THIS VOUME IS LOOKING VERY GOOD TODAY, I EXPECTED TO SEE 75 MIL BY END OF DAY AS THE VOLUME WAS SLOWING DOWN ... UNEXPECTED .. THIS IS ONE HEALTHY PENNY STOCK .. VERY NICE, VERY NICE INDEED.
HERE SINCE .001, GO BBDA
Me and my wife are at a bar in panama city beach Florida and I, ahem, brought MY LAST DAMN CAN OF KOMA, ok enough of that, (still pissed, lol) and had the bartender mix me something at my request ...
He held the can, looked at it, "cool, " he said.
So the mix I had him make, I asked him to make a few and pass it out.
Yes. KOMA unwind, wildfire that is. No fire station can put this out.
Last but not least, GO BBDA!
I did buy 20, last Tuesday in greenville. And my friends wanting me to buy more to. LOL
She would drink it to
BECAUSE MY WIFE DRANK ALL THE DAMN KOMA
KOMA taste so good, I just had a long day at work, I had 4 KOMA in the fridge, and she drank of
em today, geez ....
OMG I'M SO ANGRY WITH KOMA UNWIND
OMG, I AM SO ANGRY WITH LOLA UNWIND
The exposure is sc is mass exposure because that by itself is and will be recognized by others, like convenience stores or more Walmarts
Look how that alone brought more ppl on this board, it was mass exposure.

I'm on my phone and not able to go back and look atm but the is a L- something also as an ingrediant. Hahahahaha yes I remember
LOL
Yeah he said that and I got concerend to and he came back with
BECAUSE THE CHEAPIES ARE GOING BYE BYE!!!
LOL
Go BBDA
If melatonin were to be shot out, there are already alternative versions that can be replaced to keep the ball rolling. Not meaning that BeBevco has the alternative version, just saying that it can be replaced ...
With all due respect ...
what many of us have been trying to point out to you while you were trying rationalize the past, the business model that BBDA is building is working and is going forward and not backwards.
Brian clearly pointed out, and not quite verbadum, "I got bought into a mess, but I have pulled this outta debt, there were only a few water bottles for assetts" .... and, "we increased the outstanding shares to bring us out of debt we inherited" .. and "we got 4 million in private funds" ... and "we have this many outstanding shares now"
Yes, DLR does own the trademarks, BeBevco authroized it to be bottled.
IMO, this is a partnership and is set up to protect each other in a way that many business are set up
as i have pointed out before in IMO is, get the money, produce the product, make the revenue, keep going, dont look back, Go.
First Walmart, massive exposure, operating capitol, more stores, go world wide, Go BBDA
The model is working, the stats on the trend is working, people want it, BBDA was bold and first.
The company can only do so much as it currently only have about 15 employees. They only recent closed the Walmart deal and ramping up on distributors. They are overwhelmed at the moment and buying back shares is not the main priority right now. Buying back share at this point can be bad for the company. I rather have them concrentrate on getting their product out into as much stores as possible than going in debt buying back shares.
As a share holder of course you want them to buy back shares as soon as possible but that would be just selfish and could cause the company to go under. Then your shares would be worthless.
Board mark for you
Your damn straight!!
We will start seeing more and more competition. Mellow Marley is already out there hitting it. private company i believe though.
With Koma in walmart (hell yeah) the other companys are gonna start trying to scramble and do the same.
Koma Unwind has the cat by the tail and we are fortunate to be on the bottom riding it on up
so safe to assume that we are 39 times that number .... ??? in 2012?
Just making a speculation here ... 4 million dollars can produce about 8 million cans, 8 million can can produce about 10 million $
Fact: The relaxation beverage market produced about 36 million gallons in 2010.
If Koma Unwind can control those numbers alone (which they cant, or could but these figures are the broad beverage company)
Just assume if all cans sold are 12 ounces and BeBevco produced and sold all those cans, then ... 36 million gallons is 384,000,000 cans, if all are sold in the year and they sold at wholesale @ 1.25 per can, thats revenue of 480,000,000 per year ... the energy drink market produces 1.8 billion per year revenue from 2010 figures.
