stream of outside income to just buy dips & hold.

If anyone flips MYEC you can say goodbye to Long Term Capital Gains Tax. If you have a set of shares you plan to hold for 1 year you need another brokerage account that you can use for flipping.
If your in just one account it goes by First in First out rules.

Can't wait till I can use MyEChecks new system to deposit checks instantly using the Chase or Bank of America app. I use both banks & when I deposit a check by taking a picture of the check it takes 2-3 days till the funds are avail for purchase or withdrawal, its going to be a game changer for sure.

I agree 100% with you, but, with the 6B shares the company is about to dump don't you think the CEO would have enough cash to turn this scam into a legit profitable company?
It might have started out as a scam but with enough money this can turn out to be the real thing....
