All off topic posts are technically TOU violations, as well as personal attacks, etc.
I provide a bit of leeway for friendly banter, etc.
So, just keep it clean and civil and stay on topic and you will be fine. If you want to say something positive or negative, that's fine. You are entitled to your opinion. Just stay on topic. Thanks.
OK folks, I've allowed quite a bit of leeway in terms of posts here, but I will be removing OT posts and taking further actions as necessary. Stay on topic. Keep it civil. No more warnings. Much appreciated. Thanks.
Please stay on topic. Off topic posts and other TOU violations will be removed. Continued violation will necessitate further appropriate action. Much appreciated. Thanks.
Agreed. Let them come when they come. No point in speculating.

Correct.
From 10Q:
Cost of sales on a percentage basis decreased to 13.14% of revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2007 as compared to 20.60% of revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2006 for a net decrease of 7.46%. The decrease in Cost of Sales as a percentage of revenue of -7.46% is primarily attributed to a decrease in labor costs associated with reduced customer support due to improvements in the overall product, reduction of client software & licensing expenses, and use of subcontractors in product development.
Agreed, I would imagine that we'll be seeing more about revenues soon. Hopefully, we'll get an update of booking more dealers for the software. GLTA.
Give them a call and ask them.
If you feel that's the case, perhaps you should move on. I know why I'm in this stock. Long and strong here. GLTA.
Half of that was restricted by the way.
Folks, please stay on topic. All off topic and any other TOU violations will be removed and further action will be taken if necessary. Much appreciated. Thanks.
Somebody quoted him?? An anonymous poster on a message board? Oh, I see. Then it must be fact :)
The CEO never made such a statement. Let's stick to the facts please.
Read all the posts. Many of the investors here have done extensive dd and have also contacted the company. You may want to do the same. GLTA.
It's gone up many days and is still way up from its initial run. It has come down considerably from its recent high which no-one likes to watch. I bought the company, not the play. I understand that many people buy the play. We're all different types of investors. I'm not a momo or flipper so I play the market differently and have done well.
I believe they are moving forward with their business plan at a rapid pace and I believe the stock will follow. I'm accumulating at these prices.
I disagree. I think this is a great medium and long term hold. Yes, its down, but that's what happens to stocks. They go up and down. I think the company is moving forward with their business plan at a rapid pace and the stock will follow shortly imo. GLTA.
Thanks for that update regarding the Nokia tablet.
Please stay on topic. All off topic posts and any other TOU violations will be deleted.
Folks.
It is a quiet friday, and there's been some leeway provided for off topic posts, but we need to get back on topic and stay there. All OT posts will be removed. Much appreciated. Thanks.
OK folks, everyone's had their fun, let's stay on topic please and let's keep it civil. Much appreciated. Thanks.
Yes, it'll be interesting to see what the day holds.
Since it was a friendly bit of banter, and I know you were joking and its a quiet day, I've restored it. I personally don't know what it stands for. Maybe p2d will tell us :) GLTA.
It's best not to speculate. It'll come when it comes. GLTA.
Maybe we shouldn't predict and just let news comes as it comes. GLTA.
DLAV company quick overview:
- otcbb fully reporting
- proprietary software products recently released that are revolutionizing the car dealership industry
- Exponentially growing sales and market traction
- Rapidly growing opportunities
- 115mil o/s; 35% held by insiders (all restricted) per CEO on 11/25/07
- More PRs to come as they close deals, etc
- Great deal of activity and major company turnaround
- Handheld wireless Nokia tablet being released in January/February
- Strong management focused on rapidly increasing shareholder value
- Recently engaged IR firm for cash, not shares, so no dilution
- Consistent IR effort moving forward
- Currently working with consultants to penetrate the european market
Lots of great info on the board, ibox, 10Q and the 2 recent PRs. GLTA.
Nice thought.
But there are no plans for a forward split. They are currently focused on moving forward with their business plan and rapidly increasing shareholder value. A forward split is not on their agenda. GLTA.
Well, I personally would hold, but I believe they can do whatever they like. So, they may be holding all of them, may have sold some, or may have sold all. Not sure.
The important thing is, those shares were used extremely wisely: to get into the european market.
Well, it certainly looks like they are on the fast track with their business plan. I think we'll see much higher days to come.
Of course, its not fun to watch the stock retrace but it happens to every stock. If this is back at .02 or above on Monday, we will have forgotten about this :) GLTA.
The S8 shares are restricted. There were 7 - 8 million issued to the consulting company who they are working with to penetrate the european market that are not restricted. The volume has been much higher than that over the last few days. So, I would imagine those have already been absorbed if the consultants have sold.
I have a large position as well which I am holding. Hoping for a positive day today and going into next week.
It is difficult to watch a stock retrace. It would be great if they all went straight up, but we all know the reality. This has been a strong retracement and I believe we will be moving back up shortly. I think there's lots to come.
GLTA.
Well, I'm in for the short and long term. I think this stock has a long way to go upward. There's always doom and gloom when a stock has had a major retracement. I've seen it happen all the time on practically every stock I've owned and they always come back hard. This is a real fully reporting company, with real software products. Each investor has to make his/her own decision. I'm not a chartist, never have been, never will be, and I've done very well in the stock market. I don't think anyone can predict where a stock is going for sure unless they have a crystal ball, otherwise we'd all be billionaires. GLTA.
I imagine one is coming shortly. Like the CEO said, stay tuned. Thanks.
Stocks go up and they go down. If you feel its over you may want to move on. I've been in stocks where people have said that and it went right back up. I'm looking for a buy opportunity here.
You should still be able to purchase stock. You just can't sell it for 3 days.
Nothing is for sure. Let's just let it do what its going to do. GLTA.
Everyone is welcome to their opinion, but please stay on topic. All off topic posts and personal attacks are TOU violations and will be removed. Let's try to keep it clean.
Please stay on topic and no personal attacks. Thanks.
I have no idea what you are talking about. I believe many people have spoken to or exchanged emails with the CEO. Do some leg work and put in a call or send an email. Make the effort, its not our job to do it for you. This is part of investing and doing your own DD. You should never make investment decisions based on what anyone tells you. You should do your own DD and make your own decisions. GLTA.
Well, send them an email and ask them. That's what most of us do.
Institutional investors are getting in, that's why they've brought it down imo to let them get in at cheaper prices. Once they've accumulated what they need, I believe this stock is headed back up quickly.