Food for thought, go BBDA
No Falls here, new solid support here
with no news, tommorows IMO forcast is small gap to mid 90 first 15 minutes, dip and churn at .0072 - .0080 close with volume of 95 million and pps close of .0091
Lets see what happens.
Good luck
If a business does well, the stock eventually follows.
Warren Buffett
Yep, its pr man ... Brain seems to be a really good business man. You exactly right. If you do not build good business relations with ppl, your not going anywhere.
BBDA is like a snowball running downhill getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
Id like for everyone to look at the stocks of other relaxation drinks and just see the comparison.
BBDA is volume nutts!! It is collecting so much exposure right now, and you know what else, its people like me and you who tell other ppl about this company who tells others about this company, etc that causes such a chain reaction.
My parents tried Koma Unwind last night, they said it taste great, whats more, it relaxed them.
I mentioned about a andriod game i play ... I started talking about koma unwind a month ago and now there are 11 investors who just jumped on board. You know what? Thier family is opening scottrade accounts to get on board of BBDA.
This baby is on fire and im really glad to be apart of it. I always said i would love to retire around 40, looks like im gonna get that chance.
BBDA all the way, tommorow morning like everyday, im buying more and more shares.
OMG, im gonna have to produce a new commercial for them, that one is cheeeeeeeeeeesy
the bar code number I have in my hand is 8 51482 00400 6
Not sure if the 8 and 6 does much good but in that order under the bar code off the can i bought rom walmart the other day.
i stand corrected!!
go bbda!!
I know we are all excited here ... but reality check says that ambassadors are needed in the stores where the product is not moving as fast as the other stores, therefore brand promotion is needed there.
Good job BW for keeping in check of those numbers.
Somebody at Bebevco is really paying attention ... applaud them and pat yallselves on the back, all you future freaking filthy rich ppl you ... lol
GO BBDA
I thought I understood BW to say that they are brining ambasadors back into several walmart locations that are already stocked for another brand promotion dealio ...
And thats a wrap!!
With no news tommorow, first 30 minutes high mid 90, accumulate at 80-85, close mid 90 ...
Good luck to all
Not to bad a day
Volume starting to wind down a bit
can anyone elaborate on this?
I hear ya, me to ...
All that information can be researched. I got so sick of hearing ppl coming up with crap without any credible source behind it and figured Id compile it so all can get a better understanding what happen behind the scenes and hopefully understand what it takes to get a business going, which is money. lol
If someone gonna talk crap about the company, Id like to see some merit behind it and then brought to attention.
You know what I see? I see walmart aisles with Koma Unwind on pallets and displays and a CEO who is trying to get this beast going.
This is my honest opinion.
BBDA stock is almost predictable. Just like any other penny stock, its gonna have some dips and gains. Look how long this stock has been on a steady gain. over 1 month!!
When a PR comes out, the piranahs come out and drive the price up, it dips and then it settles, but it always settles higher.
in my opinion, it appears that the mid 50-60 base line that it was suppose to be today (I bought more shares at .0054 today as i planned the day before) is now moving into .0070-.0075 so in the morning about 30 mintues after the bell ring could possibly be the lowest price that your gonna get before next leg up. If the pps isnt gaining anywhere between 3.45% normal - 50-75% it remains unchanged. 1 month straight, steady gain.
BBDA is showing up everywhere and gaining allot of exposure. Do what you want in your opinion, its your money
Some Food for thought.
Btw, I drank a few Koma Unwinds throughout the day. I had one about a little over an hour ago, Im still up, but very relaxed. However, If I put my head on the pillow I will go to sleep pretty fast like I did earlier.
Very interesting reads I was doing. I have ADHD and its pretty bad. I was just reading WIKI article about relaxation drinks and it said some people with ADHD are using relaxation drinks because instead of aderall or ridilon. This is great! I have adderal and i hate taking it.
If you dont know what ADHD, its a real kick in the ass when it comes to focusing. So im asking myself, how the hell am i forming two words together and spilling out all this typing and researching? HA!
---------------------------------------
Where could BBDA stock price go:
In Walmart, check
Headed overseas, check
Headed into convinience store faster because of exposure from walmart and the volume of shares traded today compared to months to years ago, those ppl wanna taste this tasty drink to. If they are like me, i ordered some and my 70 year old mom and dad had one ... they rested well. My friends want some. See the picture?
