Agree...em
Looks like they maybe ready to move this...
Added another 100k
Seems to me it really doesn't matter as to the reasoning why they use a third party as long as we get the contract. (Maybe they have the connections, maybe its a friend of someone important, maybe, maybe)
Reading the board it sounds like some are getting nervous, maybe I'll get a chance to add some more cheap shares! One can only hope..I'd love to get some at .015 or below so keep the Skepticism going.
That's right there was no:
25 mil contract last year or
2 mil new equipment order or
ad playing on CNBC or
CES or
...
Long but educational piece on what shorting does to the market that I copied from another board.

Handicapped Student Left on School Bus
By GABE WELLS Staff Writer
WOODSFIELD — The mother of a mentally-handicapped woman assumed her daughter was at school on Thursday while school officials assumed the student was at home. Instead, the blind, deaf and mute student sat helpless for hours on an empty school bus parked on the bus driver’s Malaga property.
Woodsfield resident Paula Prince today said her 20-year-old daughter Dina, was placed aboard a Monroe County Board of Mental Retardation Developmental Disabilities bus Tuesday morning to be taken to the Monroe County Achievement Center where she has been a student for at least 16 years.
The student, who has the mental capabilities of about a 3-year-old-child was not taken off that bus. She was not discovered until the bus driver again boarded the bus to pick up the students at the close of the school day, her mother said. Prince said she was told of the situation at about 3 p.m. Tuesday by Monroe County Board of Mental Retardation Developmental Disabilities Superintendent Helen Ring.
Prince said her daughter cannot communicate, and she needs regular care and attention. Prince said her daughter will never again be on the school bus, and she has since filed a report with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department. She is demanding accountability.
“I would say she has (suffered),” Prince said. “For one, she was left alone. She was not fed. She was not changed. She has no communication at all. That’s why she is on a strict routine. She is fed Ensure every hour-and-a-half to two hours. She has to be changed every two hours or possibly sooner.”
Today, Ring said her agency immediately informed the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department and officials at Ohio MRDD of the situation. She said Tuesday was the first time that type situation has occurred. Ring said the agency has taken “immediate steps to assure that this cannot happen again.”
Ring said the situation was the result of human error in two instances. First, the bus driver, who has since resigned, did not complete a “physical” walk-through of the bus after taking the students to the school. The driver performed only a “visual” of the bus.
Next, officials at the school made the assumption that the student was kept at home that day by a parent, and no one at the school called Prince to ask why her child was absent.
“The public schools were not in session, and we typically follow the same calendar,” Ring said. “There are a few days that are different. On that day, (public) schools were not in session. When that happens, about half the children in the program are kept home by the parents because their siblings are at home. There was an assumption. We understood they (Prince family) went on a vacation. We thought that maybe they weren’t home. It was human error and assumption.”
Ring said the bus driver, who has been a substitute driver in the MRDD program for several years, has resigned. She said steps are being taken to ensure the situation never again occurs, and those measures involve the school’s staff and the bus drivers.
“Some of the steps involve hanging signs in back of bus that say “full” or “empty,” and they would have to walk to the back of the bus to turn the sign.” Ring said. “The last part of post inspection is a physical walk through, and that didn’t happen... We have reviewed policies as far as attendance and calls to parents, and things like cross checking and head counts. It’s just a horrendous incident.”
Prince said she has not discussed the matter with an attorney, but she intends to do so. She has filed a report with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department, and she does not believe the bus driver’s resignation should put an end to the matter. “That doesn’t account for what she did to my child,” Prince said. “I feel she should have taken her job seriously and not put children in danger. I’m trying to get myself pulled together. I would say it’s anger. I thank God my daughter is alive and well and back home where she belongs. I think the schools should take more care of our children including to and from school.”
Ring said her agency regrets the situation, and she stressed that the staff would never intentionally place a student in harm’s way.
“We have a very caring staff with years of experience,” Ring said. “No one would ever knowingly put any student and harm’s way...We have talked with the student’s family and reassured them the the incident is serious to us, as it is to them. We are thankful that the student was not harmed in any way while left on the bus, and we will work very hard to regain the trust the family has given us — and that all families give us each and every day.”

Danno123 think you better check again, lots of companies been into 2007 financials since the middle of last year. better do more homework as it is a common practice.
They already stated that 2005 and 2006 are done and working on 2004. Once this is complete they will release audits and plans for us listing.
That is what was stated just waiting on 2004! I believe they are already into their 2007. Personally Jim Plant has earn creditability with me.
