Oswald2006, keep a "low profile" if you want to stay on iHub as "oswald2006". Remember what happened last time when you bothered too many people by trying to be an authority on too many subjects.
To answer your question:
The server had a temporary problem last night, which was nothing unusual. Every server is subject to failures of various types from time to time. It is an electronic device with software for guidance. It was repaired and restored to normal operation.
The Hypster website is performing very well this morning and should continue to perform well. Website performance and the server itself are no longer an issue and will not become an issue again in the foreseeable future, in my opinion.
Not if a broker has a 9 million share limit. Then it's just a large buy/sell broken into pieces by the broker.
All this over 18+k shares total today.
$3000 in sales. Whoopeee
Hmmm, ... everybody is holding their shares and there are FEW NEW investors. WE NEED A PR.
Concerning the fees for optionsXpress.com just go to their website. I must have got something about the fees wrong somehow. It certainly doesn't cost $10k to trade a million shares.
optionsXpress was rated #1 by Forbes 4 years in a row. They are quite responsive, full of information and always friendly.
BUT WHEN ??
$14 with optionsXpress at first, $9.95 after you trade a certain number of times.
$9.95 up to 1,000 shares, or $.01 / share @ 1,001 shares+ 1
No extra fees for Market or Limit orders, or Broker orders
Doesn't seem to be smakers of any kind today.
This is as exciting as watching grass grow.
Come on Jimmenknee, CALL THE MAN and tell us what he says about this PR. Friday morning would be a more strategic time to release one but I'd prefer to have it now. ( !! ) I'm bored.
Hey there, grumpy old dude !!
Go to this link and make an icon on your screen for it.

I hope you're right but from a distance, it appears that everybody "could" have had them at the same time, ...except for those brokers who didn't have certified shares to exchange.
I was a bit worried about who would and who would not get shares since there were clearly more shares on the market than there were supposed to be. (Counterfeit shares abound)
But my broker, optionsXpress, got the new shares settled into my account almost immediately, and I'm grateful.
Traders suffer so much grief from crooks in the marketplace.
Saw that. Almost all the volume are buys. How much spare inventory do you suppose that they have in their pockets before the value rises??
Thanks, I often wondered about those 999,999 trades but never asked anybody or read the answer anywhere before now.
I thought, "Who would do that?? Why not add one more share?" Now I know.
Like I said before, ...your brokers have a Naked Short problem, which they just don't care to cover at this time. So they simply don't have shares for you right now.
Nuff said.
You need a new broker. Paying a bit more in commissions feels worth the investment at a time like this.
Send the PR, Jim !!

Just bought into this one, JP.
I'm impressed with what people like yourself are reporting.
This looks like a genuine long-term investment with plenty of almost inevitable upward growth.
Did I say that?? Forgive me. Scratch that from the record.
JP, the math was pretty accurate according to the curve at that moment in time (right after the restoration of website performance). For some reason the momentum has dropped back and the math would now produce a smaller number.
I had predicted that there would be some serious damage to the momentum due to that extended period of poor performance, but after the final phase of the upgrade we witnessed a substantial surge in new users and I was quite willing to be wrong. Perhaps this is now the delayed reaction to the period mentioned above and will be only a temporary dip in new registrations.
Each generation of new users brings with it a whole new sphere of influence at the perimeter of those users (their contacts). So there is no reason to believe that substantial momentum will not return as time goes on, if the product continues to be attractive and relevant.
There is little more that we as investors could hope for in a corporate product than what Michael has provided thus far (growing pains are excused). We now await his new marketing plan to test his salemanship skills.
:O)
Exactly half of the trades since noon have been the buying of 100 shares per trade. A $15 trade is NOT an investor!!
When a sail boat has no wind in its sails it's at the mercy of the sea. The sea can do whatever it will to that vessel. (occupants hang on.) And when a stock is drifting without any momentum or direction it's at the mercy of the Market Makers. They can do whatever they will to that stock. (occupants hang on.)
We need some wind for the sails of this vessel.
(Jim, are you watching and listening??)
Penny, "pre-split" value? What are you asking the board Eric?
"I feel your pain," ...to quote a past politician. But if this CEO waits two more weeks because some brokers are short and don't consider it a priority to bother with a little issue like DVFA for a few of their bottom-feeder Pink-Traders (not my opinion, ...theirs) …then this stock will have lost a lot of value by then.
And what if after another two weeks, certain brokers are still making excuses and claiming that the dog ate their paperwork and they had to re-issue their request again, so it will be another two weeks?? Then what?
If one broker can get the new shares, they all can get the new shares within a couple of days of one another for the same delivery request.
That's only my opinion, ...and I've never owned a brokerage firm, so there is a possibility that I'm wrong. But I doubt it. Those who have not received the settled DFVA shares when the PR arrives will ride the waves together with us in our upward journey.
Send the News, Jim, lest we perish together with you as the ship sinks slowly into the dark abyss of “no information.”
Ok, read the Help file. Maybe it explains something about that unknown volume.
I dunno.
“?Vol” is volume that occurred and is not verifiable as a Buy or Sell. They're not sure what the trader had in mind on those.
Maybe it passed between the spread??
Now this board beginning to be entertaining.
If that happened to me, I'd have a new broker by this afternoon.
PS - optionsXpress is GREAT.
Yeah, ...AutoZone will be selling a conversion kit to run our cars on coal. No problem, we probably won't be needing any domestic oil if there's a recession.
laughed and laughed.
