What happened to the Fins that were supposed to come out yesterday?
GLTA
"Is this another scam?" Yeh, a little bit. A ten year scam. I don't care as long as I can turn a profit. Most small companies are initially built on hope.
Microfil: I vote to sell it and move on. Invest the proceeds in buying back shares or acquisitions. Grow.
"Is there possibility of fruition?" Yes, this is POSSIBLE. Will it happen? Don't know.
GLTY
My friend, you have the right idea. This thing is money in the bank. These guys are doing the right things, just takes time. If an investor is looking for the quick flip, this is NOT the right vehicle. If you have a few months of patience, you can be assured of a nice multi-bagger.
GLTA
"Are there any longs left here?" Yes, quite a few. Sitting back, reading the posts, waiting for the kind of news that will move us up.
"Will HNSS ever get back to .001?" My opinion, yes. We've been down before and come up. I expect we'll see something eventually.
If I had the cash I would be buying to bring my average down. Can't get much cheaper, and continued trading will usually stave off an R/S.
GLTA
People have lost confidence in the market as a whole, not just COBI. I'm seeing this same kind of ho-hum reaction all over Penny Land, unless its some kind of a run supposedly going to happen.
GLTA
True, but the gesture is still worth something. Our CEO followed through on his PR. That has to count for something on the OTC.
GLTA
While I respect your opinion, I do not agree with you. Time will tell....
GLTA
I actually think that the chances of significant increase are higher now.
I also think that, without changing exchanges, the multiplier is smaller.
Bottom line: I think we will see a nice increase to .25 - .30 soon but nothing like the $1.30 to $2.00 I expected with the move to Frankfurt.
IMO
MM playing games.
Mr Black isn't stupid enough to dilute at these levels without at LEAST doing a little paid pumping, which hasn't happened. Think about it....
IMO
I'm looking for more upside than that. I seriously think that, if these guys do what I think they have in mind, this could shoot to 0.25 or more.
GLTA
The subject post is a lie.
Simply because there is a vacuum. No news, no clear path forward. And, because the game players can run the PPS lower without any significant buying pressure.
GLTA
I understand and respect your thinking as well. We will see how this turns out.
GLTY
I don't know what AsimEE believes, but I am convinced, after watching this closely for weeks, that all of the present activity is driven by two groups. The first, which actively showed up March 6, is a flipper crew with a significant bank of shares that they have churned through repeatedly, averaging down.
More recently, another group has joined in, selling a large number of shares short, hense the recent liquidity.
I think that if the 70mil shares recently on the ask were purchased and held, between that amount, what AsimEE and his group hold, what I hold, and the shares collectively held by the "newer" longs on this board, that the "short" group involved would find themselves in serious trouble when the contracts come due.
I have another stock that may pop soon. If it does, I plan to buy those 70mil shares and then wait for the fireworks.
GLTY
Very simple. Sell at .0003, buy at .0001 and make 200% profit. What's not to like?
GLTA
I think you have two groups working this. One group is flipping for .0001 while trying to average down and, recently, another group is selling short. Both want the PPS lower and both are jacking the volume.
The cure for both is to buy up the shares on the cheap and hold them. Both groups will implode in time.
IMO
Quote:
"ITS THE PERSON RUNNING THE COMPANY...STREET HAS ZERO CONFIDENCE IN HIM....IMHO"
I disagree. I'm not defending Mr. B, but understand that "confidence" and many aspects of the company are irrelevant to the PPS. Manipulation and "news" are what drive the price.
It's all about the hype, not the CEO.
GLTA
When are the contracts typically due? Three months?
GLTA
The run-up in January was a short squeeze. I expect that will happen again from the recent short activity that jStop reported, but not soon.
The March 6 blip was the work of a flipper crew. That might happen again on news but hasn't on the last couple of PRs.
GLTA
Don't know about the MMs but the flippers want it down. They are trying real hard to buy at .0004 without much success.
