I'm sure I'd cash out at some point, but not ASAP. I'd have to wait and see what was happening, I guess.
Lol! True, jahiles. ;0)
Somewhere a sell order must have matched a buy order. Thus is the gray market.
Must have been back in 2006.
The company is still active. You can check the website for recent activity. However Somatic Systems Inc. has a "revoked" status with the Nevada Secretary of State, and as of today would require $44,925.00 for reinstatement. As for the stock, it remains on the gray market and occasional trades, but the company has done absolutely nothing with it.

There is indeed...
Hey, a 99.55% loss in my original PCFG investment isn't so bad. It could have been a 99.76% loss. Whoever painted the close, thank you!
Thanks, Jahiles. Merry Smas!
Welcome, Chornm. That would be welcome news indeed. Steve Aronstein, the CEO, ultimately replied to some of my e-mails, and I posted those replies here. Check back through the posts last March and April, and you'll find the discussion. He said some very positive things about both the company and the stock. However some promises about updating the website that he made repeatedly were not fulfilled, and I see no sign of any changes in direction thus far. If at some point he is going to try to revive this stock it will take a number of steps, and some considerable money. And of course a market maker. However on the positive side Somatics Systems continues to operate, and SMAS has not been delisted.
Agreed. This is an amazing stock. A few years ago it paid off my new Prius and paid down a big chunk of my mortgage. There are no guarantees, but I'm expecting something soon to happen again with HESG.
Not me.
So that is what you meant in your reply to me. That's a very intriguing theory. Thanks, Neophyte184.
Yes, it's going to be very interesting soon, and possibly tomorrow. ;0)
Thanks.
Thanks. So then it would require actually issuing more shares in order to have any effect on majority shareholder status.
I'm just looking for another possible theory here to explain the increase in the A/S, and I'm wondering about majority shareholder status. Could the increase somehow be related to someone's plan to become the majority shareholder, or possibly someone's plan to prevent someone else from being the majority shareholder? Does majority shareholder status depend on owning the majority of the A/S, or does one just have to own the majority of issued shares in order to be majority shareholder? I'm not trying to say one way or the other. Just asking the question.
Yes, it ran to .0024 in November, 2009. It also had a run in February, 2009 to an inter-day high of .0060.
Yes there was, JD.
In 2009 it had two major runs, one of them from .0002 to .0050 with an inter-day high of .0060, and another from .0001 to .0023 with an inter-day high of .0024. And a number of mini-runs since.
.0003!!!
I've had a great history with this stock. The run to .006 in February of 09, the run to .0023 in November of 09, and the little mini-runs in October of 2010 and March of this year. I love this stock. Hope everyone is having fun.
Agreed. There was no point talking about what other stocks have done, since HESG has never had a reverse split. Have a nice day.
I'm not interested in talking about other stocks. I think we should stick to HESG.
You said, " I stated all serial splitters start with their first."
Those serial splitters you referred to are other stocks. HESG has never had a reverse split.
I was referring to HESG, not other stocks.
HESG is not a serial splitter. It has never had a reverse split.
I don't share that opinion.
HESG has never done a reverse split.
Yes I do remember .0027. Nice to see this active again. Best wishes, all!
It's the latest hot topic here.
You're welcome, fjua21. And you're right.
Hi fuja21. Steven Aronstein will tell you (if he ever responds) that he takes this stock very seriously. But he says a lot of things. For now it is on the gray market, and occasionally some shares will trade when brokers find an exact match between orders. For this stock to return to the pink sheets would require a market maker, and a number of steps taken by Aronstein. So far I see no sign of any activity in that direction. But the company continues to function. It's just a wait and see, with the emphasis on wait, and a low probability of see. But not hopeless.
No idea, Harvard.
I feel exactly the same way. I hope some day to see this thing get off the gray market. It happens sometimes. It's very much up to Aronstein.
It's not impossible. He could do it. But...
Very typical of him, I'm afraid. Steve Aronstein used to ignore my messages. Then suddenly he responded. I posted his messages here, and as you can see, he gave me a number of assurances. For example, he said on two occasions that incorrect address information on the website would be corrected. However it has not been. He says that he is quite interested in the stock, but I see no evidence of that. Yet the company remains active.
Me too. It's been a long wait. While this stock remains on the gray sheets with the occasional trade being made, the company remains alive.
Yes, and Somatics is currently conducting its training sessions in Deluth, MN. 11/3/12 - 11/11/12.

Still nothing?
