Well the waiting game goes on for Alex Cavasin to step up, and give a PR relating to the company. I do have a plan B if he intends to walk away thinking he can keep his technology improvements for himself. If you own a cert, or are waiting for one hang onto those, and don't throw them away. I plan to take legal action to get get control of every innovation A/C owns, and form a consortium with cert holders to reform the company with ownership rights to AC's processes. Stock traders will be S-O-L, because I have no intention of rebuilding Alcard as Alcard. We may remain a private group, or go public after the dust settles, but that would be something to think about in a few years. The point is there is a way to recover our investments, and more than likely make some respectable pofits for our time. The number of cert shares I'd recognize would be limited to the company float of course. Basicly the maximum number of float shares could control what the company owns. More than likely the certs won't exceed 20 mil shares, and those will be the only people that will be invited to join the comsortium. Don't ask me to explain how I plan to do it, because I'm not tipping my hand at this point to anyone.
Well isn't that intresting that it came from Skokie Ill. It more than likely relates to the full accounting of the company pior to merger, but the Skokie connection must be the mailing address used to collect data. Maybe related to the science park hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

The reason I bought this stock is, because I understand the technology. It's the only pick sheet that offers something I can't shoot holes in, and I can do a back of envelope calc to show it will be profitable without goverment grants to keep it alive. The enzyme conversion to ethanol is nice, but the money is in the plastic resins. $1.50 per gal. vs $10 per gal. If the price of crude oil takes off, and goes higher this technology could dominate the industry world wide. I know the Doc boasts about a 40% improved yeild, but if his process only offers a 3% improvement it's still the market leading technology in the field. If it's anywhere near 40% this is a gold mine so to speak. I'll expect 2-3%, and be pleasantly surprised if it does better.
Anyone going to call Cavasin? these are the only matches in both Canada, and the United States. I have 3 other matches in Italy under the Italian first name for Alexander. the dude will have to hide the rest of his life to stop me from locating him. Next step will be the Salt Lake LDS relative list.

