I really do think it is possible, hmm, probable, not sure. Here is some food for thought though. The BDI is slowly going up at least for now but I see it it headed way up. Also there has been a lot of naked shorting and shorting in general and the price is not down that much, they will have to buy back quickly if we get a small pop which will make it a bigger pop.

Look I'm pro FnF but I'm realistic, People crying hold, hold, never sell until $100-$350 etc, so they missed out on every run up, I missed the first one as well. The government STOLE this company and has STOLEN all the profits for EIGHT years and all of a sudden they are on your side, riiiight! Keep your head in the sand but as for me, I will remain cautious and skeptical. I for one would rather hear both sides and and make an informed decision then rah-rah ree.

Just an FYI, these companies were doing just fine when they were stolen. Besides, what makes the government think that there people could run them any better, what changed since the stole all the profits, that could have been implemented before they were stolen, NOTHING.

That happens all the time in a reorganization bankruptcy.