An Article I found:
Liquid Snooze: Introducing Relaxation Drinks
By Rachel Z. Arndt
|
May 18, 2011
Energy drinks aren't just amping up consumers--they're fueling a new beverage niche.
How to combat a day saturated by Red Bull and Starbucks? Scale back? Of course not! A new wave of companies has seized upon America's overstimulating liquid habits, selling soporific drinks aimed at helping people relax and fall asleep.
These anti-energy drinks, laced with things like melatonin and rose hips, comprise 350 new products, including Unwind, Dream Water, and Drank. Growth has been anything but snoozy: As the energy-drink market hit a high of $1.8 billion last year, relaxation drinks reached $49 million -- a number that's expected to increase by at least 50% in 2011, according to research firm IbisWorld. "You would think energy drinks would be a fad, but it's lasted," says Technomic beverage-industry analyst Joseph Pawlak, citing the complementary nature of rev-up and wind-down drinks as a growth factor.
Some calming elixirs skirt FDA oversight through dietary-supplement labels, which allow drink makers to position their bottles alongside sleep aids in Walmart and Walgreens stores nationwide. "We're trying to be as mainstream a sleep enhancer as possible," says Dream Water co-owner David Lekach. Others are cozying up to their supercharged counterparts in the beverage aisle. As Drank founder Peter Bianchi says, "I am the Red Bull of the relaxation industry."
Lets do a little math work, please check me if im wrong
2.5 billion shares/ 49 million dollar market (BW did say 10's of millions)
Stock share raw price is .0196.
Its easy to assume that this stock can trade at least 5x that value, right? Doesnt monster which is popular trade at 20x its value?
If so, the 5x is .098 or 20x is .39 cent pps
Hell, would if the relaxation sector did the same amount of revenue as the energy drink sector well then thats .72 raw price, $3.60 at 5 x or $14.40 at 20x
It really didnt take that long for energy drinks to gain so much momentum.
Now that energy drinks had busted the door right open for for trendy suplimental beverages, the relaxation drink will have a much easier time to find a new refrigerator to go to before its consumed.
Monster took 15 years i believe to get off the ground, the right placement for relaxation drinks, Id give it 3 times faster so 5 years and not including the re-evaluated prices plus supply and demand of such trendy drinks, thats being used to either relax by some, used in place of drugs by others, or to create a buzz without harmful side effects, its easy to assume that the math that i presented without any share buy back
We all will retire very soon holding BBDA
In my opinion
Ah, small world. I been in the flooring business for 20 years now.
Will Retire soon at age 40. lol
Thank you thank you...
There has been people posting here about "i lost money blah blah, several splits, blah blah"
and one of the moderators flapping without giving much credible D and D ...
IMO, this is the dynamics of what happen before we are where we are now and I will stand and applaud the CEO for the hard work they have done.
Now in due time, to see some revenues of how all the hard work has panned out.
If BBDA is seaming to not be as transparent as we would like them to be with the financials, Im sure that it may seem to be a little scary right now and if I was CEO I wouldnt wanna scare the investors off, if that were the case.
The fact is right now, we have a product, it is selling and there are allot of excitement going on.
The relaxation market will clearly or at least probably be not as strong in revenue as the energy drink sector .. with this company you have both and they put both feet in at the same time in some of the largest faces on this planet. Think about it. Would if they would have been able to put potencia in walmart? First of all, it wouldnt have happened and if it did happen, it wouldnt last long. Instead, the put the new trending beverage in, and now I can see them placing potencia in the latino section and even eventually putting the shots in as well.
They had to get the relaxation drink in. Although he made a pre pr, its obvious this was already in the works and 4 million dollars of private funding was already there. They already had the drinks ready to roll, the displays and the logistics.
Monster Drinks has a relaxation drink, rockstar, red bull and many others. So he had to know before hand that if the lips wasnt sealed enough, those companys would have probably beat BBDA to the door, and there would have been no chance for BBDA and no chance for us as investors to be cheerleading like we are now.
The walmart deal had been in the works 10 months before PR.