:O)
There's a great idea: "Pinky Rehab"
It might become so popular and successful that you could take the company public. (In the Pinks, of course)
:O)
Speaking of friends, ...did you notice that Chapter11 was tossed into Jail for 60 days recently?
No more news and market advice from Chapter11 for a while.
Jimmenknee, would you consider acting as a spokesman for a large group of investors today in suggesting to our CEO that hesitation or delay in the presentation of the much anticipated PR might be a very bad idea??
A sound business plan is due. The initial introduction should not happen much later than NOW. We need to know what's real and we need to know what his dreams are. A man who dreams big can often rise to that level. A man without big dreams spends more time fishing in a neighbor's pond.
Which is it gonna be for DVFA?
A $13.50 trade? Not retail !! There should be a black and white poster on the wall of the Post Office with the face the guy who made that trade.
Remove the crooks from this marketplace and the lives of honest investors would sure be different!!
“Shooting star,” … "Long-Legged Doji," … “Dragonfly,” … “Hanging man”
…what about the Flying Alligator or a Naked Avalanche ??
EGAD (!!) We’re waiting for a PR to give details after a R/M. That’s simple to understand. The charts might say anything at this point but that doesn’t answer the question of what Jim Daniels is going to present to the shareholders soon.
:O)
I think that some here are emotionally burned out. Counting Registered Users can be a tiring task every day.
I noticed (as you did) this interesting phenomenon. When the market closed last night, the postings just stopped. There were 4 posts after the close and then it just stopped for over two hours. Everyone was exhausted, ...that's all that I could figure to be the reason. Some boards (and this has been one in the past) are alive until 1:30am with continual chatter, hundreds of postings in the off hours. And often that activity comes when there is nothing but gossip and rumors to chew on.
Go figure.
This is an active board, but there seems to be some emotional exhaustion from trying to lift a heavy load. Maybe it’s time to relax a bit and take a breather before the September lift comes. The Hypster Website is operating well and all is on-track. Everybody take a deep breath, …now exhale long and slow.
See my secretary as you leave, she’ll schedule another appointment if you feel it’s necessary.
:O) ...No, I'm not. I must agree that he handled that period of time poorly, in my opinion. He is to blame for poor management. Great product, but it's not up and running yet.
In his defense, I believe that the greatest problem for ADNN was the Bashers on this board. They successfully orchestrated the fall of the pps through fear-mongering techniques. If the pps had not been devastated by those (XX@#X^) types, Keith would not have had those last minute problems with financing and singing up long-term advertisers. They were reluctant to commit to a sinking ship. There was no reason for the pps to fall like it did except for the fear merchants who were willing to say anything if they thought it would cause people to sell.
Then the MMs are involved in this drop in value as well. They had shorted this stock to death and had a serious interest in it continuing to the bottom where it would (hopefully, in their minds) not be able to rise again, ...so they would never have to cover their shorts and naked shorts.
Remove all the crooked players on the outside of ADNN and we'd be looking at a completely different situation today !!
This might be the time to mention that you are indeed an excellent Moderator. It may be an almost thankless position when performed well, ...so I'd like to thank you while I'm thinking about it.
I couldn't pull it off. I'm frequently deleted for anger toward people who seem to enjoy doing and/or witnessing harm to others. That sort of attitude and behavior makes me angry and I often call them on it and then ... DELETED MESSAGE.
I've owned this for a while. I thought that it had potential and bought in, ...and then watched it slip down, and finally into a coma. I was pleased to discover last week that it's come alive somewhat.
I'm considering Vantillian's concerns. His opinions today were serious.
4HeAlone is an interesting title, depending upon who "He" is.
So what are you saying? That ADNN was a victim? The SEC agrees with you. They filed against the two who created the ads and took the money. They didn't mention ADNN as anything other than a victim. So why bring it up in conjuction with the "I blame the CEO ..." part?
Cy, the silence is obviously something that Wil has decided upon. You may therefore not receive an answer and if the silence is part of a plan, we need to hold it together a bit longer within that environment.
If he has something new going on that we're waiting to hear about, then nothing is going to change his mind until the right time.
I wrote to Wil recently and suggested that if in fact the naked shorts will have to be covered in October, that buying will cause some genuine activity. That would be a great time to announce something new, ...to stir the pot about that time might cause a predictable and much appreciated reaction in the pps of this sleeper.
I didn't ask for or anticipate a response from him, I was only making a suggestion that such timing might be good to shoot for.
I agree. Holding expensive shares is ridiculous if I don't buy more at this price!!
I hate the waiting but buying makes the time pass. Every wife who loves to shop knows that.
Oh for cryin out loud, ..."In the coming week" means or is the same as saying, "Within this upcoming week"
It's not a vague statement because although there is some flexibility regarding which day it will be, there are also absolute boundaries. But some people use that phrase when they don't really "mean" it. What they meant to say was something like "in a week or so."
.24 is only a heartbeat away but it looks like it may take a surge of hungry buying to get above that mark.
This I know, ...if people don't sell what they have the value goes up.
Anybody willing to buy a few shares at .18 so that we close green?
No magic here, they're just walking it down a bit while they can. A pause in enthusiasm allows them to do that EVERY time.
We anticipate that a dynamic business plan is soon coming, Mr. Daniels.
A great plan could be ill received amidst the grumbling if it arrives late.
CEO stated that he would not "promise" but the Wednesday word was used. We can probably expect it within a week of that date. Unfortunately people will begin to murmur and grumble if it doesn't come this Wednesday ...and grumbling at this point, ... " that can't be good."
