Well said Ward. In my experience with trade shows, the PR should have been released at least 60-90 days in advance of the show to allow new clients to arrange travel plans, purchase tickets, hotel etc. In addition to a PR, their website should be flying high with banners "Come visit us at the CES in Las Vegas Jan 08-11, 2007, Booth # Sands 72440" , especially with the new improved CT that is now ready for delivery. Both the PR and website banners cost next to nothing.
From your research you give Michael F. Roy, VP of Sales and Marketing - mroy@hissusa.com . Is he still with the company and if he is, Fredo should look for a replacement. As a VP of marketing, he should have this taken care of months ago. This is Marketing 101. It is a bit disturbing.