Ask Mr. Sung he might know something. Here's the number I dug up. (514) 932-9442. It might be a close relative insted of his, but if you act like your a buddy they might give you the new number.
The rules do matter, but the time frame, and the amount they have, or will buy daily is unknown.
Just going off MP's post, and it would make sense to me that as a company I wouldn't buy a single share until the Doc signed the final agreement. Don't know what's going on any more than anyone else.
Well at least your holding a core in your IRA. Can't say it's a scam or not yet, but looking at things as always.
We are still within the stock buy back period, if there really is one. The LOI said 30 million share stock (buy back), and MP posted the rules regarding the 25% max daily avg vol allowed during a buy back. At 500k per day it ends mid June, and at 400k it ends mid July. Somewhere around mid July we will have a PR, or it's a scam. Sell if you'd like, but Siam is limited on the number of shares they can buy in a day. So after they've bought 400-500k price support is gone for the day. Just My opinion.
Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr we have a cheery bunch here today. I think now that the Select America issue is behind us the companies will move forward with the process. It would not surprise me if we get news next week. ;)
HMMMMMMMMMMM I DON,T THINK YOUR ZIPPER GOES ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP. take the next bus
found only in the WHAH WHAH MOUNTAINS of utha in gem quality. all other sources are cloudy. synthetic is dirty word to a collector. lol
Well if you had any thoughts that ACMG was a dirty pirated shell you can put those thoughts to rest. You can bet they went through every stock handled by select america, and we passed inspection. SAY AMEM SOMEBODY!!!!!!! The fickle finger of fate passed us by.
Now how am I going to spend all those millions I'm going to make on ACMG over the next few years?
I KNOW!!!! I'll buy a 1 kt. Bixbite. Lets see if any of you know what that is. Very Rare.
I own 2 emerald cut .15 Kt Bixbite, and they cost me $300 wholesale for S2 quality.
That's the way I see it. Nothing out of the ordinary.
You'd have a new phone in a week or so. He just isn't answering phone calls.
Let me give you a clue. Cepsa is into what kinds of petro chemicals? Don't over look the plastic.
The parent company that owns the biggest piece of Petresa has 2 large Brazilian plants I believe.
The company is on vacation????? Well you hear something new everyday. lol
Looks like your 100% correct on the 25% rule.
I'm thinking something is in the works that we as a whole are not aware of. To much volume with strong support to be a head fake.
a) Shareholder of record list released
b) the stock is going to be removed from the reg sho list
c) Siam management (not the doc) in contact with T/A
d) Docs have been filed somewhere concerning the merger, and news leaked
e) news leak out of BHL R&D has India funds buying.
f) Freinds and family connected to Siam are buying all they can.
g) The doc is having relatives buy the stock
h) Uranis is in the house of Neptune, and Pluto is in the dominate position moving in and out of alignment with Uranis.
Don't give away the farm bro it's only 30 million shares max. lol
Jenthico posted the buy back rule awhile ago, and I believe it limits buying to the avg daily volume, and not 25% of said volume.
RRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr me pretty las. Yee be quote'n book, chapter, and verse of thy Aldard PR. I'ssss got one small problem with yee quotes.
((Location Facility(in 2 phases-Quebec-Phase II and (Natchez MS Phase III both presently acquired)-Launch-Production en masse-Sales that adapt to Market Demand and finally Success))
RRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrr we not been given a address, a photo, or a financial accounting of thy moneys spent on these invisible production locaions. They be but a dream, and yee can't find ummm with thee current discription.
OK......... I'm going to speculate on the buying today.
The T/A has found their round-to-it, and has released the shareholders of record list. This of course gets leaked to the MM's with NS shares, and they know they only have 4-5 days to cover.
Maybe a brand new webpage with all kinds of new details about Siam, and real phone numbers, and addresses, and a new ceo.
I can dream. lol
Well I haven't a clue at this point, and I live 5000 miles away in Oregon. So yah. lol
I hope someone saved copies of the LOI, and all other commmunications posted on the website.
Well that depends on the Delaware state law, and what we could leverage to keep the company on the books. It could be $1 a month to buy us another month.
Wow!! do you have a nice rack to go with that lack of modesty? This board could get exciting with the right answer. LOL
Just kidding of course
The question is can we take control of the company, and the technology if Alex has abandon the company, and his legal respondsabilty to the share holders. AND could we screw both Siam, and Alex by making a small payment towards the taxes owed in Delaware, and throw a monkey wrench into swapping pinky shells by keeping this one alive. If acmg is alive the technology belongs to the company not Alex, or Siam.
If Siam exists this is how I see the game plan being played out. ACMG is locked into a buyin contract that will be capped in value with the spin off of ARTL. ARTL will be a horse of a different color where Siam won't be locked into contract restictions, and will be able to buy all the shares with a clear buyout offer to control the future royalties on the technology. Like wise the doc's shares won't be resticted, and he will have control and voting rights over his 68 million shares. Siam will enter ATRL owning only 30 million shares, and we stock holders will have the remaining 15 million shares of float. ARTL has major potential with lisencing agreements, additional production plants, and manufacturing of reactors. The doc will still have voting control, but able to sell if the price is right, and Siam will make a full buyout offer soon after the spin off IMO, before the value gets to high. The doc wants about $1 billion for his technology. So if ACMG has a capped value with 4 production plants of $7 per share lets say. The doc would make close to $500 on ACMG, and if we get a offer for ARTL it should be simlar in value, because the Doc would be giving up all those years of royalty dividends, and a projected stock price of $20 plus per share spinning off ARTL. So using back of envelope calc I would expect a $7 per share ARTL buyout offer within 12 months of the spin off. This only applies if Siam is real, and not a make believe company.
Risk vs reward, and one big assed carrot hanging on a stick infront of us. Is it to good to be true? I can think of a few companies like HANS, and GOOG that were considered just POS companies a few years ago. So if the LOI is true then we can expect ACMG to grow, and reach a value around $7 per share in 4 year, and we make a quick killing off ARTL with a buyout offer within a year, or so for around $7 per share.
Could be ARTL will dillute the shares over a period while they build manufacturing plants for the reactors, and buy them up until they control the stock that way, but the price might be higher than $7. So I expect a quick offer to buy ARTL.
Risk vs Reward....... place your bets, and take your chances with the ACMG loto.
Can any of you old timer acmg holders explain this?

a few days/a week?
If he's there, he'll be found. Those that are looking don't have a sense of humor, or play games with foreigners. They are Thai buy the way.
I'll give it better than 50/50 if he's in Thailand. If he's not I'll come up cold, but maybe get a sniff of where he went to.
Well the flip side is if I'm able to make contact with the Doc over in Thailand, and get some kind of confermation I'll buy it all back hopefully cheaper before I post the news lol.
Not really Jacks fault, and I admit to being a bit greedy, and buying more than I sould have of this stock. Still with a million shares I'll enjoy that $1.00 a share if it ever happens, and I'll have a million shares of the spin off company to boot.
Me too, but that's life in the market, and it doesn't matter if your playing large caps or pinks. Companies can screw investors at any level, but only the small caps can offer extreem profits. Just ask all those Enron investors about the safty of large caps.
TH3 I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions on your email contact.
Well guys good luck I trimmed down to where I won't get totally screwed if the stock tanks. Only holding 1 million now, and won't be selling that for the rest of the year. Took a $18,000 hit selling my 1.1 mil trading shares, but that's life. Now watch the stock will turn around and fly. If that's the case it only takes 1.8 cents above my cost base to cover my lose with what I'm holding. I'm still waiting on my search results for the Doc. Will let you all know when I locate the Jack Ass, and hopefully I'll get a contact phone number.
I hope to have some information on the doc's location in the next few days. I'll pass on what I find out.