GLTA
You should be able to buy 4.4 mil at .0006. Suggest you cancel and resubmit.
GLTA
While I would love to see that, it will take some really good news to trigger a big move up IMO.
GLTA
You mention that raising capital is easy for qualified companies. While I'm not real close to this I was under the impression that you are correct for mid-size and larger companies but incorrect for small firms. HNSS is very small, with little or no collateral. Even with good cash flow wouldn't they be shut out at the banks?
GLTA
You are correct in that the basic machine exists and has supplied World Wide Wipes. What isn't clear is how much of the "game changer" technology is in actual use and how much is still ideas on paper. My guess is that it is not yet fast enough, or pretty enough, to take to the shows.
GLTA
I think its the right conclusion. Bear in mind that developing a complex machine like the Microfill requires one to two million in capital. At the present PPS that is out of reach. Mr Black needs the PPS to be much higher to raise that much, hense the delay.
Dilution can be a problem if the net result isn't positive. I believe that to be the case now, so agree that a delay in development is the wise course at present.
GLTA
I've talked about patents in previous posts, so some of this is repeated.
You misunderstand how companies go after patents (not just HNSS). First, they are expensive to get and there are ongoing costs (fees) to maintain them, so companies wait as long as they can, and cram as much as possible into each one. Second, they are an after-the-fact item. Once an idea is made public you have one year to apply for a patent. Your date of invention is protected by the witnessed disclosure paperwork you need to keep on each idea.
The practical up-shot of all this is that you won't see anything published about the machine, no pictures, etc. until it is made public at launch. You also won't find any applications for patent until several months after launch.
Just part of the way the patent "game" is played.
GLTA
I agree. Wish I had some spare cash to buy those 5s. They are a gift. I estimate they have around 50 to 60 mil. Pull those without selling them new ones and they'll go home.
GLTA
You are correct. I've been watching the stock sales very closely since the March 6 blip to .0019. Nearly all of the volume since then has been generated / controlled by a flipper team running fairly large volumes through NITE and ETMM.
Note that until yesterday the flippers have had problems buying any serious amount at .0004 so most of what they have is at .0005. They continue to turn those shares over even at no profit to keep the volume up and try to entice people to sell at .0004.
There has been mention of dilution. IF that were occurring the volume would be laughably low.
GLTA
From the way the PR is worded, I doubt it. Looks to me like they are abandoning bio in favor of finance.
Don't have enough info to be sure.
GLTY
Trying to influence the market with a "last trade" price of .0004 so that others will sell at that price. Didn't work very well.
GLTA
I can tell you for a fact that my buyout forms were read and considered. You remember the share votes that were "disqualified"? Those were mine. They were dissed because I marked up the form, legally changing the terms.
GLTY
Not quite. You need to be an "owner of record" by COB Monday. How long will it take to settle? For me, I would have had to buy before COB on Thursday to be assured of the divy.
GLTA
This is a pro team of flippers. They've been churning through their shares, averaging down, since the blip to 19 March 6, waiting for the "BIG NEWS" to hit. That's why the volume has been up during that period. They're working through ETMM and NITE.
They're starting to get a little sloppy, which is why you've seen certain patterns recently. Think about it.
GLTY
Bought in last July for the buyout that didn't happen. Been watching closely ever since. Won't sell 'til I can make a profit.
GLTA
Well said.
Good, they've started their promo campaign. My guess is the big news should start to hit sometime next week.
All IMO.
GLTA
What I expect to happen in the next few days is a merger with a co. that has revenue. I think the stock will jump significantly.
WTF more can you ask for?
All IMO.
GLTA
I have had no problems with E-Trade.
GLTA
Sticky, please!
Sorry, but you read that wrong. There are 203 beneficial shareholders and 49 active shareholders.
I just looked up the definition of "beneficial" and that means the people like me that use a broker and have the shares in "street name" at the brokerage. Those brokers, then are part of the active shareholders.
I agree, the float sounds too low by at least 10 mil.
