DrFeelgood, That Share Count was signed by Gerald Parkin. He is or isn't involved with the company anymore (we really don't know). Also Gerald Parkin said (in one of his PR's) that ARUS' gold production should easily reach $70,000,000.00 by the end of 2007. Strange that they would need a $10,000,000.00 bond issue at this time. - Misterbull
keithhpkns, The truth is no shareholder (excludes management and the TA) has ever known the share count. The last "semi-official" count by the company was stated at: "less than 400,000,000". - Misterbull
VivaLasVegas, Disprove them and I'll buy you an ice cold coke-a-cola. - Misterbull
optiskeptic, Guess that's why America is the number 1 country that most of the rest of the world would like to live in. - Misterbull
ThSeeker, They provide proof of nothing, because there is nothing to provide proof of. They have not mined the gold they said they have (or they don't own it). They do not have certified third party evaluations of their assets. There is no shareholder's meeting. There is no proxy. There is a shell with hopefull "management" that wants to dump their stock by selling the "company". There is no buy-out. What we as shareholders get is what there is - NOTHING. It's not complicated. - Misterbull
It is obvious that AURUS' value will remain at these levels (< 0.10) for several years unless there is a buy-out. Management is focusing on selling the "company" instead of developing the "company". The ten million dollar bond will never be fully funded. Anyone would be a fool to put bond money in a company where management "fails" (LIES) time after time. Too much energy (mine included) is being dedicated to this stock with such little hope to produce a profit. Lack of information from management equals - there is no information. This stock is a hopefull pinky that is more than likely to go nowhere and do nothing. Will I sell - NO. Will I buy more - NO. This stock and its management are duds. Good luck to all longs in 2008. - Misterbull
wjw2sq, That's the point. The stock is worth what the market says it is worth. - Misterbull
wjw2sq, That's true, BUT, "I wasn't on that job". - Misterbull
ThSeeker, Very true. The shareholders are the last to be paid. - Misterbull
Crazy Maniac, If you as an investor had $10,000.00 to invest in ARUS, would you buy bond or stock? My point is you get more value (and more risk) by buying the stock. - Misterbull
adams, Looks like today ARUS sells for $0.035. - Misterbull
wjw2sq, I'll sell you all of my shares for $0.54. Want to do a deal today? - Misterbull
adams, Another thing to keep in mind is the value of the BOND ($10,000,000.00)in relation to the value of the ARUS company (260,000,000 Shares X 0.038 = $9,880,000.00). So one has to wonder why anyone would buy the bond when they could buy the entire company for less money. Any thoughts? - Misterbull
GordonGecko, Hello and what is it one should look out for within this company? - Misterbull
adams, Here is the real deal. Listen up! The bond is posted on the yellow sheets with the total amount, interest rate and duration (Call) date. Now many companies list on the yellow sheets to raise capital. What happens next is there will have to be buyers of the bond that think the 12% potential return is worth the risk of buying a ARUS bond. The high interest rate being offered to potential buyers (12%) is an indication of the RISK that the bond buyers will have to take. The bond may be fully subscribed, or it may be under subscribed. The best outcome for ARUS is that the bond is fully subscribed and they raise the entire amount minus standard fees. So the question is: Do you think that a bond buyer will buy part of this bond if the information known and verified about this company is what we (shareholders) know? - Misterbull
VivaLasVegas, What stock might that be? -
Misterbull
Where is the shareholder meeting? Also did we make the 300 Million Dollars in 2007, that Parkin stated in 2006 that we would make? - Thanks. - Misterbull
goldwingeurope, You are a smart cookie. 2008 should be VERY BAD for the American stock markets. The US Dollar is worth dirt right now. Recession on the way. Good move goldwingeurope. PS. One also has to watch out for the "bundled" mystery mortgages many money market mutial funds can now own in their portfolios. - Misterbull
sometimes_right, Thanks for the advice. Last Sunday I did go gold prospecting and found quite a nice chunk (placer mining). Can't say I found more gold than ARUS has produced; also cant't say I can't either. - Misterbull
sometimes_right, There is very little in the REAL world I accept at face value. The older I get, the more I know better. Look at Putin. Nothing more than a modern day thug murderer. Most people could name at lease two people he has (had) murdered within the past two years. Still can't figure out why Time didn't pick Osama bin Laden as the most influential person in the world in 2001. - Misterbull
sometimes_right, Do people still read Time magazine? Wonder how long it will take Putin to have it translated into Russian? Hope he is not using the ARUS method; It would be a long time before he could stroke his ego. - Misterbull
