The stock is in transition between transfer agents as of 6/6 according to the DTC. Which means the shareholders of record were released on that date, or around that date to the company. The fiduciary respondsibility of SAT has been completed finally with the release of the shareholders of record. IMO

1. From Pete, who learned to know, that there definiteley is a change of the TA.
2. Misterymate talked to the Pygorgenesis guy, who confirmed the integrity of Mr. Cavasin (ok, I hear some complaining, that people can change...)
3. We closed green today.

Of course it's obvious, that the man from the publicoreport-site is the same on the ACMG-website - the question if this Mr. Cavasin is the same Mr. Cavasin, who worked for Pyrogenesis is....ridiculous, IMHO - I really like conspiracy theories, but this is much too weird.

Of course no one knows, who made them in the end, but assuming, there was a telephone communication between Homer and Cavasin, in which Homer was told to make some minor changes in the website - obviously ONE change we found and this was in the Business Plan.
You can be sure, it was NOT Homer, who re-wrote this sentence, he is just a service person, who implements the things he gets ordered.
And of course we also don't know, why this change was made, but again: it shows, someone seems to "take care" about the information displayed in the Business Plan - for what reasons, we can only speculate...but isn't that all we can do so far?
We can speculate for the bad AND for the good - I prefer to hope instead of giving up.

I'm impressed of your feedback and more of the patience of us to hold this to the bitter (or happy) end...
On this MB we have 43 shareholders so far, on RB I guess, it's not more than five or six people (I'm not visiting RB that often...) - which would make around 50 people.
Furthermore it would be interesting, how many of us added shares the last two months and how much.
Please don't tell me, because I'm not feeling comfortable with the numbers of shares published in a MB.
I'm still trying to figure out, if it really could be possible, that we were the ones, who bought the shares in April, May and June - I still can't believe it.

So the question is:
Are we all stupid and/or greedy and get the punishment, we deserve, because we didn't see the signs?
It's no question the red flags are incredible big today, BUT then there comes something along like the tiny change in the Business Plan last week, where it says "...where an existing building is to be acquired."
If you made some millions of money pumping up the price through lies, why would you care, if the BP says "the building has been acquired" or "...is to be aquired."
To say, he made it for legal reasons, doesn't sound reasonable:
If you stole some millions, you couldn't care less about the question of a building acqired or not - even if someone would blame him, that he didn't buy the building, though stating it...no, this is a NO-issue in terms of the assumed big picture of a scam.
Still the question is: WHY was the BP changed in this point - and ONLY there?

Maybe I am too investigative here, maybe there is an other simplier answer, I would appreciate to hear it...

He sent this mail to seventeen other shareholders as I could see, because he made a mistake with the adresses, so everyone of us 18 could see the mail adresses of the others (I sent a mail to one person from this list some weeks ago, assuming he would be jerseyboy, but was wrong maybe...).

To me it seems, as if he couldn't trust SAT anymore or they didn't provide him with the numbers he needed.
But these two mails are one of the reasons I was confident and am still holding, because it didn't make any sense to me to ask some of the shareholders about their sharecount, if you want to dilute as hell (from 100mio to 250mio for example) - why care, if one has 100.000 or 200.000 shares, if you'll throw tens or hundreds of millions in the market??

But what do I know...lol

No, the USSE-deal was announced 12/06/06 and the change of Name and AS was at 12/22/06 (someone on this board posted this).
I received these two mails from Mr. Cavasin at 12/03/06:

"Good Morning,
I am presently updating our stockholders list and would appreciate if you could take a few minutes to let me know if you are still a shareholder in ACMG and how many shares you are holding.
I would appreciate a speedy reply, possibly by tonight, and apologize for any inconvenience.

And some hours later, after we replied:

"Thank you all for your prompt reply. This information is helping in fighting the shorts we identified.

So to me it seems, it was in preparation for the MOU with USSE, he needed the sharecount.
