welcome aboard Homersbud, that we know of....the closing of the Mako Technologies deal, announcements of new Proteus (TM)orders, and new products and services and contracts. so much this is such a dynamic sector.
confirmed reverse for the chart, all indicators pointing upward, and NEWS on the way, i see a storn coming.
how thin it is, this is going to be something when NEWS starts coming out.
great move right here, something in the works perhaps.
don't think we should second guess, as we saw by the price action on monday the troutman deal was not factored into the current share price, only for a few flippers it was, and so we stand at the current market value. The company seems to be working actively to increase shareholder value and when the next plan comes, and the meeting passes we will have a better understanding of the whole situation.
uw86, i am well aware that many of us on here were anticipating the meeting, but i'm sure that we also were looking forward to the meeting, so that management could answer questions regarding Troutman. Since that situation has changed management may have another acquisition in the works, or they may even be having an issue with scheduling and getting everyone there, i have put in an email o IR and will see what I can gather. For now there is no need to "panic", this is the ground floor.
i think your right, it is important to have this meeting, but to reschedule it shows that they have something to work out before the actual meeting, not that something may be wrong, just trying to get prepared.
nice to see the technical bounce here, with many of the indicators on the chart showing buy, and that ACC/ Dis line looking great, this is heating up.
just waiting on new developments now.
good sized and steady hits on the ask seems to be the order of the day, looking strong for the next push upwards.
looking extremely healthy here, nice to see an earliy buying opportunity created by weak hands, right before the name change and possible other announcements.
the name change will certainly increase that demand, and bring more market awareness, new website will allow them to further the business and provide essential information for potential clients, and the line of credit will only lead to an acquisition that will satisfy management.
this will allow us to be much stronger, and these shares are being transferred to those who can wait for everything that has just started to unfold.
the company did a good thing here people, would it be better if they went through with the LOI, only to place themselves into financial distress and eventually be a memory?i like good sound decisions, thats why i add.
and me.... we have so much to look forward to that it will be great to start seeing this become more and more of what management wants.
Updated monthly volume chart:
here is the new updated monthly volume chart, with the last three months of comparison charting. This is great to see how low level volume, mixed in with Market Maker Manipulation, when in reality, none of the Market Makers saw an increase in share volume last month. The volume waiting on the sidelines is really going to get this moving.great stuff, very bullish.