When is the shareholder's meeting? When are the facts and figures from the third party going to be presented? When is management going to let us know silly things like share count, who they bought the mining machinery from, where all the Kilos of gold they already mined are located - and what entity can verify this? Oh my, my, my so many things are such a mystery; why is this? Anyone have an answer, or just another guess? - Misterbull
keithhpkns, Load up all you want to. All I see here is still unverifiable hot air from ARUS. BOD, I'm still waiting! - Misterbull
dreaminofsailin, That's where I differ from a basher. I'd truly like this stock to go to the moon. I just don't like and don't trust our BOD's BS. - Misterbull
mariaone, Great idea if the BOD would comply, which they won't. Why because it is so simple to do, ANY OTHER COMPANY would have already done it. - Misterbull
cfpjbs, Why should ANY stockholder need to go to such extremes to gather information about a company that any BOD could provide with a simple PR that could be confirmed? That is the piont! If I thought going to Russia would verify the "Pie in the Sky" PR's, I'd go. You see I have a sister-in-law who lives in London that reads, writes & speaks Russian better than Putin. If the "Pie in the Sky" PR's were verified, I'd personally drive the stock price past $0.55. But guess what? You're right, I'm not buying anymore at the moment! - Misterbull
EarnestDD, SLJB was a pump & dump. PV, AD & SS are going to prison. I plan to visit them in jail. I hope they get at least 20 years each and are fined more money than they can possibly pay back in two lifetimes. It's just a good thing I have Christmas spirit or I might want them to have a harsh punishment. It will be good to see if Canadian Justice is weak or strong. - AIMO - Misterbull
Where oh where is just one bit of proof That gold has been mined and smeltered, That machinery has been bought, That the share count is below 400 thousand, That true value is in the holdings the company holds, That this stock is worth even the $0.04 it sells for today? And WHY can't the BOD provide any information other than pie in the sky future potentialities? There is something to hide, and it's not the shareholders hiding it! Who is hiding the information and why are they hiding it? Go to Russia and see the assets? How about the BOD doing their job and provide verifiable documents related to the claims they have alresdy made in their PR's? What's the problem BOD? - Misterbull
keithhpkns, Having been "born" on IHUB 16 days ago, you sure have a deep understanding of this company, management and future directions it will take. I commend you. - Misterbull
keithhpkns, Sure wish I could find out the name of the "Russia's specialized mining equipment manufacturer". Then I could make a telephone call and verify AURC made the purchase & the price they paid & where the equipment was shipped. - Misterbull
keithhpkn's, What piece of minimg equipment are they buying and what company are they buying it from? - Misterbull
toddeholden, Yes I'm sure someone could tell you. I just don't know who? LOL - Misterbull
redskiesintights, Where and who have you "heard" this from. - Misterbull
gambler2706, Actually it's both: Delay AND Deceive. I think we are entering the final round of this Pump & Dump. Otherwise, "Why no documentation of simple stated facts"? - Misterbull
Where is ANY proof or verification of ANYTHING PR'd in the last PR? - Misterbull
marketmann, IMO due to the involvement of seasoned stock crook AD (see public IRS filings against him and his mother), PV more than likely calculated how each and every lie and theft would be explained to the authorities. Probably the defense will be to declare that PV AD & SS were just three honest hard working businessmen trying to run an honest business with a business plan that didn't work out due to factors and naked short sellers that were beyond their control. I just can't figure out how they will explain away all the lies and personal enrichment they produced for themselves - at the expense of the shareholders. Got any ideas on that one? - Misterbull
dreaminofsailin, The reason the share price is where it's at is three fold. First, many like myself that own this stock would receive squat if they sold, so we don't. Second, Most people don't know enough about this stock to buy it. Third, Those that know about this stock (management) are not buying it. That is what is keeping the price where it is at. There is a Fourth factor, but people on this board don't want to hear about it. - Misterbull
mr_bitterness, That is the real key item about ARUS. Since they put out the PR's, it would be so simple for them to make the information in them verifiable at the same time they post them. They choose not to, and they do this for a reason or reasons. Not good business. Not above board. And unless this is a SCAM not necessary. You have hit the nail on this Pinky's head. Does anyone on this board think that the mining report along with proof of ownership of the mine(s) will be posted by ARUS by Friday December 14th? Any takers? - Misterbull
FastEddie777, Close but there is much more to it than that. Stay tuned. - Misterbull
ckirbygo, Thank you for your calculations. However having owned this stock for a long time, I plan to hang around and watch it unfold. If I receive ANY positive information concerning this stock I will post it, post-haste! Until then I remain 99.9% in doubt that this a truthful & real company. - Misterbull