IF I was the CEO, you darn right Id be seeking as much money as possible to get this product in large areas quickly. For this is the only way to make a showing.
Remember the quote, to be a success in business, be daring, be bold, be first .. and thats BBDA ... daring, bold and first.
Go BBDA and goodnight all. Just had me a Koma Unwind and its shutting me down for tonight
Been doing some deep D and D. It is no doubt that Brian Weber has definatly inherited a mess.... Kudos to finally getting this product into some hardcore exposure. Brian Weber in my opinion has been as forthcoming as possible about what has been going on. He explained in one of his updates that the dilutions and what not was nessasary in order to pull the company out of the debt and in my opinion to help fund it to enable the product into areas of needed exposure. It takes money to make money. No doubt, without a working capitol, there is no way in the world we would even see the many stores, let alone Walmart it is being distributed to .... BeBevco was nothing but a water bottle company with assetts of just a few water bottles when brian took this over.
Today as of August 1st, we are now in the largest retailer in america (and the world for that matter) in 78 stores as being the first relaxation drink company (and energy drink) to push into one of the hardest retailer that you can get your foot in. This process according to Tiffany of Bebevco landed this deal and took her 10 months to do it. With this exposure, it will be proof to other retailers that the product is real and is capable of penetrating more areas faster.
For this reason, as long as the product is flying off the shelves, this is why a share buy back is in order.
Once again, landing in Walmart was one huge step for BBDA investors.
Relaxation products has been inching thier way into the market. We started seeing brownies with melatonin, we started seeing sipping syrup, we started seeing mellow marley. And now, we see Koma Unwind in Walmart.
FYI, in 2005, relaxation drinks begain to evolve in Japan .. in 2011, the statistics were that some 22.4 million cases, or 36 million gallons of relaxation drinks were sold which doubles the amount sold in 2008. By that volume, U.S. volume sales could exceed some 79 million gallons by 2014.
For history that no one here has completely explained and who is who, here Tis and in this order who controlled BBDA before passing it to the next person.

BBDA was previously known as Renovo Holdings.
Renovo Holdings was a shell controlled by securities fraudster, Stephen W. Carnes who was named in SEC Litigation for his involvement in a scheme to evade the registration provisions of the federal securities laws by selling billions of shares of stock issued by microcap companies to the investing public without adhering to the registration requirements of Section 5 of the Securities Act of 1933. Also named in the SEC litigation was a company controlled by Stephen W. Carnes and his good buddy, Larry Powalisz, known as K&L International Enterprises, Inc.
When Stephen W. Carnes took over control of the Renovo Holdings shell in May of 2006, the shell had large debts owed to Cornell Capital (aka YA Global aka Yorkville Associates). Cornell Capital has a very dirty history of doing toxic dirty debt deals with penny stocks then using those debt arrangements to dilute down the value of the stock leaving lots and lots of common investors with heavy loses in their wake.
the-cold-truth.blogspot.com/
investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=9964
Carnes immediately began using Renovo Holdings to issue debt Notes to himself through his and Powalisz' company, K&L International Enterprises, Inc, all while issuing hundreds of millions of shares to Cornell Capital towards their existing dirty debt arrangement.
The attorney providing the legal opinions to make the shares issued towards these dirty debts for Renovo Holdings under the Carnes reign was Barbara A Moran.
Barbara A. Moran was also the attorney for ACLC which is a Christopher Davies controlled shell with connections to James Watson who is the former CEO of GRDO. GRDO is another shell which has debt controlled by Carnes, Powalisz, and K&L International Enterprises, Inc.
This group of Carnes, Powalisz, Watson, and Moran is very close.
investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=42146537
According to the last 10Q filed by Renovo Holdings before Stephen Carnes deregestered the stock and passed the shell on, the only debt still owed in July of 2008 was to Carnes. The shell owed him $830,666 in accrued salary and $188,000 in debt Notes made out to K&L International Enterprises, Inc.
------------
The passing of the shell and major dilution
Before being passed on to Brian Weber, the shell was briefly controlled by Rodrigo Makarios from September 2008 to April 2009. It was under Makarios that the business operations switched to a bottled water company called Bebida Beverage Company.
nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=VkvlBHbj9VJzL6Yfbd1VnQ%253d%253d&nt7=0
Between September 2008 and April of 2009, over 3,070,000,000 shares were issued towards Debt reduction.