and the great part brikk is that no one is saying if, just when, shows how great companies do great things.
rememeber that the October 11th PR stated:
"Lieutenant Commander Boucher brings a wealth of military and marine experience, expertise, and contacts to Deep Down and its subsidiaries."
that will be great to start hearing about as well as:
His primary focus will be on servicing the growing number of commercial and government clientele including energy related companies, major shipyards, the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Coast Guard.
i agree brikk, and we certainly can see this from the companies growth so far, both organically and inorganically. Managements focus has been quality and certainly they are heading in the right direction.
an uplisting, new clients and products, and acquistions seem like very good possiblities for 2008.
I still suffer from DDSBS (Deep Down Share Buying Syndrome) and have been adding when i can.
management is building something great and with the right fundamentals many will see themselves being left behind, but for now we have a great opportunity to add.
P.S. many of you have asked if I could update the Monthly Share Buying Report Charts for the past month, i will certainly be doing that tonight, and since I have looked over them, I think it will give us all a clear picture of what went on.great stuff, very bullish.
i like that idea brikk, and with mansion, lets move on to buying an island.
hey its a great way of putting things into perspective and certainly one that most of us can relate too. :)
great posts here this weekend guys, and I also agree with the general consensus. The truth is that this can be looked at in much the same way that many of us can relate to, I would equate this merger to the purchase of a new house by anyone of us.
take for example this:
-you are looking to purchase a house (Troutman LOI)
-you put in your initial $$$$ sign to show you are a serious buyer, under contract sign goes up (CMMI 10k to hold the deal up)
-you pay for a thorough inspection to be done on the house (period of time given to do DD)
-inspection finds mold and termites in the basement and throughout the structure(DD shows red flags)
-retract or decline your offer (decline LOI to acquire Troutman)
making this decision was a very smart thing to do on your part in the example given, here we can apply the same principles.
onto the next house (merger), great to see management looking for quality and wanting to maintain a focus on the core business structure.
i agree, we all can see how thin this is at each level, and with everyday that passes those who sell transfer those shares to those who are accumulating and holding very long.
top100prospect, please dont try to manipulate my words or the truth, i said nothing has changed and NOTHING HAS CHANGED, call the company and find out? are you trying to seriously say that because a company was releasing PR's weekly they must continue to do so indefinitely? let's be serious, when REAL company has things that are WORTH putting PR's out they will do so, you may be used to fluff PR's just to keep shareholders happy, what for?
i understand what you are trying to do and why you want the pps to go to $0.93, the only reason is for YOU to get you order filled, not for the "Success of the company", as i regret to inform you that the "success of a company" is not determined by a chart.
exactly, charts are great and when used properly they can aid in trading and very short term trading at that, but realistically what guides a chart north or south is many more forces the Moving Averages and RSI's, etc. it is a combination of all and the main component is fundamentals. Charts are a mere representation of fundamentals, then you mix some MMM down here, and you have the lovely place we call the OTC.
nothing has changed in the company, nothing.
if i many correct you, in the last three trading sessions the buys outnumbered the sells, your proposed theory doesnt take into account MMM.
hey ickyy, i would like to respectfully criticize what you are saying:
1. if you believe this is a "turd" why dont you sell?
2. do you really limit the way you feel or trade a stock to what a website tells you to do?
i'm with you aj, if thats the case then i'm still waiting fro the gap in MA to fill at the $45.92 range, currently sitting at $200.70:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=MA&p=D&yr=2&mn=0&dy=0&id=p72278675831
and my AAPL gap to fill in the $54 range, currently sitting at $184.73:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=aapl&p=D&yr=2&mn=0&dy=0&id=p72278675831
very nice hits going off now, this is great to see, big blocks are back.
very nice strength building here today, many scans going off tonight, this should get interesting. accumulation evident.
huge move here, the buy pressure is building, news and we go.
1.17 by 1.20 now
I think we could all agree that Volkswagen and Daimler AG are huge players in the automoile industry. Would you agree that they seem to set the standard along with all the other major car manufactures, as to what technology is implemented and used in cars and trucks today, I mean they do make the cars we drive. :)
its only a matter of time before biofuel is a standard regulation, like the transition from leaded to unleaded, then to part ethanol, etc.
so lets take a look at some resent headlines, and oooo would you look at that:
Volkswagen Becomes Shareholder in Biofuel Company CHOREN
Main goal of Volkswagen’s commitment is the widespread market introduction of BTL, a second-generation biofuel
Oct 11, 2007
source: Volkswagen AG
do you think Volkswagen see that BioDiesel fuel is the future?
here is the full article:
Wolfsburg, October 11, 2007 – Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft and Daimler AG have each acquired a minority shareholding in CHOREN Industries GmbH, Freiberg. Contracts to this effect were signed today in Freiberg. The main goal of the commitment by the two companies is the widespread market introduction of BTL (biomass to liquid), a climate-friendly second-generation synthetic fuel.
Volkswagen and Daimler have been investigating potential applications, the economic feasibility and the energy balance of BTL jointly with CHOREN since 2002. The shareholdings in CHOREN acquired by the two companies are an important step towards the systematic use of second-generation biofuels and support the further project development of world scale BTL production plants: with a planned annual production capacity of some 200,000 metric tones, such plants represent a milestone for the envisaged widespread market introduction.
CHOREN is currently building the world’s first commercial industrial scale BTL plant (Beta plant) at its Freiberg site. From 2008, the plant is expected to produce approx. 15,000 metric tons of fuel a year. This would be sufficient to meet the annual requirements of some 15,000 cars. CHOREN also plans to build the first reference plant in Germany, a Sigma 1 plant, with an annual capacity of 200,000 metric tons. It is hoped to announce a decision on the location of such a plant by the end of the year. The planned Sigma plants have the potential to contribute significantly towards realizing the German government’s climate protection targets. 10 to 15 CHOREN BTL plants could save up to 3 million metric tons of CO2 by 2020.
“Volkswagen has been calling for and supporting the development and industrial production of second-generation biofuels, known as SunFuels, for a long time,” Dr. Wolfgang Steiger, Head of Group Research, Powertrains, underlined. “Compared with the first generation, these second-generation biofuels can in fact as much as triple hectare yields, they do not compete with food production and they help to reduce greenhouse gases by approx. 90%.
With this financial commitment, the Volkswagen Group is supporting the industrial-scale realization of biogenic synthetic fuels as part of its “Driving ideas” campaign, and thus systematically continuing to move closer to sustainable mobility.”
The partners will also be stepping up cooperation to shape the framework for the sustainable market introduction of BTL fuels. “In particular the realization of Sigma 1 needs a calculable and long-term perspective for the sale of BTL beyond 2015. Present considerations which are exclusively based on CO2 for established technologies will not be sufficient for introducing innovations,” Tom Blades, CEO at CHOREN, commented.
BTL is an ultrapure fuel, virtually free of sulphur and aromatics which combusts with extremely low emissions and has an excellent CO2 balance. BTL is produced from various
types of biogenic feedstock and residue, and thus hardly competes with food and fodder production. No adjustment of existing fuel infrastructure is necessary for the distribution and storage of BTL. In addition, BTL is compatible with current as well as future diesel engine technology.
For quite some time now, Volkswagen has been supporting the socially, ecologically and economically-compatible cultivation of organic resources for the production of second-generation biofuels. This could be achieved by taxation on biofuels oriented to both CO2 efficiency (primary criteria) and sustainability criteria such as the use of fertilizers or pesticides, the protection of rainforests, social standards and employment potential.

nice find doogdilinger.
welcome back rocketstocks, hope your trip was good and you enjoyed yourself.everything is the same, just some low volume market maker manipulation, with no news, equals the market makers getting their way, all is good with the company though.
steady as she goes guys, this is all on low volume, remember what you own.nothing has changed.

the fact is that the we are sitting on over $12 million of fuel at the Intercontinetal Fuel, LLC terminal we own and are about to acquire a $23.5 million dollar company. not to shabby.
"The terminal has 160,000 barrels of capacity and is serviced by a three bay loading rack situated on 10 acres."
160,000 * $89 a barrel = $14,240,000

great move here today, i think investors are starting to realize and accumulate this before the "changes" for the better start happening.
