Same here.
Dixie isn't just catering to the old MJ crowd, we are talking about new users who have never tried MJ before and are taking it as medicine. They may even be uncomfortable with the stigma of smoking and the possibility of being labeled a drug user.
Edibles are the future as far as I'm concerned.
$MJNA
I strongly disagree.
A lot of the old hippies and other recreational users will buy bud but the new users and people taking MJ as medicine, will be looking for other forms.
I know that I personally would rather drink a soda or eat an edible than smoke.
I am 100% confident that the future of MMJ is in packaged edibles from a known company such as Dixie.
$MJNA
Yes, I got in at .035 and have almost 10X my money at the current PPS.
I'm holding out for more than a silly car though.
$MJNA
I'm not sure what the problem is. If I 'm reading the 8k correctly, it is the purchase of Kannalife stock that the loan is for, NOT Cannavest.
"In addition to the Company’s purchase of KannaLife stock, Medical Marijuana, Inc. (OTCPink: MJNA) (“Medical Marijuana”) is a party to the Agreement and purchased 16.7% of KannaLife’s Series A Preferred Stock and Common Stock. The Company and PhytoSPHERE Systems, LLC (“PhytoSPHERE”) are parties to that certain Agreement for Purchase and Sale of Assets dated December 31, 2012 filed as Exhibit 10.3 to the Form 8-K/A filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on February 13, 2013, which is incorporated by reference herein. Medical Marijuana owns and holds an 80% interest in PhytoSPHERE
The source of the funds used by the Company in its acquisition of the KannaLife stock is a loan to the Company by Roen Ventures LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (see below, “Item 2.03 – Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of Registrant”)."
When you say 'soon' is that like Eric Holder 'soon' or the normal definition of soon?
Either way I'm long MJNA!
$MJNA
Wow, things are moving quickly!

$MJNA
I agree. We are already positioned to make huge money even without legalization.
Dixie Botanicals is a viable business already bringing in revenue on its own.
$MJNA
I think MJNA is becoming the large established industry.
If they solidify distribution into other states beside colorado, they will be in a perfect position lead the way.
The large tobacco and big pharm companies will want to buy out MJNA because they will already have a viable system in place.
$MJNA
Not wanting it to go there but I will definitely be buying more in the .04s if it does.
That would be a gift.
Yes, a joke:
Q: What do you call a company that has real products and real revenues and real profits and is going to make us all millionaires?
A: MJNA!!!
We are laughing all the way to the bank!
Yes, a joke:
Q: What's green and tasty and going to make us all millionaires?
A: MJNA!!!
We will be laughing all the way to the bank!
Wow, things are heating up here. We don't need the Holder announcement, just more news like this and uplisting and Q1, etc
MJNA
I think you have it backwards.
I good stock will go up on solid news (or more accurately, on the speculation that news is coming. Often people sell on actual news).
A penny stock is more likely to be manipulated and go up on hype.
MJNA is solid.
$MJNA
He is not new to the game and I would love to see proof that he has been employed as a chef ever. If he was it was most likely over 25 years ago.
The guy has a culinary degree in addition to his Accounting degree. That is not at all significant in this discussion.
He is certified by the state of california as a CPA. He is legit as they get.
$MJNA
I would clarify even further.
The CPA who audited MJNA has a degree in accounting and is certified by the state of california.
Before he got that degree, in the 1970's, he also went to culinary school.
I have no idea if he ever practiced as a chef at some point many years ago but as far as I know, he isn't a chef now.
He's a CPA.
$MJNA
Keep hoping. MJNA is solid and the SEC has no reason to even investigate them.
There is no deception by anyone but some of the authors of articles on SA who admit being short but won't use their names.
$MJNA
Wrong. The accounting was done by an accountant with a degree in accounting and certified by the state of california. 100% legitimate.
Having two degrees doesn't invalidate one of them. It just means he is multi talented and more intelligent than the average CPA.
$MJNA
THat's your choice but we will wave down at you from the moon when this thing takes off.
$MJNA
wow, when was the last time that the short value was that low???
$MJNA
I agree. we need some news for this to get to .35
Something good like uplisting, distribution into a new state or Holder announcement.
Until then we will trade sideways.
$MJNA
I'd say that MJNA give SA solid ground and SA adds their own water to make it look like mud.
$MJNA
lol, no one believes the garbage on SA anymore.
$MJNA
I agree, they may not be positive or might find some kind of middle ground that isn't totally satisfactory to companies like MJNA.
Either way though, we will be moving ahead and eventually the wall will come down.
$MJNA
No, we hit .50 3 times with our current share structure and I have little doubt that we would have surpassed that mark if not for the orchestrated effort by shorts to manipulate MJNA.
$MJNA
Wrong. We are the majority shareholder of MJNA
Llamas doesn't hold a majority
Also, it doesn't matter what the company used to do, they now make CBD oil.
$MJNA
again you give no proof. Just blind allegations with nothing to back it up.
There is no indication that the feds are pursuing MJNA because there is no indication that they have done anything wrong.
Llamas has nothing to do with MJNA now.
$MJNA
And you forgot the link to any proof of anything even remotely criminal.
$MJNA
.
Where is the link with evidence of crimes committed?
Oh that's right, there is none because MJNA hasn't committed any crimes.
$MJNA
You are partially correct. Dixie has two product lines. THC and CBD.
The Dixie ThC products are only sold in Colorado at this time but the Dixie Botanicals (CBD products) are sold nationwide through their website:
http://dixiebotanicals.com
$MJNA
That stock is already worth more than double what they paid for it.
$MJNA
Nope, this stock has real products, real revenues, and real profits.
SA publishes articles from different bloggers so it is easy for them to have a negative article and then a positive one within a few days.
The low numbers last week were definitely a result of a coordinated effort to bring the stock down and the SA article was part of that.
$MJNA
That makes no sense. We have seen great support at .30 which has held for the past several days. If there was no support there we wouldn't be trading sideways, as you said, instead we would be going down. But that's not happening. We have support at .30.
I think most here are ok with hearing negative opinions as long as they are backed up with facts. Usually that isn't the case though. Usually it's just baseless claims by shorts trying to take the stock down.
$MJNA
What about that makes you leery?
He is right MJNA doesn't have anything to do with the direct cultivation, manufacturing, or distribution of marijuana.
They out source those tasks to their subsidiaries. It's a legitimate and smart way to handle things given the current federal law.
What about that is confusing to you?
$MJNA
Can you give a link to the PHOT/ cannavest connection? I haven't heard about that.
It would mean that MJNA and PHOT would have a small connection.
$MJNA
No, they are not all owned by the same person.
MJNA is owned by its share holders. As is PHOT and Cannavest. MJNA does own some shares in Cannavest as part of the recent deal to sell Phytosphere to Cannavest for 35 million in either shares or cash.
Cannabank is the only of the ones you named that is a private company.
Also, Can you post a link where you see the relationship between PHOT and Cannavest? I've never seen that and am curious what you are talking about.
$MJNA
They haven't diluted since the LOC was issued or the cannavest deal was reached so your argument is pointless.
$MJNA
Feast or famine huh?
Personally, I'd settle for dollar land sometime this year.
$MjNA
The fact is that since I've been following MJNA, almost a year now, that they have continuously followed through on what they have said they plan to do.
It's impressive.
$MJNA
That's a heck of a lot more profit than any other company in this sector takes in. Especially more than CBIS who takes in negative millions.
$MJNA
Proof? Link?
Oh, that's right, there is none!
$MJNA