On April 9th, 2009, Bebida Beverage Company was taken over by Brian Weber. Bebida Beverages was changed to the language friendly form of BeBevCo.
Later in December of 2009, the Bebida Beverage Company Nevada entity would merge with Brian Beverage Company which was a Wyoming business entity set up and controlled by Brian Weber back in November of 2008. The surviving entity would become Bebida Beverage Company, a Wyoming entity with Brian Weber as the CEO.
No filings whatsoever were done between October of 2008 and October of 2009 when Brian Weber filed an initial company disclosure and information form with the OTC on October 16, 2009 which has since been made inactive along with over 40 other OTC filings.
Between April of 2009 and September of 2009, another 2,725,000,000 shares were issued towards Debt reduction. By September 30, 2009 there were 6,394,877,549 outstanding shares.
By December 31, 2009 the outstanding share count had grown to 7,446,754,216.
By March 31, 2010 the outstanding share count had grown to 9,277,814,489.
By June 31, 2010 the outstanding share count had grown to 12,343,269,035.
Nearly all of those shares were issued toward debt Notes and for "capitalization" which is just another phrase for dilution.
BBDA raised the authorized common share count 4 times during the first 5 months of 2010.
Then on October 7, 2010, BBDA executed a 1:1000 reverse split.
The Legal Counsel during this time started out as Arthur Piervincenti then was changed to McMullen Associates, LLC. then in 2011 was changed to Harold Martin.
The Investor Relations role during this time went from Chris Hoffmann Jr. (C. Hoffmann Communications, Inc) to K. J. Crutchely (Kelbec Communications) to Jeffrey Staller (Heritage Corporate Services) to Wall Street Branding
------------
The Reverse Split and continued dilution
Sometime after Brian Weber took over the debt Notes once again began appearing in the name of Cornell Capital under their new alias, YA Global. Just going off of the information in the filings, the first mention of YA Global as a debt Note holder in place of K&L International Enterprises Inc doesn't appear to have happened until some time in early 2011 after the 1:1000 reverse split.
Following the 1:1000 Reverse split the outstanding share count was reduced to 12,330,925 and the authorized share count was reduced to 500,000,000.
Immediately following the 1:1000 reverse split 19,000,000 shares were issued towards executive deferred salary owed for 2009.
The debt Note conversion and capitalization picked right back up again. During the last quarter of 2010, 600,000 more shares were issued toward debt Notes owned by YA Global and 7,250,000 shares were issued for capitalization.
The outstanding share count grew from 40,680,926 on December 31, 2010 to 80,793,437 on March 31, 2011 then to 346,264,025 on June 30, 2011 then to 483,814,779 on September 30, 2011 then to 846,111,020 on December 31, 2011.
During the 4th quarter of 2011, the YA Global debt Notes were transferred to Redwood Management LLC.
All total in 2011 another 230,000,000 shares were issued towards debt Notes owned by YA Global/Redwood Management and another 510,000,000 shares were diluted for "capitalization".
------------

Geez, im gonna have to do this again ....
(Picture taken on my fake camara of a fake product stacked next to the fake Coca Cola inside a fake walmart in fake greenville SC,. This was after I cashed in some fake BBDA stock into my fake scottrade account, then turned around and bought some more fake BBDA stock.. i just drank a fake koma unwind. Good night, im tired. LOL ... whatever)
GO FAKE BBDA
Off we go into the wild blue yonder
da da da ... dadadada
NO ONE CAN STOP THE BBDA! SALUTE
on 10/13/2008 (shut up olaf no needed quotes from you, comments welcomed by gary) The trades were hitting $5.00 high. Volume was only 274K at the time but before that time it was trading close to what we have now, shot up to pennys then dollars pretty fast.
Im just thinking outloud and only forming my own opinions and not telling anybody like olaf does how it is without a fact behind it like his recent post, how its possible with the news that we have today and with a share buy back that dollar ranges are not far fetched and near bye, possible, just saying.
